Been using this place for years. They have the sweetest staff! I have had to make a few claims and have never had an ounce of trouble in doing so. They are a well established office that has been around for years with a lot of experienced agents in the office which makes this this the best place to get insurance in TXK in my opinion.

I can not say enough about how WONDERFUL this place is!!! I had my first every accident - woman rear ended my car and she had no insurance.I went into office right after it happened crying. Greg told me not to worry about anything that this is what they are are here for. Cheri sat patiently listening to me rant and rave about people with no insurance. I can not even imagine going anywhere else for my car of homeowners insurance. This company is very caring and takes care of their customers -- they have heart!!!

Im not one to ever complain and if I do I never leave a review. I am so aggravated with this company. I cancelled my car insurance with state farm 3 months ago and on the first month they took it out of my account and apologized and said they would send me a check on the next billing cycle. That was fine and I waited a month for it. This being the 3rd month i have not had the insurance they decided to take out two months worth of car insurance out right before Christmas. So now here again I have to wait til the next billing cycle to receive a check instead of just being put back in my account which was there fault NOT MINE for two whole months worth of insurance. I will never again use this insurance for anything and will be sure to let everyone who needs insurance know not to choose state farm.
