Aaron M from Bug Master s Temple was a lifesaver. We moved our RV that was in storage for a year to our campsite in Temple for a family weekend get away. Little did we know that paper wasps came along. After finding dozens in our trailer and a few stings later we called the highest rated pest control folks in town.Took about 24 hours to respond, and Aaron worked around our schedule. Needless to say, he gave us some great advice and located the source of our problem. Very professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic to our situation.Would 100% recommend it, and we will use their service full time at our residence for pest mitigation.

The backyard was sprayed using the canister and not the hose from the truck, which provides a better coverage. The time of the service appeared to be much faster than usual. Was informed I would be receiving an electronic invoice, which normally is sent to me within a two or three day window. I am still waiting for the invoice. I am not even sure if these surveys are being reviewed, since this is the second request to take a survey, which I have edited and down graded from the previous one.

I have been using Bug Master for almost 15 years. I have a property with a short term rental, The Silo House At The Laughing Llama Farm and our guest experience is our number one priority. Bug Master sends someone quarterly with specific instructions to be at the property during turnovers and we coordinate the schedule to do so between guest stays while housekeeping is there.They also spray my primary residence quarterly and I have never had to call them back between visits except once when it rained the day after the outside application and they took care of a respray immediately.Children, animals and guests are always taken into consideration and I appreciate our service tech Stormey’s professionalism, promptness and communication.I have highly recommended Bug Master in the past and will continue to do so!

I purchased a newly.built home and before I moved in I discovered that there were rodents in the attic. This company came out did an inspection and confirmed what I suspected. The next day they started the treatment plan. The plan consisted of trapping them with mouse traps and then blocking their access, so they wouldn’t return. They also placed traps in the yard. They are pricey, but not the most expensive and they also require a 1 year contract. After asking for so much money up front I don’t believe they should hold you to a contract, but I wanted the rats out of my new house. So far two dead rats and we’re waiting to see if they find new ways to get it. I like that the company is on time and like the previous pest company, they took the situation seriously and in doing so, they earned business. I also had spiders and scorpions filling up my sticky traps and since their bug treatment, my sticky traps are clean.

Matt was very polite and respectful of our space. It was kind of early in the morning, so he kept his voice down which I appreciated, and he also communicated well about what he needed to do around the house. Excellent service overall.

We’ve been using BugMasters for a couple of months now. It originally started to treat a flea infestation, which was taken care of within a month! We are flea free! We also have a monthly service plan and the only pests we see are dead! We live in the country so there’s lots of spiders and water bugs, but they’re taken care of! I had a wonderful experience with this company, I had the initial treatment for the multi roach infestation and my follow up treatment was extremely thorough. He made sure to communicate and explain the process of spot treatment, and explained what he was spraying with and what it would do to the roaches. he gave me a timeline of how long it would take to affect the roaches and when it would be best to come check to make sure they are dead .he searched for the nest which my previous tech didnt do,and sprayed it. Im confident that the infestation is not going to last much longer.

Called for help with carpenter ants and they were very quick to respond and send out their salesman and then their technician the next day... rain was predicted so they came back as soon as us was dry and sprayed the house where the ants had come in and the yard where they were. Looking forward to seeing good results... have dealt w/carpenter ants for some time and scorpions which they also said the spray will kill.

The gentleman was great who came out for our initial treatment. He was on time and thorough. He dusted the attic, sprayed the yard, made sure to spray all of the weep holes, and even prayed under the sinks where bugs could get in through the piping. We’ve had a bad ant problem, so hopefully this helps! I will write another review in a few months to see how the service does. The customer service is great!
