I cannot say enough about this gym. The owners are not only genuine and want to see people succeed, but they are super intelligent, passionate about what they do, and always ready to go the extra mile. I was fortunate to work out here for a few months as my college career was ending, but I wish I would have found this gem much sooner. Every time I am back in Terre Haute, I always make a point to buy a day pass and get a good lift it. I also try to go when they host lifting competitions and/or fundraisers. I go for the people and the environment, but as a bonus, they have the best equipment on this side of the Mississippi! #TeamThirst

Great environment for building people up through strength. Lovely owners. Constantly adding new things to the gym to bring variety. I’m there for open gyms but looking on the outside in as an exercise science major, the personal training program is fantastic for athletes and the everyday worker bee who just wants to meet their goals. Compassionate and formally educated trainers to take on any challenge.

Definitely the best gym around. Phenomenal staff with a wealth of knowledge to share. Smart and safe approach to coaching even young kids for strength, coordination, and performance in sports.

A high caliber facility with quality of equipment selection you are NEVER going to find anywhere else. However, what I am impressed most by are the owners, Brandon and Adrian Smitley. When it comes to strength sports and athletic development, you won’t find anybody more passionate or dedicated than these two. I often make the 90 mile commute just for the training atmosphere. When you walk in, you’ll get it too.

The gym where owners and members actually care about your progress towards your goals. Goals that you can discuss with qualified trainers and members with years of experience. A gym where you will be greeted with a smile and not a judgmental look that make feel not welcome.
