Quick and easy. I walked in and showed the lady at the counter The barcode on my phone that was emailed to me. She scanned it and took the package, and I left. I appreciate the efficiency of a place like that.

The place always has a line and bless the girl behind the counter because I never see anyone else helping her. This store needs more than one cashier. She does her job well but the wait time is beyond acceptible.

Mask are not worn appropriately by staff. When I was there on Dec 11th at 2:30 pm a Clerk had his below his nose. They allow people to come in without mask. Of the 6 customers there only 3 had mask on then 2 more entered without mask. The waiting area is small so not a safe environment for Covid. Especially when signs are posted that mask are required.

I took a star away because I paid for overnight delivery, it should have been at my house on Monday it didnt show... Wednesday I get at text at like 4 am saying its going to be delivered by 430 today at 6 pm I get on the computer and track it, its still sitting in the Texarkana, tx facility so I can and they lady had no answers at all. About 30 minutes to a hour go by and I get a call from FedEx saying that its here and if I want come get it I can. So thats what I did, 60 miles round trip to pick up a package that I paid overnight fees for and still got it 3 days late!!

Keeps delivering my packages to the people that live down the street from me. Ive contacted them several times about it. I will push for UPS or Usps from now on. If a company will only ship FedEx, Ill find another company that has different shipping options. Ive been dealing with this since I moved into this house over a year ago..

I was informed package would be delivered at 1030. Signature was required, so i had to have someone to sign. They showed up at 930 and stated no one was home to sign. After multiple calls to HQ, they stated the reattempt time would be at 1. Texarkana local office confirmed this time and said he would call me back. I never received a phone call back. I had someone there from 1230 and it is nearly 1:30 without any package being delivered. I would not recommend fed ex to anyone. I have never had these issues with UPS and USPS was always prompt when an issue was brought to them. Fed ex doesnt seem to care.

FedEx has so much trouble finding my address that they keep delivering to the people that live next-door who steal our packages and fed ex will do nothing about it even though I tell them that they are delivering to the wrong address they continue to do so. When I complain about the packages going to the wrong address I am told that they delivered where GPS told them to deliver and it’s not their problem anymore. Since we live in the middle of nowhere GPS is a little off sometimes but UPS has no trouble reading our address on the pole in our front yard why does fedex.

The driver you have that delivers for my area either cant read or refuses to do his job! This has happened twice now! 1st time was supposed to be delivered before Christmas he lied and said we were not home and we were all day waiting for that package. It was a present for my niece. Then on top of it being delivered after Christmas when he finally delivered it, it was to the wrong address! And now a second time here its only 3:30 and he put delivery attempted that we werent home. And again we are!!! Now we wont get it for 4 days!!! He put unable to deliver on Saturday, Monday and now that its raining I can almost bet itll be business closed again. Well well well, we were closed 5 days in a row! Fixing to demand his a** be fired!!!!

Tried to deliver package. Left tag for delivery tomorrow. I need it today. Called to pick up at fedex location after work. Said it would be 1 to 2 business days before I could pick up.. Why? Thats where its going. Why not leave it on the door step? Theyre ignorant.

I love FedEx. I know how patients suffer depression in mental hospitals and friends in nursing homes need cigarettes. I use them to mail tax paid cigarettes to help alleviate added depression from their craving, when they are already suffering.

At about the busyest time of their year, staff were helpful and accommodating when I missed the delivery driver this afternoon.It was close to closing time, but they offered to let me wait in my car outside for the driver to return even if his return was going to be after hours, if I wished. That wasnt necessary, since my driver got back before then. They were friendly, polite, responsive, and happy to be of service. After the day I had, that was a pleasant surprise.Thanks FedEx for getting me my package today...before it was going to be available to me on attempted redelivery the next afternoon.

Of course there is always a line. ;) That guy in line trying to hustle me to another location and another service was my only like what the heck. Lol I let him go on ahead and it was all good. The staff here is super friendly super helpful. Trying to ship overseas is never easy and they take the time to get it right. All my packages have arrived in super fast Fed ex time as I needed. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for all your help!

Mailing a letter a.s.a.p. to an attorney cost me $72, in which was okay, otherwise I would of screamed and cursed! I think it went about 300 miles in under twelve hours, saved gas and time on my end to see it done.Value was somewhere around $4k only insurable upto to fifty though.....All in all, Id probably do it again, remaining ignorant of my potential savings elsewhere.FedEx has ALWAYS been dependable from my experiences!THAT I will not fault, they have my trust, and in that I have peace (worth every dollar).

Very awesome place to go to I took my package in there they went ahead and put it in the back, and I had gotten the address wrong I didn’t notice it, I left I went to the gym I came back and I asked them if they shipped it off that I said no they went ahead and brought the package back I put the new address on it and everything went by perfectly very kind people and professional thanks very much guys!

Claimed they couldnt leave my package because there was no apartment number!!! Of course theres no apartment number.......its a house!!!!!! So now, my package is on its way back to the shipper in UTAH!! Whats worse?? The FedEx place where the package was is literally half a mile from my house!!! Sad!!!

Driver left a door ticket on our gate saying no one was here to sign. If the driver had come to the house, I would have my package! We have to go through this everytime they put a new driver on our route. Sick and tired of this!!!!
