Awesome gym, Has everything you need and more!! Me and my girlfriend went in today to signed up and we’re blown away by all the equipment and amenities. The sauna was my personal favorite!

Excellent boutique gym with knowledgeable, spirited, and personable trainers. Nice assortment of well-maintained equipment. Limited locker room facilities.

Terrible gym. Many of the trainers are to busy looking at their cell phones instead of watching their clients. The place isn’t clean. The front desk manager is down right rude. I once spoke with the owner about the payment policy ( which is constantly changing) and he pretty much ignored me. It was more important that he go do his workout on the elliptical. It is too bad this gym was sold to these people because it use to be a great gym.

Very clean and convenient local gym, with a nice staff, no wait time for equipment, and access to several excellent trainers.

Dont use this gym. trying to deal with customer service is a nightmare and they make it impossible to cancel a membership.
