My family and I have used this place several times and each time we do, it is always a pleasant experience! The owner clearly cares about his customers and ensures that you are satisfied with his work. Any time we have brought our phones in for repair, he has done a great job repairing them and is fast and reasonably priced. We wont take our phones anywhere else!

I have an older iphone but it was no issue for them to replace the screen. There were 2 other customers that Trey was working on and he told me the approximate time it would be ready. I left the phone and went back to work. He called me right when he said he would have the phone screen replaced. Got the phone and it looks great!! Excellent service at great price.

The owner is a really great guy and he gets the job done as quickly as he can. (The first time I was there he was done in 20min and the second time in 15min) He gave me his cell number in case I had any questions/problems with my phone. He’s extremely patient and cares about his customers getting their electronics back in working condition. He gave me awesome advice on how to care for my phone because when he had to change the battery my battery was TWICE its original size. It’s honestly a great place to take your device. I recommend him to everyone that I know that needs their phone fixed because he’s a great tech.

Trey had my phone screen repaired in 20 minutes and even put a screen protector on my phone to avoid my daughter cracking the screen again. My iPhone recently lost a battle with the salt water beaches of Mexico. I took my phone in and was educated as to the steps that can be taken to determine if it could possibly come back to life.I read a previous rating for this business about a water damaged phone, I don’t understand where the disconnect was. At no point in time did I feel I was given the runaround, or that there was any deception going on. His explanation was easy to understand and knowing that I had up to a 50-50 shot, I decided to go with the attempt.As promised, within a day he called me back and explained that while there was life to my phone he was not skeptical about how long it would last. What I really liked, was that he took the time to at least ensure that my phone was backed up as I was taking underwater pictures when the “waterproof“ case leaked causing the damage to my phone. That was above the call of duty and much appreciated.This is the first time I have used this location, but if this experience is any indication I will definitely be back.

Trey was great to work with today! My sons cracked iPhone screen was fixed quickly and with great service. The store front is neat and clean. Theres a nice waiting area, if you want to wait. We ran an errand down the street and Trey called me after about 30 minutes to let me know the phone was ready. He was friendly, seemed to genuinely care that we were satisfied with his work. Would not hesitate to make the drive from McKinney again.

Could not connect lightning cable to iPad Pro. Brought it in, and in 5 minutes it worked again. Owner suggested no charge, but because he had fixed my issue, I made a payment. Honesty, fairness, and integrity are too often missing from some of today’s businesses. Not missing here; highly recommended!

Dont go here for water damage. He said it was a 50/50 shot and will dunk your water damaged phone IN ALCOHOL. Im most certain he will just tell you it didnt work, and not do the labor. He said he would trouble shoot if it didnt work, see if it needs this or that. But when I CALLED HIM (he never called back promptly), he said he couldnt take out any of the components, it is out of his expertise....when he made it seem he could do AT LEAST that to trouble shoot what needs replacing. So he essentially lied.He will also make you pay up front if its water damage, dont take it to him, as he will give you that half ashed excuse of I cant fix that and you just have to take his word for it. Pretty sure he might be racist or something to make me pay up front and for him to lie (or make as if he was competent) just to rip me off.

I spoke to Trey and he matched the price from another shop and said he would take responsibility for damage during the repair. My battery was replaced a few hours later and my phone was in perfect condition.I ended up calling We Fix That MD because of a bad experience at Millennium Communications.

Owener/ tech is a great guy as others have stated. He will give you his cell number if you need anything. I had a broken screen with an unbroken glass screen protector on top and he was able repair the phone very quickly, at a reasonable cost, as well as salvage the unbroken glass screen protector.

This place is awesome! They fixed my phone, which I thought couldnt be fixed and in such a timely manner! It wasnt too expensive either! Staff was excellent, went above and beyond to meet my needs in getting my phone done. Even if that meant staying a little later to get it done! I would highly recommend using them and its conveniently placed next to the drunken donkey so you can eat or drink while you wait. Hopefully I wont have to get my phone fixed again but if I do I will definitely be using them!

I thought this place was ok...1st visit that is... My son dropped his iphone and cracked the screen then stepped on it and the screen bled. Miraculously We Fix That MD fixed it! But now Ive been here 3 times in the last 60 days. Paid first 2 times and 3rd time I said forget you! This last time the screen wasnt cracked but it was bleeding from the same area as before!! Dropping phones is inevitable but when it bleeds from the same area that was fixed before its a HUGE coincidence that it happened again simply from dropping the phone. (Yes phone is in case and has a screen protector) As many times as I drop my phone I should be in here everyday. Lucky for me We Fix That MD has NEVER touched my phone. I can only blame this on poor quality of work.

This shop is awesome!! I was refereed by a friend because I had another shop work on my sons phone, they damaged it and didnt fix it.Trey was able to Fix the bottom volume button and reverse the damage the previous shop made on the phone. I drove 2 1/2 hours to the shop and it was so worth it!! Never go anywhere else!.

I went in because my phone charger was not going all the way in and had issues falling out because it was not in properly. Within 2 minutes Trey brought it back, cleaned out the charging port, and brought it out showing us what was stuck inside there.I offered to pay and instead he just gave me some good advice Ill be sure to follow about keeping it clean etc.Trey was super nice and polite about the whole ordeal.
