Made an appointment at 10 am, no one is here and doors are locked. Waited for 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. Not the first time this has happened here. Very unprofessional. Will not be going back and would not recommend. Its crazy that people think you can run a business like this. Absolutely no accountability.

Went in. Place looked really nice. Only one person working who told me she didnt have time for me, an hour and 15 minutes before closing with only one other customer there.

Tami Brenton knows her stuff! Wonderful colorist. Price was higher than expected, but I did know the cost in advance, but had a feeling her work might be worth it--it was.

Worst hair experience ever. My routine root touch up turned into an almost 6 hour appointment with so many chemical put on my roots that my scalp is raw with parts scabing over. My usual stylist had surgery and therefore has been out. When the salon called they paired me with one of his coworkers and assured me she had notes from him of what he does to my hair. She did not. She put the wrong color on my hair and it was very dark and looked so bad. She then had to do a bunch of different things to try to get it out to get my roots back to the light copper theyre supposed to be. 6 hours later and my roots still look awful with a bad bleech job now on them and a horrible color throughout half of them.

Today was the first time I have been to Cost Cutters since the name change. Please know that the stylists are the same. I have been going to this location for over a decade. Ashley and Tony are still there. I have had cuts, colors, updos and eyebrow waxing with both. I highly recommend Ashley and Tony. Today, I had the pleasure of Dayna for my hair cut, highlights and brow wax. She was fantastic. My cut was to my specifications. Dayna suggested what color would look good on my hair and with my skin complexion. My eyebrows are perfect. Thank you Dayna for making my experience relaxing and making me feel human again. I am highly recommending the stylist at Cost Cutters!

I have tried to book an appointment online 4 times now and every time it’s “unsuccessful.” That tells me that the stylists are either. It checking their online bookings so the system is canceling it or they themselves are canceling it to get others in even though I’m trying to make an appointment. Very unprofessional either way. I’ll go elsewhere to a salon that won’t waste my time.

I walked in at 530 and stylist would not even take any one. Said it had to be by appointment. Why post hours if your not going to abide by them.

Ended up having to go in twice because the first time I went in, it was not at all what I asked for. Customer service is good as far as making sure youre happy, but even after the second time, my hair doesnt look right at all. I asked for cool tones and it ended up being fairly neutral, and now, one week later, its completely brassy again. I got layers and the top layers on one side of my head are much shorter than the other side. It looks fine, but I didnt pay $100 to look fine. It looks like I did my hair with box color and got my mom to cut it.

I had an appointment at 10:15 am so I went in around 9:45. I knew I was early but I didn’t mind waiting until my time. When I walked in, they told me they couldn’t get me until 10:45. I looked around and not a single person was in the salon and all three workers were sitting in chairs on their phones. Yeah I am never going back.

Got right in. They asked what cut I wanted, and delivered! Ill be back!

We go here for kids cuts. All of the staff are extremely patient and do a great job with our kids.
