Had a wonderful experience here! I had what I thought was a cavity and wanted to be seen quick. Acre wood fit me in within a week.The dental assistants were all very nice and the doctor made sure to explain everything to me. I was very comfortable throughout my filling and they even let me watch TV during the process! They showed me a breakdown of the charges as well. The whole experience from the first moment you walk in the door is an absolute wonderful experience. The ladies in their office are extremely nice, kind, and great listener to what your needs are from every aspect. The professional atmosphere is incredible. They immediately know what to do to get you ready to see the doctor. Then Dr. Ben Johnson comes in and takes his time in getting to know you and he really know how to communicate and listens well. Hes so nice, calm, down to earth kind of man and extremely smart, you immediately can tell this doctor is very sharp, knowledgeable and experienced. Now, I know Im finally at the right place and wont be having to look any further for the right dentist. He explains every detail in whats the best lasting dental work you need. After you leave, then his office staff immediately works on getting everything ready to file a pre estimate with your insurance company, so, you know how much everything out of pocket is your cost. Also, they add the additional procedure, if its necessary just so theres no surprises in cost if some extra things are necessary in surgery.If its not needed, no worries, no surprises! Did I mention, on the same day of my appointment, I received a pre-estimate email from their office of every detailed charge thatwould be submitted to the dental insurancecompany and if I had any questions to call. I did call and again, the same wonderful, professional experience and kind lady name Allison explained reviewed the estimate with me and she is so wonderful. She said, I will do everything I can to assist you with your dental insurance company to maximize your benefits through each stage of your treatment. Now, can you believe how that made me feel. Trust, thats how I felt. TRUST!!! The best first impressions, the best dental chair lady, the most experience, kind, down to earth dentist and now the insurance office lady helping me. I had my first appointment with Dr Johnson this afternoon at AWD, and let me tell you, it was the most fun Ive EVER had at a dental office. Thats high promise because Im almost 50 YO, and Ive had some good and bad experiences at the dentist. They are friendly and so much fun. Professional (when they needed to be) but I felt relaxed and well taken care of. Honest, personable and great service. I love this place!! 👍❤️❤️❤️❤️

Love love love them!!! Dr. Olzack is the best. I have a HUGE phobia of dentist based on a childhood incident. He was patient with my fears and was willing to let me have my checks and balances before my appointment. Staff also was understanding. Office is always spotless and my interaction making appointments and getting reminder calls is amazing. And the fact they are always laughing with each other makes for a great atmosphere. He has a patient for life.

Dr. Ryan Olzack and the whole staff are really great. I had a tooth prepared for a crown on a Thursday and a temporary crown set then returned on the next Monday for the completed crown. Dentalassistant Katrin Rahmatiyeni did a great job making both the crowns. Perfect fit.

The dentist was smart as in knowledge, great experience and dentists usually make my knuckles turn white not this time 😄😄 Ill be back. Enjoyed the entire staff, they kept me laughing.

I do not like going to the dentist, I do NOT like going to the dentist, I DO NOT LIKE GOING TO THE DENTIST!!!!! There, that being said, my visit today was the best I have ever had! Everyone was friendly, welcoming and professional. No lectures about flossing or brushing, or how long it has been since my last cleaning. The Hygienist had a touch that was light as a feather. No pain, not one decent wince! I will go back. The dentist was young, professional, friendly, and answered my questions very well. He talked me out of buying an expensive toothpaste. I will be going back. Next time I might just fall asleep in the chair I will be so relaxed!

Everyone there was so friendly, helpful, and understanding. I love the fun and caring atmosphere. Dr. Olzack made my 13 year old comfortable and took his time to explain things to us thoroughly. I loved that they explained pricing to me at the beginning-rather than waiting to the end like other places have done. I would highly recommend them to all military families.

Technicians and dentists all VERY nice. Patient with kids, no pain! Very clean facility, very professional but personable staff.

Doctors are always polite and thorough. Kimberly, dental hygienist, splatted my face and eyes with buffing paste when getting paste from container onto air buffing tool. She also spilled saliva onto my neck and beard splatter me with saliva several times. When I confronted her saying she was really messy, she blamed me. This is my only not pleasant experience however. Every staff member has been polite.

Fantastic! Had an extraction scheduled. I worried & worried till the morning arrived. Painless says it all. Didnt feel the shot & I thought the Doctor was just probing around it until he said its already out. Wow! Great staff & fantastic care.

Staff was helpful and supportive. Dentist was very good. I had 2 teeth abstracted and the dentist made sure I was comfortable and understood the procedure. Theyre super responsive, caring, and ooze empathy for their patients.I literally had Dr Johnson respond to my request for treatment WHILE they were all in Hawaii, who does that?!If you suffer from bad dental choices in your youth alongside serious anxiety you would be hard pressed finding a more understanding and terrific dental practice.I cant stress enough how finding this practice completely changed my life, and my smile!

I have truly hated dentists my whole life. I would get extreme anxiety, cry the whole time and would put off seeing one until I absolutely had to. I also had a dislike of going to dentists because I had encountered rude and condescending providers that werent understanding of the fear that some of us have or that some of us women were too busy taking care of everyone else instead of ourselves so we may not have the best teeth. I came here over a year ago and I really didnt think that I would stick it out and get my teeth fixed. Turns out that I love my dentist, I think hes the best, and not just him, his whole staff! I have never felt belittled, they have never made me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. They are gentle and listen if I tell them that I am uncomfortable. I am no longer afraid of the dentist and I absolutely adore how lovely my smile is becoming.

I love this dental office, Dr Olzack is very professional, informative, and has a way of making you comfortable. I usually have to have dental work beyond cleanings and he’s been one of the nicest dentists I’ve had. He’s always happy to explain procedures and answer any questions I may have. My experience was amazing. Felicia and Erica (the student dental assistant) were really professional, engaging and very responsive. They walked me through the procedures and answered all of my questions. My doctor was also very helpful.

Dr. Johnson and his staff were wonderful. I was able to make a first time appointment, see Dr. Johnson, and make a plan to resolve my tooth painall in the same day. Seeing the dentist during this time can be a scary process. Not with this office. You call when you arrive at the office. Then wait in your car for someone from the office to come and get you. Which didn’t take long at all. The thought of waiting in a crowded waiting room with other patients during this time is a little overwhelming. That is why my family chose to leave our last dentist office. I can tell Dr. Johnson’s office wants to make sure everyone is as safe as possible. My temperature was checked and hand sanitizer was available right at the front door. It was really just a pleasant experience visiting the dentist office today.

I’ve been going to this dentist for about 1.5 years now and am so glad I chose Acre Wood. The entire staff could not be more friendly- everyone is helpful and the atmosphere through the whole office is super friendly which makes going to the dentist a lot more comfortable :)I take my young children there now and the staff was incredibly supportive and understanding of their needs!

I decided I was going to try a new dentist just to make sure, because I knew my pain was real. Firstly, prior to finding Acre Wood Dental I would only go to the dentist when I had a major dental issue. I was never consistent. I equated dental work to pain and avoided it for that reason. I was recommended to Acre Wood By a friend initially for an infected wisdom tooth that had been causing major issues for some time. Dr. Olzack had the tooth out in under a minute. No exaggeration. It was absolutely painless. At that point, I was sold. I’ve gone back to have my teeth cleaned by Felicia who put me onto so many tips and products to help my gum health. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Johnson either. Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.I thought I would need veneers to love my smile again but he’s done a wonderful job thus far on transforming my smile with each visit. I appreciate the opportunity to be seen as soon as possible to relieve my mind with tooth ache I was having. Previously when experiencing the same thing was told it was nothing and could not do anything to help and to go on planned trip. The trip was ruined with the pain and ended up have two root canals done when returned. Dr. Johnson took the time to view x-rays with me and would check in a week to see how I am doing.All staff very engaged and helpful.

Everyone I saw introduced themselves and made sure that I was comfortable and had no questions relating to their part. They treated me like I was royalty. Dr Johnson is the absolute best dentist I have ever met. He was gentle, kind, and humorous. Its obvious he and his staff love their jobs. I love everything about this dental office. I had an accident as a youngster and have spent many months in dental chairs. So let’s start there. The chairs are well padded and roomy - they even give you a blanket if you’d like and have TVs on the ceiling lol - oh the view out the window is like a beautiful garden and has a stream running through it. The doctors are very responsive to any mentioned issue. The ladies even give guided personal instructions because you are lost and trying to find the office. They tell you fast food places you should be seeing rather than give you cross streets because we know no one can find the street signs lol. The very best part - they work very hard not to hurt you but do let you know EXACTLY what to expect after procedures and how long you should expect to be eating jello and crackers soaked in cream soup lol. I feel very lucky to have found Dr Johnson. And must mention Kesha too - she’s surely an angel come to earth but they are all so special it’s hard to choose just one - Megan (I think that’s her name - I’d already had my medication lol) is dental office goals! The pregnant lady is just so sweet and every little bit ask if you are comfortable - do you need a break - anything she can do to make “it” better. Just so sweet and gentle. See? Everyone there is special.
