Pratts wrecker service made a bad day a little easier! They were quick to respond and took care loading my damaged 3500. Randy and his crew were very professional and courteous. My truck was locked up and secure on their grounds and they also took my truck to the body shop, once they opened. A little piece of mind after a hit and run.

My car carrier on my penske truck broke down on the side of the highway on a Sunday evening. The tire had inverted. Randy first came out to help, but thats when all our issues started. My car had the parking break stuck in to place, and we could not get my car off the carrier. So he phoned to have John come help. Both of the guys spent hours helping pull apart my car trying to figure out how to get the parking break to release. It was a hot summer day and stuck right off the highway in a bad spot, but they worked hard and tirelessly until we were able to get the problem solved. Not only did they get the car carrier towed, but they basically saved me from having to get a mechanic out there. Great southern gentlemen!!

Show up at 4:35 to get my vehicle inspected, and get turned away because they won’t do a 5 minute inspection after 4:30, and they close at 5.
