I absolutely loves these guys. I use them very frequently and have for years and will continue for years. Terri ( who is the best Woman youll ever meet) has always jumped through hoops to help me out! The Guys are just as amazing, they always get the job done no matter how difficult it is. We use the haul trucks more than anything and Joe, Tommy, and Red are the best guys and have always done a great job. I love them and would highly recommend using them. They are just a great hard works company.

Wow! From the second Terri answered the phone to Tommy hauling our RV, to Red and Kyle! We broke down an hour from them and they made everything so pleasant. We had to stay on their lot and wait for a part. They did everything they could to get us on the road! Such sweet folks and we hope to see them again but not because we’re broke down. :)

I work at an airport and have quite a variety of requests. One was an aircraft stranded at another airport that needed a ground power unit to get started. Passengers were on board and time was ticking. Neelys was my go to. They came by the airport, loaded the unit and one of our technicians and headed out. The aircraft was air born within an hour and a half of the original call and passengers were happy. Neelys also came through when our crew cars (two of them) were serviced with diesel. They had them picked up and delivered to the shop in less than 4 hours. Outstanding service that I can count on to keep our business running smoothly to provide miracles to our customers. This company is AMAZING!! Traveling on our way to Branson, MO from Houston, TX for the weekend. Was side swiped on I30 during rain storm. They were called out to tow my car. We are far from home dont know anyone. Their driver (Tommy) was so reassuring and helpful. Got our car towed then gave us a ride to hotel. Couldnt ask for better people!!

This company was a life savor!! I broke down on the interstate over 1, 000 miles from home late one night. I called Neeley’s and they came to my rescue in under 30 minutes. The took me to my hotel and helped arrange for my truck to get fixed the next day. Their entire company helped get me back on the road and even called to make sure I was good once back on the road. I am a catastrophe insurance adjuster. I left Cincinnati Ohio at 2:30 in the morning to drive 1250 miles to San Antonio to help insureds recover from the winter storm. As I neared Texarkana I began looking for places to get gas and everyone was out. I ended up running out of gas on the side of the road and I called multiple towing companies with no one answering and no one willing to help. I reached out to Neelys and the lady that answered The phone, Terry, was very helpful, professional, and understanding. I was unbelievably stressed due to The situation and the other underlying situations. Terry did everything in her power to calm me down and took unbelievably great care of me. I cannot say enough good things about Terry or this business. Because of them I will make it safely to San Antonio To help those affected by this terrible catastrophe and I will get to see my wife and daughter before they leave to go home to Cincinnati after being stranded in San Antonio for over a week. If you use any towing company for anything it should be Neelys!

We broke down in my fiances semi 15 miles east of Texarkana a week ago Tuesday evening. Neeleys had their tow truck guy, Jeremy I think, come to our rescue. He so thoughtfully dropped us off at our hotel we made reservations for, and their mechanic had us back on the road by Friday. Thank you so much Neeleys. The old coot who answers the phone is a real piece of work. If you have any say in the matter use wrights towing or hadaway much better businesses. Neeleys is about as trashy as you can get.

I never leave reviews but this company deserves one. I work at CH Robinson and we had a truck full of perishables break down. Neeleys towed it back to their yard, got the parts in and put two guys on it immediately to help keep us on track for delivery and avoid a claim. Terri was who we communicated with the whole time, she answered with a smile every time and was EXTREMELY flexible while we tried to figure out best approach to avoiding a claim. I wish every shop was like this one! If you are in the area and need anything fixed - Neeleys is #1!

Broke down at 10:12am. Daniel had us loaded and on the 6 hour tow home @11am. He is a great guy to talk with and he stop every time we needed to. Thanks for the tow and the great service.

Our car got a blow out flat on 30 at midnight and within 10 minutes a driver showed up to make sure we were ok while we waited for the flat bed truck. He got there within ten minutes of the other. They were both the sweetest guys ever. They delivered us to the hotel and dropped off our car to be repaired. Hopefully we never need to use this service again but if we did, we would call Neeley’s right away!

Fantastic service! I had a tow today of my 45 ft motorhome (like a bus), and Neelys was outstanding. It is always very anxious to get a tow, but these guys are real pros with good equipment and much expertise. They had me hooked up and towed the coach to the truck center safely and without drama. They treated my coach like it was theirs. I would highly recommend them for towing any big rigs.

My daughter broke down on I-30 outside Texarkana after dark. She called me in Dallas and I called Neeleys frantic to get her off the highway. The dispatcher I talked to was kind, calm and as helpful as she should be. They had help to her within 30 minutes. If I could give them a hundred stars I would.

Very unprofessional over the phone wouldnt speak clearly and got upset and rude when I asked her to repeat what she was saying when you speak into a phone speak slow and clearly stop trying to speed talk into the phone it doesnt work.
