After the last storms that blew through De Kalb we had several leaks in our roof and ceiling.My husband is a high-risk heart patient, so we werent sure how State Farm would handle our problems with no personal contact. My husband called two roofers and one got back with us with an estimate. Eugene Crane Jr. was very considerate of our needs and handled everything over the phone, by email and sent an inspector to our house, all without compromising my husbands health.Our roof was replaced by Castanedas Roofing in 7 hours, the roof is beautiful and the house looks great.We appreciate that our State Farm office was considerate, professional and handled our problem efficiently without hesitation.Thank you Eugene!

The state of Texas has weird views on insurance. I guess even if they drop you they have to cover you for period. Why have homeowners, renters or car insurance if you are going to be dropped for filing a claim. If the company doesnt want claims then close State Farm and its offices and sell something other than insurance.Go somewhere else to get insurance.
