I would not recommend for children’s hair cut. Lady didn’t even speak more than a few words to us. Will never use again.

I went in for a trim. Didnt get shampoo. I said I wanted shoulder length and I wanted my bangs a little shorter because the get caught in hinges on my glasses. She cut my hair straight all the way around. My bangs she cut at an angle and not straight across. I paid and left due to I didnt want more damage done. Had my daughter cut the long pieces of hair that werent same length as rest of hair. It looked like a child hacked up my hair. They had loud Hip Hop Music playing. Didnt like that. Stylist was too into singing and dancing to song and not into my haircut. Wont go back

I went back after getting my hair, literally butchered... And now its WORSE!!! I wanted a simple SOLID layer (SAME length from the scalp ALL my hair...) Its called a 90° cut as far as stylest language... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, I WILL NEVER TRUST ANYONE BUT ME AGAIN! My hair is 2 inches from my scalp in the back and from the crown of my head to my forehead its 4 to 6 inches, it was NOT suppose to be this short! Its so UGLY, like a backwards mullet! Being a cosmetologist by trade I am so disappointed in their instructors, as well as their work ethic. One of the women was rude and practically told me to take the haircut I was getting because I dont have an established stylest like she had for 15 years. For heavens sake, I just moved here a couple years ago & this is the first time Ive cut my hair in 3 years, it was down to my rear!!! STAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Went here as a last minute deal, not wanting to drive back to texarkana. Took my 4 yr old son for his haircut and the lady was holding his head down kind of forcefully and he looked at me and told me it hurt. She loosened up. As any kid does in a haircut they wiggle and scratch at their face when the hair falls, I kept telling him to sit still and guess she got fed up so she stopped and told him that she would wait on him cause she was about sick of him. Whether she was joking or not my son got his feelings hurt and it upset me. We usually go to Shortcuts, where they know how to deal with kids. Never again will I go here even for a quick cut.
