I had an Indeterminate test for QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus. This is due to sub-optimal handling. The person that drew the blood was very aggressive, would handle my samples, then type on the computer help customers then re-handle my samples again. I had to get another exam done, because of your companies incompetence. I then tried to call to get a refund on the second test. Since no one besides a person from Labcorp would have been in contact with the samples, that being said the only reason for an indeterminate conclusion would have been through either improper retrieval, improper handling, improper incubation, or lab technician error. There is no way I should be liable for your mistake, since my only part was to sit, painfully as a person wiggled a needle aggressively in my arm.
