I have had insurance with Kristy Smith for a number of years. Experiences with my home and auto insurance have been excellent!! This agent has kept me up-to-date with my homeowners insurance by recommending changes through the years, all of which were needed. The same is true of my auto insurance. I have been able to pay premiums on occasion while away from home simply by calling the agency and completing the transactions over the phone without the worry of mailed invoices. I also receive discounts on my homeowners insurance as a result of auto and other coverages. This agent and the dedicated staff are professional in their business transactions and communicate well with their clients.

I recently graduated from college and moved to Texas, so I not only had to transfer my policy to a new state, but I also create a new policy that was not linked to my parents account.Although I was not sure how long this process would take, this staff took great care of me and had my new policy done within a short period of time! I could not ask for a more polite, helpful group of people.They showed me all my options and even called a few times afterwards to make sure I was clear on everything and had all of my ducks in a row. I would recommend this firm to anyone and everyone.

We was with all state for 10 years we started out with low monthly payment as the years went by our insurance constantly went up to almost $400.00 a month with no wrecks or tickets.. however we did some shopping around and came across state farm and Ms. Wendy with state farm went above and beyond helping us they lowered our insurance by half and with my husband being a o er the road truck driver and gone for long amount of times they have worked with us on getting everything signed.... By far the best people every.. Always nice when you call and talk to them and always make you fill like family.... 5 ⭐ from me well worth the change keep up the great work ladies...

My family and I will never do business with this state farm again. I changed my car insurance over to another company where my house is insured. So I canceled with state farm, they continued to take money out of our account 10 days later! And said that they forgot to cancel our policy, and we will get our money back in 2 business days. 5 days later I called b.c the money still never showed. They informed me that I would not get all my money back they took out of my account and that it would be mailed out in 10 days!! With all the problems I was having I asked to speak with Kristy Smith, and she would not make time to even speak with me on the phone to help fix the problems, she was too busy!! I have canceled my life insurance and moved everything over to another company.
