I won hundred percent recommend this company. I was in a super bind and the owner heard me out and helped me out. (3 other companies said sorry we can’t same day)We were selling our house, the appraiser was coming that day and I went to the house to find a big broken window over my tub.This would have delayed my closing even more than it had already been and he was out to the house within one hour. they installed a piece of regular glass to get me through the appraisal until the proper sheet could be ordered to install they were responsive, professional, communicative, very affordable two thumbs up.

I did a quick search for good reviews of a glass repair shop and called multi glass of Texas on a Friday afternoon. Owner Chuck answered the phone and agreed to help me. He got some details, a couple of email pics and told me his guys would be at my house ASAP. My problem was a serious one. Coral Glass company had installed my frameless shower wrong and I was left with a mess. They are out of business and won’t return a call. Now on Tuesday afternoon his technicians have installed the proper parts and made needed repairs. They were very prompt, clean and polite. I couldn’t be happier. 5+ STARS! Chuck was a blessing.

Price was 20% less than major competitor. Had my window measured, ordered and installed within 24H! That is much faster than anyone else I have used in the past. Both the individual that measured the window and the installer were very polite and cleaned up thoroughly.

I called Multi-Glass of Texas because my leaded glass door had a glass piece that was cracked and I was so impressed by their customer service. I was instructed to email pictures of the broken piece, received a phone call immediately after and was given a quote. Then they sent two men out from their team within hours of my call. They stuck to their price and did a fantastic job .... I cannot thank them enough for getting it done so quickly and having no surprise on price when it was finished. Not very friendly, all I wanted was a door sweep, that glues on with double sided tape. they would not sell me the sweep, but offered to come install it for 99.00 plus tax, to peel and stick a piece of tape!!! Try to be a little more friendly to the public... you never know who your talking to!!
