You came just at the right time. We were having an increase of bugs coming into the house. Once your treatments started, no more bugs. Tech saw some termite damage which we thought we had, so we received a free termite inspection. Found just a little area, but now we dont have to worry with it. Someone came and treated every few feet by putting the bait in the ground. Its safe for pets. The good news is that they have to repair any damage or anything from new termites. We also had a mouse come in our house that they found and took away. They blocked off all the ways it could have come in. Our Terminix team have been wonderful, professional people.

I am giving this company 0 stars. When Nicole signed me up for service I was told that I could purchase 1 quarter (3 Months) of pest control and be done. The charge would not recur, but If I wanted to continue service I could let them know and then it would begin recurring. I paid in full for 1 year of termite services and 1 quarter only of pest control services, and thought that was finished. I was charged the recurring fee of $107.00 at the next quarter, with absolutely no warning and the money was withdrawn from my checking account automatically. This caused me financial distress. I placed a call to the managers who even after their 24-48 hour policy of calling back, never called me. Upon calling customer service agents both locally and in San Antonio who did nothing for me except send me back to the Temple managers who refuse to return my phone calls, I learned that they have changed their policy to automatically renew every service you sign up for. This policy was in place when Nicole signed me up and told me I could get 1 quarter and be done. I am still in the process of trying to get my money refunded.

They give a time window for service and arrive within that timeframes. And they notify me the day before. Most of the time that works. But would prefer that I had 48 hour notice. But when it did not work, he was willing to reschedule or do outside and then return for inside.

This was my first time using a bug service. So far so good. We just got the preventative package.

We werent very satisfied with our service. They never got rid of our mice. Each time a new tech came out and said they would follow up in a week and didnt. Couldnt get a hold of the First guy that left his card. Left messages and texts. The Office staff is friendly and the guys that came out were friendly but we just didnt get results.

I would definitely recommend,I had a ant problem and spiders..We Cant share the same space..Kris came out and did the inspection and pointed out some hiding spots and then Michael came over and did all the work he did an extremely great job outside he sprayed and we had millions of snails on around the property he knocked all those things down!I dont know if he used an outdoor vacuum or something but I dont see any snails.Then he came inside and sprayed every inch of the house even moving furniture went inside the cabinets and drawers put some special formula in those spots .Sprayed the doorways.baseboards.Put some baits in my sons room pointed out where those nasty ants are coming from.He is really good and professional and doesnt slack.Woke up the next morning finding dead ants and spiders .Definitely worth it .He also gave me a card told me to call if I see anything like mice Im covered .

My terminex guy is so helpful. Not only with the chemical service, but with tips and suggestions on things we could do ongoing to keep the bugs away. I really am glad I decided on this company for our pest services

Had a person come out from Terminex named Nicole, she told me that they would fill the two holes n the attic, spray for rodents and set traps. Set an appt and paid $200+ tax, next day, a guy comes out, has no idea what he’s doing or what’s going on... says they don’t fill holes, and that he CAN spray and CAN set traps if we want ... like we haven’t already paid $200 to have that done. That should’ve been discussed w the tech that came out for the inspection yesterday.. why aren’t these two people on the same page ? Did I over pay for something that they don’t even offer ? I ask the guy how to get ahold of “Nicole “ or if there’s a manager for me to speak to and he doesn’t know of any managers and Nicole conveniently isn’t answering the phone.

Weve been using terminix since 2013. JOE has been our tech since the beginning. Something happened and we didnt see JOE for a while. We were thinking about canceling service and JOE Called me this morning to make appointment today, we are again in good hands, keep JOE on our route thank you.

My husband ran over one of the termite bait station with the lawn lower and took the top off. I contacted Terminix and within 2 days they were out and it was replaced at no additional cost. Thank you Terminix for taking care of my family and property.

I had a serious bed big issue I started dealing with terminix in Nov 2020..Im thousands of dollars in and still have beg bugs..they are supposed to come every two weeks they dont..when I call they give me the run around and have to schedule an appointment mean while the beg bugs are continuing to multiply..poor service and customer service.

***UPDATE*** Been using Terminex for almost a year and a half. Ric Stapp is our technician and is always very thorough in keeping our home insect free and explaining what he does and why. He cares about our concerns and completely answers any questions we might have. Were very pleased with Ric and our Terminex service.They are continuing to treat our ant infestation at no extra cost after our initial payment. The little buggers were living in our walls. I highly recommend Terminix. If you have problems in between your scheduled treatments, they come out and take care of it. There are no hidden fees or extra charges. Technicians are very professional. Great value for your money.

This was so bad that I tried to call the company for questions about my service and the lady hung up in my face. She seems very irritated and annoyed about what I was saying. Timely response to new account & preferred appointment date/time group. Technician kept me informed on his travel to my residence, service start & end, & a detailed report of service provided. Product is working so far for mosquito defense. Went from mosquito swarm to no mosquitoes after one treatment. The technician even knocked down a wasp nest. Horrible experience! We just signed up. First the technician said he came to our house and “knocked cobwebs down outside”.... then The technician Called my husband after he had to call the man that sold the service to us. And he said he was on his way and that he got a house mixed up with another one. So he came to our house and advised us to clean out our cabinets, and that he could come back and do the whole service at once. We scheduled for him to come back at 4 on Monday. And he said that we wouldn’t be charged anything until then. Well today, money was taken out. So I called, and this technician put in his notes that he completed the service and that he used Product in our home! Which was a lie! He did not perform any service as we agreed not to till Monday. He also stated he would bring the roach motels from their brand. Which we don’t have. He intentionally played us. I am In so much disbelief that he did that because he seems so professional and friendly! And then he sat outside of my house in his company truck, and typed in lies on his notes! We will never ever go through this company again.. I feel Completely disrespected and like we were not as important as him getting out of a job.

My bill has went from 105.00 to 150.00 since I have been with them and I have yet to see any difference in the service. I understand inflation, but damn. I have friends that go to Home Depot and spray on their own with the same results.

The service received from Rick Stamps, the service technician, is second to none. He is friendly, professional, courteous and genuinely concerned with protecting my property from damage.

As a customer for over 10 years, I am pleased with the service. We subscribe to the Termite protection, Exterior and Exclusion services. We have a problem with scorpions and have had to have extra treatments for them. Scheduling is really easy on their website and the tech always calls the day before coming out. He knocks down wasp nests and treats fire ant mounds also! I would have given 5 stars if the Exclusion service was easier to schedule. I called the main number and could not understand the operator. I thought she understood me and had scheduled them to come. It did not happen. I will try again.

Terminix solved our problem of ants and spiders and explained the services they did. They also explained future treatments and what they would be doing to help treat the pests. They also assured us we shouldnt see any pests and in the event we do, for us to call in and schedule between regular scheduled services.

I called them twice to enquire about a termite inspection, both times leaving voicemails. Its been over a week with no call backs. Poor customer service!

In my opinion Terminix is the forerunner in the insect exterminator business. Im impressed. The cost of my treatment is within my buget and I would recommend Terminix to anyone and everyone who asks.

Our Terminix technician was awesome!!! He was on time, neatly dressed, professional and very knowledgeable. He had also addressed all of our questions and very friendly as well.

So hard to get anyone to answer the phone. They say they’ve came out and sprayed our house but we have been home all day and we know that no one came out.

Such a though job. First time we have not had to call to get termite inspection done. We are always billed but usually must call to get the service we paid for done. This last representative was polite, communicated with me and did service I have never seen done in all the years of of paying for this service. Thank you, please send this rep every year

The technician that came to my house was great! He let me know what everything he was doing was and what it did. He gave very helpful information about what I needed to do to help the process along after the initial treatment. He was very knowledgeable about his job and very friendly and caring towards me.

I just love Terminix. I have been using them for 10+years. Never had any issues with spiders, bugs, scorpions, or rodents. The property behind me apparently had field mice and invaded both homes to my left and right. Unfortunately they had a momma with a large amount of babies. Took them weeks to rid them all. Thank goodness for TerminixFriendly and Caring makes us feel like family

Our agent, Joe, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We was a pleasure to have in our house, a really nice guy. He gave me some good recommendations and explained to me everything he was doing. Steven came out to do my initial inspection and he was very courteous. The only complaint I have is when I was trying to cancel service at our old house, since we had recently moved, and it took a few calls to finally get that service cancelled and our new one activated. Regardless of that, Im a happy customer.

Vincent Wilson, my technician, continually performs all of his duties in a timely, thorough and efficient manner. I have complete piece of mind knowing that no pests enter my house and/or property. Vincent does an outstanding job. He goes out of his way to to inspect, find and eliminate any and all pests found. Usually nothing is found because of his complete and thorough treatment each month. I could not do without Vincent handling my pest control needs. He is the best that I have had, and I have had several previous technicians. Let me start off by saying this has nothing to do with Zandro, who had been servicing our house for the 3 months prior to our cancellation. He was wonderful and took care of our problem. My issue is that I called to cancel services due to the fact that we no longer needed them. Instead of cancelling, I made the decision to put our account on hold until the cooler months at the end of this year in case our problem returned. I spoke to a corporate rep and was told that I would not be charged $128 until October if we decided to go ahead and proceed with the service at that time. I was charged anyway due to our technician coming out and spraying the outside of the house about an hour before my phone call.So I totally understand the charge because we did receive that service, but my first problem is that we had been receiving weekly visits for the last 3 months and I was just assuming this was another one of those visits. Our 3 months was supposed to last until March 14th and I called on March 10th to cancel, which is why I thought the service fell into our initial 3 months. Second, the rep I spoke to told me I wasnt going to be charged until October and I was charged anyway. Third, the lady I spoke to out of the Temple office that was supposed to help resolve the issue was very condescending from the moment I answered her phone call.I do not need it explained to me repetitively WHY Im being charged; I get that. Im not understanding why the corporate rep I spoke to didnt explain to me what was going on before I was charged. I was told one thing, and the complete opposite happened. Apparently the customer service reps have no idea what theyre doing because the charge wasnt the only thing I was lied to about; I found out after speaking to the Temple rep that September was actually when the hold would be lifted, not October. This information is not that big of a deal, but the fact that I couldnt even get a solid answer is.Another thing, when the rep that inspected our house and priced our services spoke to us at the beginning of all this, I was told that IF we needed an additional 3 months of services, we would only be charged $99. The lady I spoke with in Temple pretty much told me I should have looked at my service agreement and that was that.Basically, this company will not back what any of their employees tell the customers. If you choose to go with them for pest control, be aware that no matter what these reps tell you, always make sure you look at the service contract because they will lie and make you believe one thing and in reality thats not the way its going to happen.As far as the service goes, if you have rodents that need to be taken care of, they can do it. If youre worried about bugs, go with a different company. We dont have bug issues, other than the occasional waterbug when it gets hot, and of course the wasps, but its seemed like every time the spray was administered we would actually get bugs. And they wouldnt be dying either. We had to go around and spray with some stuff we got from tractor supply that we use during the summer time and it fixed the problem.

I really enjoyed working with this company. I am glad that I chose Terminix.

Thank you Terminix for fast service. I called in to set up service due to me seeing a bug inside my home. This is was a Saturday morning, and the new set up would be for Monday. I was freaking out because I seen a bug, and asked if they’ll be able to come out the same day. The rep said she couldn’t make me any promise but she’ll try. Within 20 min I received a call from a manager saying Tyrone my tech could come out the same day. We built a new home in the country and struggled with the bugs till we finally gave up and called Terminix. We get the mosquito treatments too and have never seen a mosquito. Its a relief not to worry about bugs anymore.

Recently moving to Texas and moving into our new home, we werent sure what to expect bug wise. Well we ended up with a horrible ant problem and Terminix came to the rescue. Our technician, Tyrone, was very thorough explaining exactly what would happen and what he would be doing. I am so glad that I chose Terminix.

I have had terminix miss two appointments this week, and no one will contact me back. The call center said I made up the first one and didnt have an appointment, just a preferred time. I dont have a preferred time considering Im bound to the house due to surgery recovery.To paint the picture better, I am trying to get them to re service the house because they didnt do anything to my fire ants back months ago and the only reason I knew they were there was because I got a post it on the door (neither of us got a call). They missed an appointment in October, December and 2 in January.

Terminix gets rid of mosquitoes, and keeps my house bug and termite free.

I was price shopping for bug prevention services and they were between $400-$600 more than other companies I contacted for the same services. The company I decided to go with is extremely reasonable, very professional, and offer free anytime sprays between your 3 month scheduled services if it is needed. Anyways, Terminix now calls me every day multiple times a day and spams my number to touch base with me and find out what services I want to start. I called one time to ask for an estimate over the phone and have told them numerous times that I am not interested and to stop calling me. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME! Otherwise I will have no choice but to file harassment charges.

They were great. Very thorough and very professional. And the price was less than their competitors. $500.00 less for the bait system the other company was just going to spray for an extra $500.00 and they charged me $70.00 just to do the inspection and Ive been with them for pest control for the last 2.5th years. And scheduled the spray 7 days out. Terminix did not charge for the inspection and did the treatment the same day.

Im station in Washington as the moment, but I never had any complaints from my tenants. My tenants never have any problems with pest. Terminix is Awesome!! Been in busy with them 11 years.

Terminex is quick to take your money but impossible to get them to service your home. I have tree rats in my attic so for a low 1,500.00 the plan was to bait the rats and remove the dead ones once a week for the next two weeks to avoid the smell of rotting rats and go from there. Had to beg to get somebody to come out the first week with the smell entering my home. They apologized and I can understand mistakes. This week received a call to come out and service the attic and guess what???? NOBODY called or showed up between the 5 to 7 pm window. I tried reaching out yesterday and was told I would get a call back and no such luck. Called today and not one manager could be reach in my area. I did have a Abilene manager reach out to let me know he was 5 hrs away and couldn’t help but it’s the thought that counts correct?? Have family coming in tonight for the holiday and guess they will have to indure the smell entering my home. Will take this one to the top but buyer beware.
