First they force you to sign up online to get into the system, make you choose between first available or a specific stylist and then give you an estimated wait time. OK, Im good with that so far. We chose a specific stylist, got a 54 minute wait time. Approximately 35 minutes later we got a text message that said our stylist would be available in 15 minutes so we get in the car and go to their store. Our name is on the screen with 2 minute wait time for Jordan M. We wait a couple minutes and then our wait time goes to 26 minutes. Manager says we should have chosen 1st available. Dont waste you time there, well never go back and we are telling all our friends about our experience.

The stylists were extremely nice. Was able to talk and share and laugh with mine. Also gave me the exact haircut Ive wanted for 2 years now that other salons werent able to.

Cammie is perfect, I never know what I want and I know its not fun to be asked to just make someone look good, but she did an exceptional job on my haircut and was a wonderful person all around. Go see her! 6 stars!

Came in on 3/7/21 to get a haircut. Checked in through the app. I believe Thomas was the name of the man who cut my hair. Let me tell you, he did a GREAT job. I wasnt in the best of moods today, and I didnt talk much, but the stylist was exceptional. One of the best cuts I have received there and I will continue to request him. I have been going here for years. I started using Morgan about a year ago and the whole experience increased in quality and personalized service. Morgan takes her time and gives you a great hair cut with the best service I have ever received.

The staff is generally polite and helpful. The staff keep their spaces clean. The prices are average for texarkana. The one area that bothers me as a customer is the hairstylist come and go so fast. The turnover rate is high. It seems that anyone good doesnt stay long.

They charged 20 bucks to just buzz the sides of my wife’s head. And it looks like someone did it in their bathroom. Straight rip off

Absolutely LOVED the haircut I got here! April gave me. I was pleasantly surprised that, as a first time client, I received the MVP treatment. It included the haircut with shampoo and conditioning a hot steam towel, and scalp and neck massages! All for $19.00.I brought my 88 year old mama here a week later and they treated her like a queen.My husband even joined in with a haircut and custom beard trimming!We topped it all off with a round of smoothies at the place next door (not included but yummy!)

Will not go back. Sat there for 2 hours. Waited and patiently waited. Been going there for 5 yrs. And all of a sudden my comments for the style of haircut were suddenly gone. Very dissatisfied, will not be back.

Being in the military, I have been to more barbershops than you could imagine. Just for a simple fade. But I cannot express enough, how horrible the cut I got was. I asked multiple times if she knew how to do a fade. She just kept saying sure. I got a 1 on the top which took her about 3 mins. Then she goes to do the fade and just goes straight across and asks if that’s it. The haircut itself was about 5 mins (I have never had a haircut take that short of a time to be done). At this point I’m just over it and say sure. Now after mentioning that, would you expect to be charged 20 dollars for that? The audacity of this

Waited hour hour after appointment to have lady cutting my hair to mess it up

Normally great service and a good cut. This time however I had a lady that was from Poland who assured me she could do a high and tight. Normally Im very skeptical of places cutting my hair but allowed her to do it. She did not do a high and tight she did a medium fade. When I tried to explain to her what was wrong with it she said she couldnt understand me because of my accent. So I said screw it I just wont let her touch my hair ever again... Ive been there multiple times and the other ladys can perform to military standards. And normally a great experience.

Felt absolutely spoiled at this location. Kimberly, my stylist was quick and efficient. She was able to help me figure out what I wanted and gave me tips to maintain my hair.She made sure to explain what products she was using in my hair and why. I will definitely be back for every haircut I get in the future.

If you want not only a really good haircut, but can spare a couple extra dollars, they will shampoo your hair after the cut, massage your head, and give you a hot towel face treatment, and another couple dollars and theyll throw in a shoulder and neck massage.Honestly, its a REALLY good place, and I go there every time I need a haircut

Sad experience! We logged in online to get my son a haircut. We arrived 15 minutes early, and waited our turn. The stylist choose people after us even though my sons name was first on the list. When I went to inquire of the stylist why she skipped my son, she said he was not checked in even though his name was on the large electronic board for all to see as next and on my app showing he was next. She was not apologetic or willing to let him be next. Very unfriendly people.

Asked for a simple medium fade and to leave the length of the top. Came out with high fade and all my length is gone. Got a line up I didn’t ask for and wasnt even straight. FAR from straight. On top of that I got a long cut on the back of my neck. I don’t recommend coming here at all. Save your money.

I get my hair cut here regularly (about once a week, sometimes every other week) and Im always satisfied. A great value for quality work. Recommended for all boys and men.

I drive into town to get my haircut here. The staff is always pleasant but the lines are usually VERY long. My hair is cut to my liking and whatever changes are needed are made with good stride. If youre in a rush, this place isnt for you.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life literally. Asked to have an edge on the front . She pushed it way too far back. Edged my sideburns awfully couldn’t give a proper fade at all.

Had a super nice lady cut my hair but $30 for a haircut is a bit ridiculous. Tried to not leave a tip bc it was already so high but couldn’t find that option so had to tip $5. Wouldn’t have minded the tip so much if original cost was t so dang high. Psh unreal

Very disappointed. I called to see how long of a wait since I live out of town and had to go back to and on a time crunch. They told me to come on by that’s it’s not much of a wait. Then I get there and it was over 2 hours of wait. Never coming back here. I could’ve made different arrangements for our needs if they didn’t lie now we are out of a hair cut. Whitney at Sports Clips always knows whats up. She asks questions, shes knowledgeable of hair styles, and always gives me a great cut. If I ever need it a certain way shes my number one.

I have been to many Sport Clips between Collierville, TN and here. The Collierville location is still my favorite, but this one is close. I only gave them four stars because the doorbell was dying and sounding sad when anyone would open the door. Other than that it was a good experience, and getting the free MVP cut as a first time customer at a Sport Clips is also a huge plus. The haircut itself did take a bit longer but I would rather have that than have a stylist rush through and do a bad job.

If your hair doesnt quite reach your shoulders, this business considers it long; regardless of only needing an inch trimmed off, there is $10 length fee added to your cost. This fee is not posted nor is it an brand-wide standard. In spite of what family members had shared with me about there increasingly unsatisfying experiences here, I wanted to give this location a chance. The coldness of the staff was enough to make me keep my wallet in my purse.
