She’s done my arms, brows, and brazilian, and every single time she makes it as quick and painless as possible. I won’t go anywhere else for my services!

Most painful waxing I have ever had for a back wax. I think it was because I was the last client of the day and the technician was in a hurry to get done quickly. Did not apply any pressure after pulling the wax strips which is the number 1 thing one does to prevent pain for the client. After bringing that up the tech put one finger down for less than a second. Also left a bunch of residual wax which left my shirt sticking to me.

I had an appointment that I made 6 weeks in advance. I confirmed the day before as requested. When I showed up, there was nobody there and the salon wasn’t even open. I tried calling three times and I left after waiting for almost 20 minutes. Later in the day, I received a text and email saying, “Your appointment was cancelled.” No warning, no apology, no discount or compensation offered. I will not return to this place.

I’m not sure why I trusted a brow place just because it was a two minute walk from my house, but I’m glad I did. Ashley was great at listening to what I wanted and made my brows look great. It doesn’t seem like it’s open exactly during its business hours, so make sure you make an appointment! I did a very last minute appointment, but otherwise I don’t think anyone would have been there.

Both Karlye and Nadia are SUPERB! I have went to both, and they are both extremely meticulous and genuinely care about the quality of the service they render. I highly recommend their services and have not ever felt so comfortable in getting a wax in my life until I stepped into WOW The Colony. Do give them a try!

First time waxing and let me just say Karyle (The Colony location) made it worth the try! She was professional and very calming. She talked me through and explained every move and product she used. She gave me tips on ingrown hairs and maintenance for future waxings. I’ll definitely be back. She’s awesome and i was nervous the whole time. I’m here to tell you all...give her a try she’ll make you feel at ease. The place was clean and very quiet. Loved it!

Fab wax studio, I’d highly recommend going to Dianna, she’s amazing!

Had an appt at 10am, got there 5 minutes before. Went to the door an it was locked, waited for 20 minutes and nobody showed up. Call the 972 number, no answer, then I called the 214 number, they answer and profusely apologised and said they could get me in the Dallas location at 1230, i accepted the appt, but it is way out of my way.I revisited my rating due to how the other location handled the situation

Worst and most painful lip and eyebrow wax Ive ever gotten. Took 3-4 attempts to get a single strip of wax off. I nearly just walked out of the place. I was left some spots of hair I still needed to remove myself in both areas. It didnt feel like I had my brows done by a professional. I had skin coming off 2 days after the wax, as you can see in my picture
