I contacted a realtor about a property to make an offer to buy, the realtors assist stated, she busy, shell call you back I called and emailed nearly everyday and got the same response, which was no response! I got a call almost two months later from Becky saying oh that house is under contract now but I can help you find something else...I said, no thanks you didnt even respond to my emails, texts, and waited two months to respond. your lack of communication, says enough. Buyer Beware dont waste your time.

I left 3 messages to find out about a listing. One that is not on their website. Called again today and no one will tell you anything. Just I can take your name and number and have an agent call you back.Today, Monday a very nice gentleman called me and apologized for the wait for a call back. He answered all my questions and those he did not have answers to. He said her will find out and call me back.Jason helped change my mind about ReMax Preferred.Thank you, Sir for caring enough to find and fix an issue
