Mark saved my life! It was move out day and I was stood up by Stanley Steamer. Everyone else I called said they couldnt do it that day. Mark was recommended and he came at 9 pm to fit my schedule. He is professional, friendly and when he finished, the carpet looked better than when I moved into the unit. Cant say enough about how great Mark May Carpet Cleaning is as a company. Will definitely use in the future.

I needed my carpet cleaned because we had a couple spots on our new carpet that smelled like dog pee from our new puppy no matter how many times I cleaned it with our household carpet cleaner. I looked at the reviews online and Mark May had the best reviews. I called, they were able to get me an appt. fairly quickly. My appointment was “5pm-7pm”, so I was worried that I would be waiting forever for someone to show up, but I was happy because he sent me a message letting me know that he was on his way and was here right around 5 as promised! He was very enthusiastic about his work and rightly so! I am very impressed with how clean our carpets turned out! My living room carpet looks and feels as plush and fluffy as the day we got it! The area that smelled like urine is better now! I’m very happy with MarkMay cleaners! I will use them again if I need to and I highly recommend them!

Mark did a great job, the carpet had not been cleaned in two years. He cleaned a sofa and a chair as well, to where my dog had laid on for a few years. It came clean and smelled so clean, I was able to sell it as it still has so much life in it. Thank you Mark May, you were a godsend to us. I will be a repeat customer. We had Mark May Carpet Cleaning Co. employee Kelly come and do our carpets on Tues. 5-17-16. It was a rainy day but he was extremely careful about tracking in and out. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time and we invited him in and he had a very pleasant personality. We told him the rooms that we needed cleaned and he answered all of our questions. He was very thorough, kind and professional. We were extremely happy with his workmanship and especially with the results. Kelly did an excellent job.

We had Mark May Carpet Cleaning, clean our carpets before moving in to our recently purchased home and the results were above standard. Any area that needed extra attention was “noticed” and treated by a most pleasant and professional young man. I received a phone call reminding me of my appointment and the technician called before arrival and was on time, answered all my questions and then got right to work. Not only is the equipment of high tech quality, the knowledge of the technician was to be commended. When they say they use hot water, you can see the steam rising from the carpet during the process. Im thrilled with how clean my carpets are and that Mark was able to get out stains that I thought would never budge. A few spots showed up due to wicking when the carpet dried, and he cheerfully and promptly returned and was able to quickly solve the problem at no additional cost and get the carpets looking great. He was super friendly and did an amazing job! You can tell he was very passionate about his job and it really showed! our old roommates left their bedroom carpet looking really rough and smelling horrible from their dog pee and he took his time and it looked like new carpet. He is a bit more expensive than the other places we called and got quotes from but thats because you are literally paying for what you get! Mark May Carpet Cleaning to the rescue!! I had two dogs, one a puppy, and a 12 year old, not a good combination for the carpet. Not impressed. Employee was not very professional or welcoming on the phone. Also their building was cigarette smoke filled & in horrible condition. Even had the door locked because the area wasn’t safe.Granted I can’t speak to their actual service but those things put me off enough to go with DC Cleaning instead.

Carpets dried really fast and stayed clean longer than anyone else I have used. Technician was a super nice guy, no tatoos.

We were totally blown away with what Mark did with the carpet in our rental unit. We were ready to throw it away and start over. There was markers, spilled juice and who knows what else on the carpet. He brought it back to where we are proud to show it to prospective tenants. Dont let his price scare you, for a little bit more than your chain rug cleaners he does 10 times the job!!
