Every time I bring a truck in for service the issues that I address never fully get worked on.

Great staff and nice price. The truck was easy to handle and very clean. The only thing I didnt like was the 75 mph speed limiter, makes passing kinda hard.

Truck was supposed to just get a pm they turned off my high idle and my apu wasnt working so i froze in the truck for two days took back fixed apu but truck still wont idle after saying they turned it back on and at first said they never turned it off lets turn the ac and heat off in there house put it on a 5 minute timer see how theyd like it

Truck was mechanical really in bad shape. Manager keeps saying that it’s fine.

Booked a reservation to try and get a liftgate truck, I was given a discount on the charge per mile. Made the reservation and when I called to confirm I was told that not only would my discount not be honored that a liftgate truck might not be available but I would just have to take whatever they had on hand and that if i did take a liftgate truck that I would be charged an additional $80 per day. Seems to be a pretty big disconnect with their booking office and the actual location.EDIT: Tried calling the number that you provided to talk to a representative and your automated system didnt give me the option to talk to anyone. Furthering my previous post about the customer service. I would recommend you go elsewhere.
