Was traveling through Texarkana on way to Memphis, when check engine light lit up. Searched web and located dealership. Pulled into service bay and Greg met us with friendly and immediately helpful attentiveness. Told him our situation and he immediately jumped on it. Quickly registered us in, took keys and Jeep which was towing a trailer right in for diagnostic assessment. Matt the service tech immediately commenced to work. 30 minutes... they identified a sensor needing replacement, unfortunately didn’t have part. But, gave us the clearance that the item would not prevent us from continuing on with our travels. Provided us diagnostic vehicle report, so we could get repaired when we finally reached our destination. Cleared lights on dashboard, checked tire pressure, oil and other points and had us on our way... NO charge! Unexpected and amazing, responsive and courteous service... Kudos to Greg and Matt!Thanks gentlemen for caring about us traveling through. Very Impressive....
After being disappointed by Coleman motors in New Boston, I brought my truck to these guys. They stuck theyre necks out to ensure my satisfaction and retain my business. Im new to the area and needed a few high dollar repairs on my diesel truck. The tech, Josh, took great care in repairing my truck right and Paul (service manager) kept me informed at every step. I have two dodge vehicles and Im particular about who works on them, I will return to their service department.
We didnt buy our jeep here but after experiencing there service department installing after market parts (that we didnt even buy from them) on our jeep you can bet we will be buying our next jeep at this location. The service and the work performed was 1st class all the way.
Cody was a great salesman. Others not friendly at all. I will not go back to purchase Truck from ORR DODGE / RAM again or recommend. I got my car from there Cadillac and the Staff, Salesman they treated us with Respect and Dignity.

It took a while to get my tires. Employee couldnt find where the postal service delivered the tires. Then 4 days later they came in! Yay. Then, they wanted to check the price, and the extra $50.00 was for the discard of liquid and tires. I said liquid in tires? Really? Well, I will discard the tires myself and save some money. I asked to see mgr? Mgr. out to lunch and when I went to the office. Sign posted on glass, In training. Next, I asked what was taking so long? The pump went out and lift couldnt bring down my truck. Hooray finally done! I checked my truck and didnt find the old tires in my truck. I asked where they were? Employee said he had taken care of it!
This place is awesome, and the employees go above and beyond for you. I am on a 7000mile trip and passed thought needing a oil change, they had it changedt before I returned from a nearby store and also washed no charge. Aa+++++t.

If you’re looking for quick service, then this is NOT the place for you. Wait period is about 2 hours average w/o an appointment which isn’t an extremely long time considering. Customer service is friendly and the facility is clean.

My daughter took her truck up their yesterday to get brakes done and they are giving her the run around with other stuff to fix. Wanted more money to fix brakes and go today to get it and brakes still dont work and they hit the driver door into another car, said it was their fault but dont seem worried about it. All she wanted was the brakes fixed. My husband could have done it for less than what they are wanting her to pay. I would not pay anything until it was fixed.
Recently purchased a Yukon from this dealership. The sales team was top notch however, the windshield was chipped so Eric Morales who was our salesman agreed to replace it. Took it in today for replacement, dropped it off. Went back to pick it up and it has stickers on the windshield and had not been washed. This service department is the same service department that I took my sons truck to for a warranty issue with the AC and although it had no deductible we still had to pay shop supplies. The sales team is absolutely amazing but the service department could be way better.

Our Van had issues driving from Tennessee back to Dallas during the Xmas break. Stormi & the Team were awesome. We cant thank them enough. There is a kids play area which all 3 of my kids enjoyed, we were supplied with a vehicle to get home while my van was repaired. And they had our van repaired the next day. Stormi was a pleasure to deal with. Other Dealerships should visit this well oiled operation if they want to exceed their customers expectations.

This place lied to us didnt even do the work they charged us almost 5000 dollars for and then when we took it back for them to make it right they did the same thing again. We had this verified by 2 more mechanics.
Sold me an SUV with a recall they didn’t even know about, misrepresented the vehicle online (was listed as Expedition Max not Max Classic) and an SUV with engine issues and as I continued to complain they quit responding to me. I would never recommend purchasing anything from them. I will make it my mission to make sure any place I can review them I will to save anyone the same issues I have had. I would encourage any future buyer to beware!!!

Went in for my free 1st oil change and to fix a nail in a tire. Service tech was very nice and got me though the check in process very quickly. Within 30 minutes, he came to inform me that my tire was unable to be fixed, due to the wear on my tires. He spent some time researching the best pricing for me to replace the tire. After seeing all of my options, I decided to replace all four, as the tech explained to me that the wear on my back two tries meant they needed to be changed ASAP and then my front two would need to be changed within a year. I feel that Classic did a great job of researching and offering me the best value for what I needed. They even provided me with a shuttle to and from work while they replaced my tires.
Tried three times and over $1100 to get a problem fixed. After breaking down in Phoenix for the same problem that was supposed to be fixed took the truck to a shop that specializes in fixing the problem. Was told the entire job had been done wrong. Because we didn’t take it to a dealership to be repaired Classic said they wouldn’t refund any money. After last conversation with the Service Manager he said he would check with his superiors to see if we could get a refund. That was Jan 8 and we’ve heard nothing back.
This dealership and the staff is the BEST I have ever encountered in all of my car buying! Joey Templeton knows his stuff, he was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to help make this happen! From meeting Steve, and Gregg I was pleased with the entire process!! Definetly a place I will recommend and continue to do business with!!
I totaled out my car a few mondays back. I was really in a bind needed a ride for my family and I. Ashley, one of the sales reps, took such good care of us. She worked with us for 4 hours trying to get our payments to a price we could afford. Everyone in there is so nice and willing to help. They dont feel like just another person trying to take your money.
I had to get a recall fixed on my car I bought elsewhere. My car was returned with the recall fixed, the tire was fixed, and my car was clean! Excellent service. Courteous people. And great doughnuts and coffee. BONUS: theres even a kids play room right behind the waiting area to keep the kids busy! WIN!

Took our 2016 ram 3500 in for a low voltage light they said the alternator was bad because of a code, but the code was a problem with charging system not that the alternator. Left there and it continued to come on after being charged 1199.81 for that alternator, when we called back and informed the service manager that handled it he said he knew the alternator was bad because of the code ..... fast forward 3 weeks later still flashing low voltage took the batteries to be tested and had one dead battery that was still under warranty. We were from another state and knew they had us. Stay away from these people they truly don’t do their job correctly and don’t care to screw you over
First, they tell you the wait is 1 hour then 3 hours later they finally tell you whats wrong with the jeep just to tell you again its an hour wait to fix it. Secondly, the dont provide and donuts or cookies anymore...insult to injury

I am not happy with service dept. Took my Journey in last Thursday and still waiting for a fuel pump supposedly to be installed. No courtesy call to let us know anything and still waiting. I will NOT BE USING DODGE CLASSIC ANYMORE! I will NOT BE BUYING A NEW JOURNEY THERE EITHER!

I thank this dealership for the great service I received while on the road and away from my regular service center in Richardson, Tx who failed to properly service my 2016 RAM 2500 Diesel pickup a week earlier on a factory recall concerning the turbocharger. When I saw the Low Coolant warning light come on when I was in Texarkana I called the Classic RAM dealership and informed the service department about the warning light and they told me to bring my truck on in now. When I arrived at the dealership the service person, that I had spoke to on the phone, meet me as I drove up. He took my truck and had the problem fixed and returned it to me in less that two hours. After only owning my 2017 Certified Chrysler Pacifica for 2 weeks the driver side sliding door stopped working and wouldn’t close. I was a little stressed out because with kids in school, I needed a vehicle. Johnathon in the service department made sure I was taken care of. He made sure I had a minivan to use while mine was being worked on. He called and kept me updated. And if I had any questions he was always there to answer them.

A big f rip off what the housing leaners did to the crash in the in the mid 2000s Orr and others that do sub prime loans on car now check the fine print cause they dont want you to give you a rediculas amount for your trade only to sell you a used car thousands more then a new one bury you in it then put you out on an 8 year loan know there is know way that car or truck will survive 8 years AND BANG THE TRAP IS SET THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL
