Very clean! Associates were so courteous and jovial! Not very busy at all. Planet Fitness is doing a great job at keeping things clean and sanitized. Thank you all for what you have been doing!

Great experience while I was going here. The atmosphere wasnt too overbearing, and every one was nice to interact with. 24/7 hours is a big plus for me as well. Due to the pandemic I had to cancel my membership, but the process was quick and easy. Will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

If U dont have a smart phone for them to sign U up good luck getting signed up. There deals of $22.month thats before taxes after is $25. They want your routing & personal checking info so they can just take the money when they wont to. Cant just pay every month as U walk threw the door. I dont like that at this day & time . Government does another lock down yall still paying for a service your not using . In 5 minutes I was there they help to lose a customer & I really was looking forward to being apart of this .

Love coming here. The facility and everything is always clean and all of the equipment is always working great. Staff is friendly and is always a help when needed. The tanning and hydro massages are a must try as well after you workout. I love everything at this gym

All machines working good with a lot of space for distancing. And as a bonus, truck parking on the lot. Please no dropped trailer or unattended vehicles please. But this shows this PF I guess understands drivers have DOT physicals they have to take.

(Covid Lockout Fee Charge)During pandemic my membership request was cancelled over the phone from Texas to cancel membership after being billed. Shreveport Youree drive location robbed me over the phone and in person by denying my honesty during pandemic//COVID 19 boarder shut in. Other than the poor business side, the equipment’s polished and secure.

Spacious gym, great airflow. I did not appreciate the lack of mask enforcement. Staff was great walking around keeping the place clean but failed to remind people to wear their masks properly. As someone that hates wearing it, I do so to help end this pandemic but locations like this is reason why theres no improvement. Did not feel comfortable.

The unacceptable and unprofessional I received from the customer service/assistant manager Tyler F. was horrendous. I have tried to reach management but have failed to make contact after many attempts even after I called with the promise of a return phone call. I hope this can be taken care of immediately. Thank you for your concern.

Nice place to workout the showers however are gross. There is mold growing on the shower curtains and floors tiles, one of the handles is broken and the others arent far behind. The hot water takes forever.

My sister and I 69yrs and 71yrs renewed our membership. The membership is free thorough Humana Insurance. Happy to have one in our neighborhood.

Love coming here, especially Danny. Always friendly and good natured. The rest of the day crew is awesome too. Place is clean enough, plenty of supplies, equipment in good condition.That being said...gotta figure out why the night girl (Natalie I believe) vanishes for 30 minutes at a time(check your cameras, 12/23 11:40p). I’m standing here right now watching 2 irritated customers at the desk and it’s probably the fourth time it’s happened in two months. Someone went a found her lol. Not a good look.

I absolutely love planet fitness they keep my color of my skin so pretty but Ive been slacking here lately I look a little pasty but Im going to get back on my game thank you so much and I really like the customer service they give

Used to allow truck parking. Stopped at 9pm signs everywhere theyll boot or tow with car sitting five feet away. Was one of few places I could stop, workout, shower and sleep. They have truck spots yet dont allow parking. What a trap.

Planet Fitness in Texarkana, TX is a really nice gym to go too. The staff if very friendly, and I absolutely love the message recliners.

Brand new deep tissue chairs and hydro massage chairs...feel great

I am handicapped and all I did was take a shower but it was one of the best showers Ive had ... being handicapped i need a handicapped shower which they do have but there is not much room in it after adding chair ... they should have used one of the bigger shower stalls in stead of the smallest ... other than that it was great ... the hydro bed was also good

So I want to give a huge shout out to Danny! Grade A+ customer service and an overall great human being. This man deserves a promotion. I was feeling faint one day from working out too hard and not eating enough and Danny helped keep me from making a fool of myself and sold me a great protein cookie! I call him Danny The Manny haha. I highly recommend this gym, great staff, fantastic price point, soo0o0o0o much gym equipment. What more could you ask for.

It is a gym. There is unhealthy food; you dont have to eat it. There is terrible music; you can bring headphones. They get silly about some of the rules; it is dirt cheap. Patrons are super weird; you can mind your own business. It is a gym, and it provides the services of a gym. Adjust your expectations, as it is crazy cheap.

Cleanliness has always been great, but its even better now somehow. The staff is friendly and genuinely encouraging. And I love all the little extras that came with my membership!

This is an excellent location. The gym was clean, including the shower, which is often the worst part at gyms. I used one of the inclined hydro-massage beds (they also have flat), and it was very soothing. It was in a dim covey with some degree of privacy. The woman at the counter was very friendly, despite the challenge of working at 1:30 AM. If you need a good, inexpensive, gym and you dont need specialty machines or heavier weights, Planet Fitness is a terrific choice.

Nice amenities and cleanliness. The measures of social distancing by labeling every other machine as out of order is beneficial.

This gym is beautiful, always clean, and it has a ton of options for your workouts. The staff is usually nice, sometimes you get grumpy people, but just the atmosphere alone makes up for it. No one there is showing off or trying to one up you, just a bunch of people wanting to work on themselves. Amazing gym!

Awesome. Very goad i joined. I had several major surgeries since 2015. As well as a stroke in 17 after surgery. I had to get out and rebuild this destroyed body. It feels great. Br my trainer is AWESOME. Getting ready to step it up and after toning getting bigger. A healthy strong body is a, is the best help for any unexpected medical problems.You heal faster, feel better. Im in it for life.

Love it except Im got allowed to wear just my sports bra. Or anything that shows cleavage. We are there to work out if its a judgement free zone like they state it shouldnt be a problem.

The equipment always works. However the grip is worn out on all of them. Not a single barbell is holdable without it slipping through your hands. It’s obvious they never get changed. Other than that, perfect gym with great staff

Wonderful staff, seem to really care. Awesome color scheme! Every thing is purple! Super clean and good mix of ppl from beginner to advanced. Great price and oh yeah try the hydro massage table

My regular stop for a workout. Ive tried another gym in town and there is no comparison to it. It has all of the equipment you could want and is kept very clean. There are lockers available and excellent showers. I recommend this gym.

Open 24 hours and always someone there unlike some of the other 24 hour gyms. Good rates and good equipment. I enjoy working out there.

Been to a few of the planet fitness gyms and the one in Texarkana is by far the best . Aaron the manager was great even though I have a membership at a different location. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere

I drive a truck for a living and have been to quite a few planet fitness locations. This location is by far the best location Ive seen yet. The gym floor was spacious with plenty of dumbbells. There were more Smith machines here than at any other location. Each piece of cardio equipment had its own tv. Awesome staff and superbly clean.

I am 66 and feel very comfortable working out here. Everyone is very nice....I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get fit or stay fit.

Absolutely terrible. Its very difficult to cancel a membership if you can make it to the physical gym itself. The only other way is to send mail thatll cost you! I couldnt even switch my gym because I wasnt there for 90 days. So ridiculous. Worst gym and customer service, Im extremely dissatisfied.

Lots of pros!The staff is awesome and very helpful. The gym is very clean throughout the whole facility. There is plenty of space and equipment. Its not a house of mirrors, which is nice. The atmosphere is pleasant and they truly hold up to the judgement free zone commitment for sure. Ive never had to wait to for tanning or the hydro massage chairs, also a plus. Only con to this gym: The fitness class doesnt have its own set of dumbbells, so unfortunately they use all the 5-10 lbs dumbells from the floor during class. Ive learned to work around it but it was frustrating at first. Nevertheless, hands down the best gym Ive ever signed up for.:)

I Love this place, Im such a busy person on the go, and the fact that they are open 24 hours per day made me cancel my Golds gym membership and join planet fitness. Love it, love it love it.

This location is very bad when it comes to enforcing the rules of the gym. Yesterday and today were the worst days Ive seen. They are not enforcing their dress code, gym etiquette, and lunk-related rules. This place is no better than a bodybuilding douche gym anymore. They have guys in bodybuilding tanktops slamming weights, checking out girls while they workout, being loud and encompassing the lunk term by exact definition, and the staff just dont care. I pointed out several offenses happening as I spoke with the employee (white dude, glasses, thin build) that was working yesterday afternoon (12/30/2019) while showing him on Planet Fitness own list of no-nos that the company has rules against these things -- and for good reason! Whats happening now is that all the lunks in town have memberships here because its the cheapest gym in town, and nobody is enforcing the rules. The Judgement-Free Zone no longer exists, as men and women on the bigger end of the spectrum are watched and pointed at while simply trying to better themselves, and the douchebags in tank tops carrying gallon jugs of water are making the place an anxiety-filled nightmare for all the people who are there because of what the company is supposed to stand for. It is an absolute shame.

Their is one thing the showers 😥 sooooo cold which Im sure some people may like but my goodness after intense workout theirs another triumph of taking a popsicle shower aha, but this place has deffinetley exceeded my expectations!!!
