Kyle Miller with Stanley Steamers did an Amazing and Awesome job on my Mothers home what a professional he went above and beyond doing a great job allowing me to add mattress, couch and then my moms van after hearing me say I need to get the carpet in the van done tomorrow. And never once made me feel like he was in a hurry to just get it done. Wow he did an A+ job and I will certainly refer Kyle Miller to friends and family. 👍 Good Job..

They came back out and did correct something they missed. And they had a wonderful attitude about it.

The only reason this company is getting 2stars is because of the friendly service men that showed up. I scheduled a duct and motor cleaning for my hvac system. I made it clear that I have mold in my ducts and motor/motor blades, it needs cleaned and sanitized. I made sure to verify that the motor would need to be removed for cleaning. Lorena or Lenora said yes, we can do that as well as blow out your lines and spray your coils if accessible. Perfect, I thought. She quoted me $600. I called back and spoke to another woman to schedule a day, went over the same info. Total came to about $650. The guys show up, I am thorough, I show them the motor and make sure the details were relayed to the service guys. They tell me they cant remove the motor. Then make a call, say they can for an extra $250. I let him know thats too much, there are other companies that will clean it for less. He looks at it, then tells me he can include the duct sanitizer for killing mold for free.... I said what, how is that not already included??? How to you come to clean vents in a home that has mold and sanitizing spray is not included?? I am very disappointed with the communication of this company. Now I need to wait even longer before getting the air in my home cleaned.

This morning Kyle and Edwin from Stanley Steemer, phoned and arrived as promised. They were polite, efficient, quick, and very informative about their many products, and there was no hard pressure sales pitch. They appeared open, honest, and knowledgeable.After some conversation, I was convinced to scotch guardmy carpet.All my questions were answered.My 10 year old carpet, looks fabulous!I will use this service again.Thanks guys.

Kyle did a excellent job on my carpets n area rugs. They look great and smell wonderful. Kyle was also helpful with some additional items such as hardwood floor cleaner, spot remover and odor out. I have a older dog that has epilepsy and his seizures cause him to urinate on my carpets. His big jowls hold lots of water making spots on my hardwood floors. Kyle was also helpful with talking to me about cleaning hardwood floors. Kyle seems to have a lot of knowledge about the services that Stanley Steamers offers and how they work. I really appreciate Kyle doing my services and assisting me with all the products. Kyle also sold me a really comfortable outside rug for my front door.Thank you Kyle and Stanley Steamers.

Wow!!! I have never been more surprised and delighted with any kind of service ever! I am amazed at how awesome my old carpet looks now that it is really CLEAN. Shout out to Edwin and Mike! Stanley Steamer has cleaned my carpet several times over the years. As always, I was pleased with the outcome of the recent service. The service team of Edwin and Kassadi did an outstanding job of removing stubborn stains from my carpet.I also picked up spot remover and carpet cleaner from them while they were at my home.

Stanley Steemer reps, Alax and Jeremiah, spent 6 hours in our home today thoroughly cleaning our tile/grout and repainting all the grout lines (kitchen, laundry room, master bath & foyer). First this is not a local company u call an 800 number to get a price and dispatch someone she gave me a price on the phone and would not budge from that but said they would adjust the price when they got there if it was smaller or whatever. When I told her I would find someone local she didn’t care that I was going to give my business to someone else.
