Awesome gym I would recommend it to anyone and I havent even tried everything out that thay have to offer yet anything you want thay have it free weights machines cardio and it very sanitary

Quick service.. I never wait more than 5 mins to tan. The staff is amazingly friendly! I am always greeted upon entrance and told to have a nice day/night upon leaving. The tanning beds need some bulbs replaced and in some the facial tanner doesnt work. I just dont feel like Im achieving the dark tan I always had when I was tanning elsewhere. Tanning daily for a month at Planet Fitness is nowhere near the dark brown I would get from tanning elsewhere in the same amount of time. It seems as if the beds are not as hot as they are at other places. I also strongly suggest possibly adding FM radio to the tanning rooms!

Huge location. Lots of equipment and spaces to workout. Clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend the upgrade to Black Card membership for use of the hydromassage chairs as well as the ability to use any location when travelling.

I did enjoy going, but I had to drop my membership for now. You dont get any kind of kick back when you cant go for a couple of years.

Friendly staff, clean, and spacious. Just try to avoid after 8pm to avoid the unusual crowd. Go after 8pm if you are looking to make a tiktok

I really like the large variety of equipment, which means no waiting. The equipment is clean and in great condition. I enjoy working out there and would recommend it to everyone 🙂

I actually thought it might be the best one Ive ever been to the 1st time I came, but today everyone is walking around without masks and not cleaning equipment. We are STILL in a pandemic.. I watched one guy just sneeze in the open, didnt even try to cover in his elbow. Person working says if you read through the policy people dont have to wear a mask in there. Way to go PF

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I dont feel like anyone is judging me for how out of shape I am. I like all the options for equipment. Plus the trainer I worked with was great. Super friendly and he worked up a plan for me to help me strengthen my legs after having one knee replaced a few weeks ago, and to prepare for the upcoming surgery on the second knee. He was very understanding of my needs.

The equipment is great. Employees are friendly. Today though I went only to tan, I was told that I only had to wait for the person to dress and then I would get to go. That being said I waited a half hour only for the employee to tell me that the computer didnt register me. He said my name when I sat down to make sure he had it right so if he could see that how is it that it didnt register? Needless to say I was a little up set.

Employees, including manager didnt know how to use the tanning bed. How can you offer services for something you know nothing about??

The place is 24 hours. The equipment is mostly clean. There are no towels. There are cardio machines, but there isnt much of a variety. There is tanning there and the beds are normal. I suggest you clean them yourself before use because there is no note if they are clean or not. There are TVs and they are communal. The machines have USB plugs. I am giving it 3 stars because you get what you pay for. Some of the staff is friendly, others dont really acknowledge anyone.

A year ago I would have gave 5 stars even 6 months ago, but lately ive been very disappointed and the guy at the counter was pretty pretty rude about. I left angry and didnt even get to tan they told me it would be another 20. On a couple other occasions the customers werent cleaning the beds after use and there were bulbs going out.

Great location! Helpful and friendly staff, great massage chairs, and enough equipment to get a good work out without waiting.

Attendance is down but those that are working out are being carefulto wipe down the machines before using and afterwards We are wearingour mask. Everyone gets their personal spray bottles with disinfectantand plenty of paper towels are available. Everyone is working hard to insure we still have the opportunity to workout

I can go to Planet Fitness anytime, do the work-out I choose on their equipment and finish up in their massage beds. Good experience and in and out according to my time schedule. Good atmosphere!

Covid outbreak at this Craig Rd Planet Fitness per the health Dept. They demand checking account number, routing, DL, AND credit card so they can keep billing U forever, even if you quit. If U close your checking account to stop their endless billing they sic the collection agency after you. Trans-Man in the ladies locker room cleaning.

I called to get info on memberships & as soon as guy answers phone he asked to put me on hold (ok, no prob right) well, here I sit 15 min later still on hold.......poor customer service! Needless to say Im no longer torn between them and another place. Oh wow, now he picked up phone and hung up. Yea going elsewhere!

I like this place. It doesnt cost too much money, I dont have to wait too long to get on gym equipment, there are lots of hot girls to look at, as long as youre not weird and freaky about it, for example dont make eye contact, and I dont always have to say hi to somebody when I walk in the front door... Which I like.

Planet Fitness is a multi-million dollar company that cant get all their steppers fixed. 4 out of 6 are broken. Two have been that way for months. You cant blame the employees, its the companys problem.

Great place to workout and get some pumping in!! However I do not like the judgement and unprofessionalism that comes from all the employees. Having worked here, I dont think there is any redeeming themselves.

“Judgement free zone” even though they set of the light thing whenever they just don’t like. “ I have a video of one of your employees admitting it. Your tanning beds don’t tan. Level 1 bulbs only do enough to give you a sunburn they don’t have bronzing bulbs in them. Also the weights are listed heavier than they are. Like do you guys tell the truth about anything?

Employees are super friendly! I am obese, and Im easily intimidated and have low self confidence, but the employees are always so cheerful and friendly when I check-in, it really helps ease my anxiety. Huge facility, and though Ive rarely seen it not be busy, I rarely have to wait on a machine, I can just hop on something else for the couple minutes I wait. Im a black card member, so I can go any time, theyre open 24/7 and I can work out at any planet fitness in the US, and I think internationally as well(but Im not completely positive on that one) I also have free use of their hydrotherapy massage beds and chairs as well as their tanning beds! I used to work as an assistant manager at a hydrotherapy clinic... You do NOT want to get me started on all the benefits, lets just say I would be a Black Card member for that feature alone... It feels AMAZING!!! Clean, well-taken care of facility... Love working out here, the best value out of all the gyms Ive joined over the years, and by far the cheapest!

The people at the front are very rude, this place is a scam they charge you 3.00 for a stupid mask. If you are scared and require a mask why dont you just close up shop

I pay for a black and am refused service because I wont wear a mask. I will be canceling my account and wouldnt recommend anyone got to planet fitness bunch of liberal kids who dont know anything about the world we live in...bunch of liberals dont deserve to breathe.

This is my happy place! I can put on my headphones, get away from the real world and spend time being good to myself. The facility is always sparkling clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and there is plenty of variety. I love the hydro massage beds and loungers to reward myself after a good workout. My only complaint is that there have been a couple of machines that are out of service frequently, but there are plenty of other options to keep me busy.

Next to impossible to get rid of your membership even when you ask for it to stop they keep charging you....

I just turned 65, and the lady let me know about Silver Sneakers, so I was very grateful to know about it. She wanted the decision that would best fit me, so I felt well taken care of.

I love being able to walk in, get an entire workout in without any wait time on equipment. Best way to start the day. Get in, get out, feel great!

Always made to feel comfortable and part of the gym. Planet Fitness is the first and only gym I have ever joined.

The place was great, clean, the layout and employees were top notch. The only downside was the exercise.

I have never felt judged no matter what shape I am in at the time. That is something that keeps me coming back, with judgement being one of my fears with anxiety.

Hours need to be extended on weekends. This is actually the only PF I know of that isnt open 24/7

Our local Terre Haute Planet Fitness is a good place for me and my son to go and work out. I really like the staff. I have no complaints.

The staff make my PF experience great! The facility is always clean. No better place to work out in Terre Haute.

Not a ton of free weights here but you get what you pay for. These gyms are great to get started into fitness but if youre looking to take it to the next level I would not recommend Planet Fitness. That being said it has all of the basics and is the perfect gym for most people. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help and or give advice. Definitely worth checking out to see if it is worth it for you!

Staff is consistently not wearing face masks, or just wearing them as chin straps. Besides being less safe, its just disrespectful to customers. And if they cant be bothered with a mask, its hard to believe theyre cleaning and sanitizing very well either. Ive reminded them repeatedly and they ignore me. Disappointed.

I LOVE Jacci and her entire staff! She is so friendly and accommodating. All employees from 8am to 6pm are THE BEST! The facility is always clean too. I like walking in and having the staff know my name & ask about my day. They make me feel valued and important

Great facility and AWESOME staff. With all of the perks and friendly people it is a big hit. Which means more people are getting fit and healthy. But it makes it overcrowded. Terre Haute could definitely use a 2nd location.

Spend 5-6 days a week here. Other than closing for a major holiday, open 24 hours. I have been able to accomplish my goals here and like the ability to go to any planet fitness to workout. Only issue are the college kids that play around a little too much. Otherwise, everyone is pretty respectful to each other.

Super friendly staff who greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in and are always there to help if needed. My husband and I have been members for years and we highly recommend them to everyone :)

This is the nicest planet fitness I have ever been too. They have numerous tanning beds and it’s a self-service setup that you pick the bed you prefer. The gym is larger than is normal for other planet fitness and there are plenty of machines. They do have a 30 minute room and a 12 minute ab room, which I find very helpful for preplanned times workouts.

I love working out here. Great equipment for a fair price. I usually go at night though, when all the show offs are typically not there. Although my body will only allow me to do arm workouts, its a great place for all those others that would like leg workouts although its not recommended. This place is awesome.

I came in to sign my mother up for a membership and the guy that helped me was very very nice and very thorough with all the information and he didnt act like I was bothering him like a lot of people do when you ask them questions

Facility is amazing... faculty and management are not as great. The manager that helped me sign up to the this no hidden fee/ no commitment fitness center warned me of the annual $30+ fee that is taken out of my account directly AFTER signing the contract. This is a card only facility when you get down to it- the only thing you can pay for with cash is drinks. No $1 per day, no commitment here. He informed me that it would be $20 per day and I should just go ahead and sign up for a membership. Then of course didnt inform me that with the $10 per month membership you can not bring guests... I had even asked a worker prior to my attempt at bringing a guest and she said that I could. Very dissatisfied with the sneaky ways this company is tricking its clients. $10 per month should mean $10 per month, and that should be the only package they offer. (They also have a $30 per month package, and that is the one with all of the perks.) Did I mention that they have a $13+ start up fee when you sign up? Yeah... thats bullshit too.

Lots of machines, but the hottest Planet Fitness Ive ever been too. I picked a treadmill right under the fan and by the door to get some cold air, but it was still probably about 75° in there. Would recommend going elsewhere.

Planet Fitness is one of the best places to go to unwind from a stress ful day. After an hour or 2 of exercising you feel so much better. It always leaves me with an good impression of this place. A very good turnout of individual who are there for the same thing. Staff are there for your needs and very knowledgeable.

There arent some key traditional machines/weights such as an actual bench press, but the exceptional staff and cleanliness of the whole place makes it a perfect place to workout in my book.

Its a real nice friendly environment and they dont judge. Great place to work out. I absolutely LOVE the massage chairs but everyone does.

Planet Fitness in Terre Haute, IN is great! The staff members are wonderful and always super friendly! You do not come or go from the facility without being acknowledged with a hi and/or by! It is a comfortable atmosphere, a true No Judgement Zone! The facility is very clean and well maintained. The trainer, Steven, is very knowledgeable and a huge motivator! The classes that are offered are very useful and they offer them at various times in the day, to accommodate most schedules. I have been a member there since early 2016 and I could not imagine myself anywhere else other than Planet Fitness! ❤❤

I love this place it has lots of equipment and the staff they are very nice! They have a great selection of bicycles, treadmills, and ellipticals! But the one thing I hate is that they don’t have enough stare steppers!

Love this gym always available when i need it. The night time staff is always helpful and polite and they always keep the gym and the tanning beds clean.

Ive been going to workout there as a guest through a friend of mine, and I love the environment and its easy to lose yourself through the workout. Cant wait to start my membership!

Would give 5 stars if the exercise machine would actually sync with my phone like theyre supposed to and if they had an area children kindergarten and up could sit and watch TV or color or something while we worked out. Its not always easy to find a sitter at 7:30am when we like to work out!
