Great service, fast and great price

Ive been using this company since I moved to Houston in 1999. Always great service. This time it was a rock chip in my windshield. Twice Ive had the windshield replaced. You can trust them.

Will not returnBrought my vehicle in with a chipped windshield caused from a flying piece of gravel from a gravel truck that passed me on I-45. Apple Glass recommend replacement which I agreed with. Pricing was fair, very similar to price I had paid from another glass repair shop for same issue earlier this year. Communication was good, we scheduled a time for me to bring my truck in and get work done.The glass looked good. Left it in my driveway for about two days, then I pulled the tape off. After driving it, I noticed a very noticeable whistling sound after going about 35 mph or higher. Contacted Apple Glass and they arranged for me to bring it back in. They performed a smoke test (if I recall correctly) which showed that no smoke was passing through, so that means no leaks for water or air are coming through. When I brought up that the sound wasnt there prior to replacement, managers response was something to the effect of With these older vehicles, sometimes they just wont seal right and will begin to have issues like this. My truck is 3 years old, so I did not agree with that assessment.If I would have been made aware of up front that my work truck (an Isuzu box truck) may have these kind of issues, I would have brought my truck in to the dealership to get my windshield replaced. As it is right now, there is no leak, but this noise is driving me nuts. I would not want to reuse this company again. The pros are that they did have good availability, pricing was not outrageous, their staff was mostly good to work with. Biggest con is that I was not explained prior to beginning work that a whistling sound could be a possibility and that there would be no recourse from Apple Glass on correcting it.

Very Pleased with this company and the great service I received today. I called yesterday to get an estimate and availability to have my 2015 Ford F-150 sliding rear window repaired. Gigi, who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. She understood the issue i had and was able to give me a very fair priced estimate immediately. On top of that she offered to do the work immediately (Same Day) also. I had to book the following day though. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and the Tech David started working on it right away. In about an hour ( the amount of time I was told it would take) it was done. Very pleased with the courtesy, price and time it took to fix. Thank you Apple Glass, Gigi, and David . I will use this company again if the need arises.

“Great service!” My daughter recommended Apple Glass and was hesitate at first because their quotes was half the price compared from the dealership and have high standards of caring for my 2019 Jeep Sahara. I called multiple times before my appointment to reassure they are replacing with Mopar OEM windshield and they answered all my questions and even responded, “you’re welcome to call anytime.” Upon my arrival, personnel very professional, efficient, along with courteous. The technician also allowed me to look at the windshield “before” installing. Considering I drove an hour each way and went through bad weather on the way home, completed job was done at a high standard and they also guarantee with lifetime warranty. This is a company that is standing behind their work, which is rare these days. I would absolutely recommend this local business to my friends and family. I have had to replace my windshield three times from road trip rock damage. These guys are FAST and detail oriented. My toll tag always works afterward, and all my windshield stickers for beach parking, etc are perfect. Super friendly too!

Had my windshield replaced on my Avalon. I opted to drop off the car and pick it up later. So my wife followed me to drop it and we thought that we would have time to do some shopping. Well to my surprise, it took less than an hour for the windshield to be replaced. These folks do good work and they are very punctual. Overall, a pleasurable experience.

The Representative came to my house to repair a broken rear window on my car. They showed up with a piece of glass that was scratched and then had to come back again. The second time they came, they had another piece of glass that was scratched. Finally, I had to drive my car to their place of business for them to finally repair my broken window. Very shortly after getting my car back, my window trim fell off. I recommend looking somewhere else to fix your auto glass.

Had my patio door window replaced today. At first everything was fine. A little pricey but I was recommended to call them so I did. The guy who came out seemed very nice and professional. Took the frame off the door, brought it to his truck to finish the work. I checked it and everything was ok. He went on his way . About a hour or so after my 2 boys and I went outside to walk our dog and I saw glass everywhere! The guy knocked all the glass that was left over from our old frame out in the driveway, yard and street! Didn’t even bother to clean it up. I’m sorry but that rubbed me the wrong way. I paid $398 for them to service my home. He should have had enough respect to clean up the mess he made. Will never use them again. Bad business.

Quick service at very competitive prices. The service quality is what you can expect, chips and such cant be perfectly repaired, but they are filled professionally and wont spider on you.Waiting room is small, but thats really no big deal. The service is speedy so its not like the seats will fill up.

These people were great! I brought my glass sizes in and they were totally prepared to cut the sizes and also had the plastic snap in pieces in stock to replace the dry rotted pieces that disintegrated when I removed them from the old windows. They cut my glass as I waited and ground the edges of the glass to avoid cuts.

We inevitably had a bedroom window shatter on us while removing a wall that had been built against the glass by the original homeowner. I shopped around and found Apple Glass to be fairly priced. They provided excellent and extremely prompt service. The gentleman that installed the new glass was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for any of your glass needs! Had our frameless shower door installed 2016 (we love it) & recently needed to adjust the handle since it was loose. Apple Glass sold me a bag of washers in an attempt to have this done on our own. After 2 trips back and forth to their store because the washers didn’t fit, Apple decided to switch out the entire shower handle no extra charge. Good customer service is hard to come by today so thank you for your help GiGi & Will!

I had the windshield and back glass replaced on my pickup. They did a great job and I am very pleased with my experience. They we glad to answer all my questions.

I have had a couple of small jobs for them and they always handle them like they were top priority! yesterday I called to order a glass top for a coffee table and I had barely hung up when they called me back and it was ready! I had it on my coffee table within 30 minutes!

Incredible customer service & super fast service.

Apple Glass changed windshield on our truck in July 2015. It never looked right, seals looked funny, and one of the plugs on the hood trim plate under the wipers was missing. Just had to replace windshield again due to another rock strike. I watched the company that pulled the trim plate this time, and when it came off all but two of the clips used to hold the trip plate in place were broken or missing. It was obviously damaged buy Apple tech when removed, and he reinstalled it with missing and broken clips. This new replacement, when finished by the different company, looked much cleaner. Although it never leaked, overall performance by Apple - poor. If my job is indicative of the work they do, I would not recommend them.

When i was getting a crack repaired in my windshield i was waiting in the lobby. I happened to be the only one in the lobby and the two ladies working in the back must have forgot i was in there because i over heard then talking about a situation with another customer and the lady that seemed to have the authority title was cussing up a storm about their client. That showed me what type of character is running the place. On top of that the crack in the windshield is still there, i should have paid the $15 deductible on my insurance for an entire new windshield instead.

So I had my windshield replaced by this company. The technician came out on a Friday and was very stand off then wouldnt answer my questions. I felt so uncomfortable with him that I stayed in my house the entire time while he was doing the job. And come to find out that he left my firewall hanging down on top of my motor so I called the company and they came out and fix that but when they fix that they left my windshield wipers loose. I didnt find that out until it started raining and I had all of my children in the car so I had to pull over until the rain stopped to get home to fix what this technician had messed up. It was a very dangerous situation for me and my family there is no attention to detail from what Ive noticed in this company. I dont usually write negative reviews because I let the company try and solve the issue first but the management at the company was very rude about the whole situation lady that answers the phone is really nice though theres that upside

Sorry to say but this place has VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called in to have an estimate for a frameless shower. Well come to find out to get an estimate I have to do all the measurements and send them pictures of my shower, they then want to know how my glass fits together, etc...hmm,,,seems lazy to me, that this company does not value customer service and come out to do the measurement. I thought for a second that I was on their payroll and doing the work that they are suppose to specialize in. Needless to say I would think TWICE before wasting my time with this company.

Great service at a fair price

I wanted a custom shower installed so I got some estimates. Apple Glass was competitivly priced and their service looked good. I selected them above the others based on the estimators expertise. The glass that they suggested was Showerguard which vastly minimises the water spots. I went with it, even though it was a little more expensive than plain glass.Waiting for their glass vendor was the worst part of the whole process, but I had other work to do so it didnt really impact me.Apples installers did the job early in the day and seemed to work well with each other. They were very helpful and tolerated me when I asked for photos to document the installation.Good job + competitively priced = happy customer
