Twin City Collision did amazing work on my car. They went above and beyond even detailing the inside and out once they were done. It looks absolutely brand new again. I normally dont leave reviews but these people do exceptional work!!

Twin City is very professional and provides great customer service. They repaired my hail damage and a fender bender where I was backed into. Colin is so kind and doesn’t mind me asking lots of questions. He is very patient. I went back today with what I thought was a big issue and he had it taken care of in 5 minutes! You can certainly trust TCC!

Was not overly impressed. They were frendly but refused to give a quote on repairs until insurance issued a check. This ment i had no way of dealing with insurance company. They did not want to quote anything unless they were guaranteed the job. I like options. My car. So you lose my business.

I dont recommend using this place for paintless dent repair. I have a brand new car that they messed up my headliner while removing it to remove dents from top of my car. Insulation is falling out of my sunroof, my passenger sunvisor is messed up, and they broke several of the plastic pieces that go on the headliner. After calling several times and finally getting someone out to look at my car they are going to replace the pieces that they messed up but it is taking SEVERAL WEEKS. So Im driving around a BRAND new car that is imperfect because of their work.They actually have to contract out the paintless dent repair and I truly believe the person they chose rushed through the job. I trusted my car with them and Im upset that I ever did.

To follow up on my own 1 star review since i did not get an owner response since mine wasnt a good review to begin with..... colin contacted me and tried to make things right, and he did. I had another shop find the problem, and fix it. Colin had me refunded and taken care of even though i did not ask for a refund. He knew what the right thing to do was, and i am a happy customer. It is not uncommon now days to be taken advantage of, but what is rare now is someone that makes the wrongs right, which colin did. In my oppinion that is what matters. Thank you colin for helping and making my familys safety a priority. 5 stars.
