Trailer was ready at 8 am as scheduled. Clean and in good condition. Staff extremely friendly and attached and detached trailer from my hitch for me. I had a problem with the movers so Matt, the regional manager, called me personally to help. Uhaul refunded the mover money and removed the bad moving company from its list of reputable movers. While I was upset about the movers, you cant beat the customer service and response to the problem exhibited by this location. Will definitely use them again!

FANTASTIC staff members! Manager was kind, courteous and professional. Just wished that someone told me I wasnt allowed to put on a second lock without payment or approval. Cut off a lock that had sentimental value. Sad face. Otherwise, GREAT experience.

Catherine was awsome! Please excuse me if i miss spell your name. My son and I went in to get a 5x5 storage for our printer. Catherine saw my son and just gave him an open arms hug then allow him to walk with her during her scanning rounds of checking the storage. My son loved her and was not intimated nor afraid. Thank you Catherine for you warm welcoming spirit.

We moved from MA to TX, shipping our belongings in U-Boxes. The General Manager, Travaris (I apologize if I misspelled your name) was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating, all while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor. He made sure we had all the equipment we needed, and even went out of his way to make sure we had water during our transition to U-Boxes to our Storage Unit.I highly recommend using this location just on Travaris expertise and friendliness alone.It should also be noted that the climate controlled facilities are highly secure and clean. If I could give Travaris and Uhaul Midway 10 stars I would.

You have to have a major credit card to get a regular sized truck.

I was looking forward to renting a U-haul from them, however when I went to pick it up they informed me that they didnt have the truck I had reserved due to it being kept by the previous renter for another day. That didnt bother me. However their lack of communication was disappointing. And having to drive across town, adding to my miles for moving was a drag that I didnt have time for.

It was a pleasant and satisfying experience, with the theme from all three of them being honest customer centric attitudes. Very clean and had my 15 ft truck ready with the tow dolly hooked up ready to go I will recommend them to everyone I know penske budget are much higher penske tried to stick me in a 22 ft truck because no 16 ft trucks werent available besides they dont have a tow dolly for a full sized truck U-Haul DOES KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK🤗🤗🤗

Didnt like the place to hard to get to your unit

I had a great experience!!! Needed a truck for about the hours and this location came through for me. My reservation was incorrect (my fault) and Miguel was awesome enough to correct it and do all of the tedious checking in tasks needed. The location is convenient, they have plenty of moving supplies, storage options, and vehicle options. I recommend this location for your moving needs and will choose them again when I need to move large items.

Paid for a Uhaul rental last night. Showed up on time for my rental today and they said they already gave it to someone else. 2 very rude gentlemen did very little to help. They just told me to go to another Uhaul after I’ve already paid. Sorry you don’t want to be at work but no need to be so rude

Since uhaul took over this facility, getting to my stuff has been tricky. Even after paying an additional fee for extended access, I still cant get into the site after close on Sunday, whatever holidays they decide, nor after 11pm. If you do not pay the additional fee, access is only granted when the office is open. I wish U-haul had never taken over, or would at least allow freer access for patrons. Having furniture sit out in the rain because of arbitrary denial of access, even after contacting the call center, can be more costly than selecting a better-run facility.

Trey the manager and all his staff were very helpful to get me what I needed. They went out of their way to make things work for me. They gave me 2 10x10 for the price of a 10x20! And they got me into the brand new indoor storage. New facility is alarmed on each unit, thats what sold me.
