If you like to support good people and prices, you’ve found the right place.This place was recommended to me by Fashion Cleaners and I can definitely see why. I brought in two skirts that I needed altered by 2-3 days from then. They are so busy so I wasn’t sure that I would be able to get this taken care of, but when I told her that I was hoping to have them done by then, she was happy to do her best to help me. I got them both done by the next day. Also, everybody was so nice and it was super cheap!

These two ladies are the best ! Friendly, good people, know their trade and just a pleasure to be around . Good job ladies .

They were rather rude and snippy. I paid them to hem my dress for a wedding they just cut less than an inch off. They took almost thirty days to just cut less than an inch off. Do not recommend and will not be returning.

I had a terrible experience at silver needle and immediately came to Brendas, I explained my situation and started crying. She was so sweet and helpful and the price was beyond amazing!! I recommend her to any and everyone!!!!

Brenda is skilled professional, provided incredible customer service and is, well, ... an all-around first class person. I dont live in Texarkana. I came for a visit bringing a prom dress that needed additional alternations (and alternation fixes from an earlier attempt). The time frame was relatively short, and it was also Brendas busiest time of the year.When I called, she made no promises, but suggested I bring her the dress. She evaluated the dress and agreed to the fix. It was not easy feat to have to correct another persons work and at a time when she was overburdened with requests (I was in her shop and heard rude customers making unrealistic demands of her. She remained composed and sweet. She probably didnt realize I was watching her response, and was frankly impressed with her calm and kind nature). In the end, she delivered excellent work in a short amount of time. I also found her pricing to be incredibly reasonable (yipee!) .. AND ... she went to additional efforts to communicate effectively given my circumstances. Heres the kicker. She showered my boyfriends daughter with an incredible amount of warmth and decorum making her feel excited about, and amazing in the dress. Bravo Brenda. You. Are. Lovely. Thank you for your tremendous craftsmanship and for showing unexpected grace. Shes a business professional and a nice person. Many blessings to you and your business.
