Worst place Ive ever been to. I took my scrub pants to get it hemmed. She told me the price was $10. I said okay. Then she told me that she was closing for a week so shell do it in an hour. I went back an hour later, handed her a $20. She proceeds to tell me she has no change, then somehow has change and gives me back $6. When I asked her, she gave me back a dollar more. then she goes, its $12.99. I said no, you told me $10 then she goes, oh $2 more because its same day. Like what?? Thats not what we agreed on. Besides, I didnt care to have it back the same day - it was all her. They just make up prices on the fly. Oh and the kicker? She didnt even do a good job so now I have to spend more money to take it somewhere else they can actually fix it. WORST PLACE EVER. Never going back.

My visit was very pleasant and professional.

I asked for specific things done to my dress. Was charged A LOT and she did not do what I asked. When I brought this to her attention she said “well I don’t know what you want from me. I know I didn’t do that.” She is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Was given a set date to pick up pants right before prom and the store was closed both days with no communication as to why. Very unprofessional

I had a rush job on a letterman jacket, she was very accommodating and got it done. The job was beautifully done and very professionally. I couldnt be happier. She is very friendly and treats you like a family member. I will definitely keep coming back for my alteration needs.
