We have a rental property that was left in a mess...carpet was bought new 2 years ago. I was afraid it was a total loss, but I called Superior and just said.....just do the best you can and left him and his son working. We were so surprised by what a great job they did with it when we returned...so glad I called. My wife and I had Superior Carpet Care clean both the carpet in the house and the vinyl floor covering in the kitchen. The carpet was extremely dirty from ground in dirt and very, very stained. The odor from the carpet was horrible. Superior Carpet Care did an AMAZING job of both cleaning the flooring AND removing the odor of dirty carpet. My wife and I were very happy to see like new floors again. When it was needed, they would spend extra time on the areas that were the dirtiest. I havent had any service through Superior carpet care yet but, just by speaking on the phone with Scott Seden and all of the 5 star reviews I know he is the best in the business, he is going out of his way to do an estimate for me and give me the best deal possible on my moldy carpet (I rent and the carpet in my home is older than I am so between the animals and previous tenents here before I moved in and the lack of proper care and carpet replacement since God knows When) I know this is the only place I will take my business. He was the nicest most honest guy with the best prices and equipment I have spoken with! Highly recommend you will not be dissatisfied.
