Very clean facility, owner is superbly friendly and helpful. Plus there are little notes everywhere for less confusion for customers. I recommend going out of your way to go here.

This is my third review. The first time I gave a five star review because I was very happy and excited with this laundromat location, because of the prices cleanliness of the location. And also the staff, and owners how friendly, and helpful they are. But one night, May 25 the young man that that works the evening shift didnt treat me well. So that is why I change my review and I gave them one star. But the truth is that besides that young man everybody else are great employees. So just because that one situation, I am not going to go some place else. Tonight I got here and there was a lady making sure that the location was clean. This is the reason why I keep coming to this location. I really like this location.

My first time using this laundromat and I LOVED it! You get loyalty points for washing and you can use them to pay for your dryers! How cool is that?! The dryers work really well. I only needed to wash some quilts and larger items, but now I want to do the majority of my wash there! The attendant is so nice and very helpful.

Didn’t know this place was here. Brought a bunch of thing since moving to an apartment. My washer and dryer are in storage for now. Everything was done quickly and the attendant was very helpful.

I absolutely love both locations. I live on 31st Street, so I mainly visit that location. The only issue I have with the Olaf location, is that my app does not work at this location only. I always have funds, and upon scanning the QR code to activate machines, the app gives me an error message, stating “insufficient funds “. Otherwise, Wavemax is 100% my go-to for laundry. Friendly staff, clean environment, always presentable. Love it.

If you drop off after 2pm and Austin has to handle your laundry, just count on not getting it back for 2 business days. Hes the slowest, laziest sloth of a human Ive ever seen. If you drop off for Wash/Dry/Fold in the morning, Diana is amazing. She does quick, quality work. Shes the only reason Im giving more than one star. The owner appears to not care that their afternoon employee is straight up trash, despite multiple complaints. I know multiple customers have had issues with him.

Fabulous laundromat! When you travel you never know what kind of facilities youre going to run into. Having reviews to read is a big help, which is what led us to Wave. Reviews were right! Clean, friendly staff, equipment worked well, prices were comparable.

I have not been to a laundromat in many years, but because of the freezing weather we had last week, our water heater got broke and our water lines are still not working correctly. I came to this laundromat, and could not believe how clean and bright this building was, plus how quickly these machines worked!! I would definitely recommend this place!!

Sure nice guys at the counter. There was a sign at the counter letting us know he was deaf but he still helped me with a couple problems I had. Great customer service and a very clean place to do laundry would definitely recommend and would go back

I started to come here when my washer and dryer broke down on me. The first time I came to the this location I was very impressed and satisfied with the cleanliness of the building inside and outside. The access to wifi. And the fact that the owners and staff are very friendly, and the are very helpful. This is my spot until I get a new washer and dryer. Thank you WaveMax keep up the great job.

Only complaint I have about this place is that some of the employees refuse to wear a mask. As of writing this we are still in a pandemic. Ive been going to this location because its close to my residence and is always clean. Id just appreciate if the employees felt a little more like keeping their patrons safe. That is the whole point in wearing a mask. To protect others against the possibility of you being asymptomatic.

Very clean, I love how modern the washers/Dryers. The attendant was very friendly ! The bathrooms also were neat, clean and well kept! I would love to have one of these laundromats in my area.

The facility is kept clean and has attendants on duty. However, I gave it 2 stars due to the customer service and treatment while at the Olarf location. I had two carts full of clothes trying to load into the machine and the attendant walked right up to my cart next to me, never said one word and removed my clothes basket onto the floor and took my cart and left it by the door. That was strike #1. As I was putting my detergent into the machine I hear someone yelling In my direction telling me how much detergent I should be using was strike #2. The lack of and then over communicating was very irritating and unprofessional. Not sure if she assumed this was my first rodeo at a laundry facility or if I was a teenager. However, you don’t treat anyone in that manner. I will not be returning again.

It was very clean!! I have never been to a laundromat that was that clean! The attendant seemed to be very nice and helpful. Didnt talk to her much though. Will go back when in Temple, TX! Very pleased!!

Thank you WaveMax for great size washer and dryers. I was able to do all king size comforters and blankets at the same time. Facilities were also clean, atm and change machines available. You can also scan for payment with their app.

There are 20, 30, 45, 62, and 77 pound load washers and a couple dozen dryers. Washing machines are $3-$8 for a standard load and take $1 coins and quarters. The dryers are spacious and are 25¢ per 7 minutes of drying time. There is an ATM, 2 change machines, a soap dispenser, and M&F bathrooms.This is probably the nicest laundromat Ive ever been to.

This place is fantastic!Its kept very clean & an attendant on staff. With very nice tables, new machines and an affordable drop off service, I am very impressed!I dont enjoy having to got to the laundromat but this place makes it less dreadful for sure!
