I am beyond amazed at how GREAT Wes’s Auto Clinic is. Great service, great work, great price. Quick, efficient, great people working there. They’re all nice and friendly. Just absolutely amazing. I will not be going to another mechanic ever again. Since I was recommended these guys, I am a customer for life.

April 03, 2017Being from out of town and on the road on a Saturday is not a good combination to get good service at a reasonable price!I was in Belton, TX for a gun show April 01-02, 2017 when the starter on my van quit. I had to stay in the motel Sunday night and prepared to call several recomended repair centers on Monday morning.Several were booked and could not see me. After finding a few who could work me in and got estimates, I called Wes who was recomended by a 121 Towing driver named Wayne. Wayne was recently separated from the Army and had tried to start my van Saturday evening. This turned out to be one of the best recomendations I have received.Wes gave me an estimate that was about $100 cheaper than the next. I told him I would be there as quick as the towing service could get me there.When I arrived Wess shop was full. He personally got right on it and did the work himself. He replaced the starter very quickly. I was scheduled the next day in my hometown to have the water pump replaced. Not wanting to gamble a 150 mile drive home with a noisy water pump I asked him how much and could he do it. When Wes gave me a price that was equal to my cost at home I said do it!Wess total price for both the starter and water pump were equal to what others in the Belton area had quoted me for just the starter.Not only did Wes perform quality work at a more than a fair price, he did it very quickly. I was ready to get on the road home by noon!Wes was a rare find for this stranded traveler! The people of Temple and Belton are fortunate to have a shop like his in their backyard!

I have been taking my vehicles to Wes’s for many years. The quality of service and honesty is something that other businesses can learn from. It’s obvious that providing good honest service is very important to Wes and his staff. They will not do work that is unnecessary, and the work they do is done at a fair price. If you want a “go to shop” when you’re having issues with your vehicle, put Wes’s Auto on your speed dial. I certainly have!

This place was close to home and I needed to get my car inspected. I am new to the town so I didnt really know where to go but i took a chance here. These people were super friendly and had my car inspected and ready very quick. Good service! Thank you!

No customer service just horrible

I originally brought my 2003 car to Smith Family Auto Care for a power steering leak. The Smith family charged me $600 to fix the leak. I came to pick up the car when they said it was ready, only to find out they were still doing last-minute repairs. They then told me theres a second leak that would require an additional $900. It felt like a scam.I looked at other shops and discovered Wess Auto Clinic. Wes did a pressure test and found the top radiator hose leaking. It was fixed for $59!It goes to show that honesty is tough to find in mechanics. Wes gives a fair price and does things the right way.

Excellent service. Been going to Wess since he took over from Bob about 20 yrs or close. Never a problem infact he cures the problem.

Best mechanic shop in bell county, more then fair pricing.... and will not try upsale you something you dont need. wess auto clinic is the only shop I trust with my vehicles.

Visited today to get a broken wheel stud replaced. Man at reception said he didnt have anyone capable of doing that. If youre going to blatantly lie to your customers, you might want to be a little bit more selective about who you lie to.
