This store may charge you several hundred dollars for unsuccessful repairs that will lead to your phone eventually dying without any trade-in value. I was charged $270 to repair my cracked phone screen. After the first repair, the phone had a brightness issue. They attempted to repair the phone again, but still didnt fix the brightness issue. The owner claims they couldnt replicate the brightness issues, but he saw first hand exactly what the brightness issues were in his store. The brightness issues didnt exist before they attempted to repair it. Two days after the second repair, the phone completely died and now theres no trade-in value. I asked the owner to consider refunding my $270 because their repairs led to a dead phone. I talked to the owner about a refund and he refused the refund request. In short, this store killed my phone, charged me $270, and refused to refund any of the $270. He did offer to attempt to repair the phone again, but who would do that after two unsuccessful repairs that led to the phone dying?

Do not use this company!! I was sold a defective screen. I returned after realizing it was defective a week later and was told I had to pay the cost for a second screen as the vendor warranty was invalid due to minor scratches that were sustained after the installation. The owner was combative and accused me of bullying his business, used profanity, threatened to refuse my business, and then advised he would have taken care of it if I had been more pleasant. I never raised my voice, threatened, or used profanity at any time throughout the sale process. I was interrupted several times and intimidated by the owner. This business does not deserve the right to be operational!!!! Do not take your phone here ever. Would have given ZERO stars but didnt want my review to be kicked out. Luckily, my money is far less important to me than my safety, for which I felt threatened while interacting with this owner. I guess his vendor gets away with selling defective products and he gets to pass those costs onto the consumer. Next call to channel 8.

Took my old iPhone6S in because it died - they not only fixed it and saved all my data from the black hole they did it fast, professional and the cost was affordable- I highly recommend them for all your phone, tablet needs - I was very impressed and will be a customer for life - great job !!!

I was on a call when I dropped my phone. This isnt an unusual occurrence but this particular time led to a small crack in the lower left-hand corner. I ran my phone over to iFix around 3:45 on a Friday afternoon. Not only was Chris able to quote a screen replacement but he confirmed they could have it ready same day. They were swift, courteous, and eager to help. Same day service in the late afternoon is unreal!

I dont have a lot of time to spare so when these guys told me theyd replace my broken screen in 15-20 mins, I took their word for it and waited on site. Not only was the job done in a timely manner, but out of courtesy, they fixed something else wrong with my phone at no extra cost. Would recommend to all my TC neighbors.

This place has fixed my iph XR for a cracked screen with a warranty and Chris is awesome!!!! When a business tells you that they are going to keep some of your money and if you come to the store in the morning for a refund they will have the police there waiting for you!!! Just doesnt sit right with me. Thing is... I gave them plenty opportunity to make things right!!!DO NOT USE iFix in The Colony!! Poor customer service!!! My phone hasnt worked properly in over a week!!! First when I got the phone back my front camera wasnt working, wouldnt focus. Then my phone wouldnt receive cell phone signal!!! Ive had to take it back 4 times!! AND MY PHONE STILL DOESNT WORK!!!Messages below say it all!!!

No appointment is needed, you can just stop by whenever and they fix your phone very quick! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Awesome customer service! Highly recommend!!!

I Fix. Is exactly what the name means. They fix anything electronic. I had a problem with my laptop charging I FIX fixed it in less than an hour. I also had a problem with my xbox game console not loading staying stuck on black screen.
