Extremely friendly and helpful service. Definitely one of the best experiences at a U-Haul facility for renting equipment and making my move easy. On a high traffic street with traffic moving pretty quick as you try to move out.

The instructional videos helped, it was like my first time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was sent there after my u-haul from another shop had been misplaced and this store was right there ready to help and allowed me to keep my original reservation.

Horrible customer service- rude employees. Employees simply ignore you when you are waiting on a reservation. They also provide trailers that are not inspected or serviceable: picked up a trailer with tires that had screws sticking out. This business also forces everyone to wear a face diaper, disregarding the state wide mandate of removing the mask requirement. Ill stick with another business in the future as this is my second visit in 2 years and their business practice has not changed, but only gotten worse.

We use this business alot. Was very happy until last rental. Truck was dirty and had juice spilled everywhere. When I returned it they charged me $25 for cleaning!

Amazing staff who work as a team. You can tell the employees respect their managers and vise verse. Bambi and Jerry were exceptional. Best storage place Ive ever done business with and will definitely come back because of the staff! They were very helpful, professional, and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service, service with a smile, they explain their contracts very carefully and encourages questions if you have any. No questions are wrong questions. The owner is a person peraon as well. He helped me lock up my storage when I couldnt get it to close!

I had a receiver hitch installed on my vehicle. They had it in stock and in about an hour I was on my way ready to pull a trailer, wire harness and all. The price was less than I expected too. Fast and friendly service, cant ask for more.

I needed a trailer hitch for my new vehicle and the dealership could not get the type I needed. I came to U-Haul and they had the hitch in stock and was able to get it installed in less than 2 hours for a price that was less than the dealership prices. I recommend this place for anyone needing hitches or other moving supplies

The trailer i rented was perfect however the experience was nowhere even close. The location is highly understaffed. It had taken me about an hour just to reserve the trailer when I came in due to waiting on an employee to help. Finally reserved the trailer for next day pickup. My wife and I showed up the next day to pick up the trailer at 9am and did not leave with the trailer until 10:45 due to only 1 employee being there. Putting us way behind schedule. Poor customer service and lack of communication and will not use nor recommend someone to this location.

Last night I contacted this location and it was closing time. I reached the answering service who messages the Gentleman on duty. I believe his name was Charles. He called me back within 5 minutes. My problem was that my son had accidentally left two very meaningful pictures in the glove box that he would have been very upset if we had lost them. They were pictures of him as an infant with his grandfather who recently passed away. So you can imagine how much these pictures meant to him. Well, Charles went above and beyond after hours to locate the truck and find the pictures. You have no idea how much my family and I appreciate your help on this!! I will definitely use you and recommend you to all my friends.

I rented a cargo van on the 1st. It took 2 hours to get the van. When I come back to return the van. I left $25 in the seat and walk in the office to see what my balance was. When I return back to the van and the money was gone and the only person around the van was an employee named Quincy. He stated that he had just gotten to the van, but the camera showed something different. He stated that there was not any money, but again the camera showed everything that he did. The manager stated that she cant do anything and they both cursed me and called me every name in the book and still had the nerve to ask me how I wanted to take care of the balance and I stated that Im not and I left. I will not rent from here again if it was the only Uhaul in Texas. I had to give 1 star so it would let me post. This Uhaul needs to change its entire staff.

Worst experience Ive ever had with any storage place ever!!!! First I couldnt even move my things into my unit because of construction so I lost 3 whole days of my first month. Then the guy Andrew who did my contract screwed everything up. I had 24 hour access and he didnt take the company lock off so I packed all my stuff up there only to have to take it back home because the general manager didnt feel like coming to open it. Then 1 week later they tell me they cant find my account AT ALL. So I called cooperate and they found it under moved out units I have no clue whats going on at this store but its so unorganized. Its been such an inconvenience dealing with them. Now Im having to redo my entire contract because they messed up. I definitely dont recommend them at all. Horrible. Andrew needs to find a new job.

I have had many experiences at many different U-Haul locations withsuccess, but I will never return to this location in Temple off the loop. First the service is incredibly slow. There are no chairs for customers as they wait. Plan on being in the store at least 30 mins before you are waited on.Next, you can expect to have to return many different times before you actually are able to get your whatever you need.Then, there is no guarantee that you will get what the staff claims.There are other UHaul locations in Temple and in Harker Heights. Use any location other than this one.

I have never had service so bad... I’m actually very disappointed and upset with how this location is run. I have used uhaul and have had nothing but great experiences other than the 2 times I’ve been to this location. The were disrespectful, unwilling to help, and not well trained. The sad part is... this is a corporate location, so that says a lot about the people who run it... my experience is a long lengthy explanation, but the gist of it is, the customer service was terrible twice for the same issue that I was assured was resolved but the people on the phone for when I went into the store, and the people in the store belittled me and just pointed the finger back at the phone support which is only available for returns 8-4 central time m-f, which is pathetic, and both sides were blaming each other. I finally had enough and just threw the product in their trash...

Have been renting a storage unit here for 2 years. The entire time the customer service has been great. We will continue to use them.

Men were nice and attentive. They were helpful with my moving need.

We just were posing and has 16 hours on the road and came there to drop a trailer off and after that lady on the picture made us wait 20 minutes, she told us she couldnt take the trailer and they were super rude to us. We went back to the storage unit and the guy from the uhaul storage told us she could have took our trailer.If you dont want to deal with rudeness and, inneligency please dont go to that place.

They are the slowest possible human been ever born. Prepare about spending half of a day there to pick up a truck.

Called to only get prices for trailers and was refused service unless I gave them my personal information i.e. name, phone number, email etc. Ridiculous. I will take my business elsewhere.

Went with a friend to make a payment on their storage unit. No one knows how to work the system except for the manager. Guy told us to just come back tomorrow even though the payment was due today. Seriously? Train these people on how to use the system. Wasted 10 mintues there and got nothing accomplished.

Took forever to get out when we came to pick up the vehicle, guy sitting behind the counter mumbled something about he couldnt help us, so why you sitting there? Woman yelled from another room that she would be out in a minute, finally another man came in from outside and helped us, then the card reader wouldnt work, finally leave, returned it at 7 pm and at 8 am they are calling us telling us the van is missing! My first thing is did you look at your security footage? Nope they havent! Very unorganized, very unhappy with this place, wont use this location and will let anyone know that asks not to use it.

Took twenty minutes for associate to figure out how to put my small order into the computer. Either the program is bad or the employee is. One of them needs to go. Most customers are not that patient. Seriously!

Reservation doesnt make any difference. Found out less than 24 hours had to pick up 30 miles away. Poor service and policy to have truck available where it was scheduled.

The business was very unorganized and confusing. They didnt have enough employees to handle the number of customers. The manager was very rude and unprofessional.

Has grown quite a lot since last time i was there, other than that it is the same as every other U-haul.

Arrived to return the trailer at 447pm, they close at 500pm. Nothing but smiles & a very quick return.
