Mike is hands down the best person to speak with that works here. Was able to get my 8” BDS lift ordered for my ram, installed and 40” tires all installed within a few days. They offer lifetime warranty on all their work, and you can bring the truck in anytime you want and they will re-torque and re-check their work at no cost. Can’t beat it. Would recommend 100%

Had BDM recently install a lift, air bags, wheels, tires, bumpers, and a few other parts on my ‘20 Ram. They were very easy to work with, had answers to all my random questions, and they really went out of their way to make sure i was and still am 100% happy with my new ride.I have to give them an extra plus for dealing with me on a few things i wanted done a certain way, i was very picky on the install and wiring and they made sure it was exactly how i requested it be done. They just moved into a new shop, it is worth stopping by to check out as its enormous and they have a large amount of parts and wheels in stock in the show room.100% recommend this shop, i drove 50 miles todo biz with them, it was worth the drive and ill be back again!

BDM was very honest about what my truck truly needed. I came in for a 2nd opinion and they saved me a lot of money. They provided great service from start to finish while installing Bilstein 5100s and leveling out my Tundra!

BDM installed a BDS Lift kit on my 2020 F150 and I am very satisfied with the work they did. The truck rides better than stock, everyone treated me great no BS they did everything they said they would. I am back a week later getting AMP power running boards installed. If your thinking about getting some work done on your truck, BDM is the place to go!

BDM Customs has some of the best service you can find an Arizona I’ve been to multiple shops in different cities and states and by far BDM Customs has the best customer service Mike and Jayson are very welcoming to you the second you walk through the door you feel welcome they lifted my 2018 Silverado Z 71 after Mike finish pricing my lift kit out wheels and tires I was scheduled in the following week for it to be installed and they had it installed within the same business day. Mike’s team here at BDM customs does outstanding work and all are so knowledgeable on all of their products they offer as well with any other questions you may have. I have had BDM customs lift all my trucks and have been going here for 10 years for all my vehicle work. I highly recommend BDM Customs.

After reading all the comments and reviews, I admit I was a bit apprehensive about getting work done by them. Let me say, I had nothing to worry about. These guys were super professional, and very attentive to the smallest details. And the after-care is amazing. They make sure you’re happy and the vehicle performance is up to par. Mike at the front desk was super knowledgeable and isn’t the type of person who just sells you stuff and moves on. He takes his time with the customer and makes sure you are satisfied with your purchase before and after installation. Next, project is my wife’s Jeep, and these folks are definitely gonna be working on it.

BDM installed a 4 inch BDS lift on my 2015 Duramax a few years ago and 60k miles later I haven’t had one problem, 20k of that towing and through some gnarly off-road trip trips too. They will be doing my next truck when the time comes as well. Highly recommend!

This shop is awesome, they know their vehicles and they know quality parts. They are the only BDS Suspension distributor in AZ. I bought the 6inch BDS kit with Fox 2.5 DSC Coilovers, KMC Enduro 18x9 and 35s. Very satisfied! They also do a 1,000 miles check up/tightening on the parts.

My family and I are visiting in Tempe, AZ from Oklahoma City this week. I drove my RAM 1500 on this trip while towing a loaded cargo trailer weighing about 3800 lbs total. While no where close to maximum towing ability of my truck, I noticed a vibration during the trip that drove me crazy the whole 1000 mile drive. I made the mistake of taking my truck to one of those “Discount” tire shops for a rotation and balance before making the drive to Tempe.Upon arrival to Tempe I started looking for a local shop that specialized in wheels and tires for trucks. I came across BDM Customs and called them. I explained the situation and was told to bring it in at 9am the following morning and they would get me taken care of. I showed up the next day and was promptly taken care of. This truck drives smoother than it ever has since I put the 20x12 -44 offset Moto Metal wheels and 33x12.50x20 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires on 15,000 miles ago.Big shout out to BDM Customs from OKC! Thanks to you my drive home will be more comfortable!

Not only were they extremely friendly when I brought my 2014 GMC Sierra in on the flatbed but very intrigued in the problem as just about everyone in the shop came out to take a look at it. Friendly staff and great service. I bought my truck lifted from the ford dealership. Had a light come on on the dash for steering. Brought to dealership and they wanted to charge $2800 to fix. I called the dealership in casa grande where I bought it and they said to have Bdm look at it BDM said it just needed tightened up and to bring it in every 6 months or so. I have done that and always no charge and in and out quick. I would refer them to anyone.

I have been working with BDM Customs since they started as a small business over ten years ago. I have always had great experiences with them whether I was lifting trucks for my dealership to sell, Installing custom wheels on cars to sell, or having the custom grill installed on my personal Nissan Armada. They were also very helpful in doing repairs to my 1969 Plymouth roadrunner with a 440Magnum six pack--and I would not take that 550HP car to just anyone. So, no matter what your needs, they can take care of it for you at the best price around. Thank you Mike and all the BDM staff.

Way overpriced! They charge an arm and a leg and dont do the quality of work required to charge that much. Very bad at communication. I took my truck there after it broke down and it took them Over a month to fix it. If they had originally told me they were going to take that long, I would have gone elsewhere, but they kept giving me the go around saying theyd have it fixed soon. Very very displeased with this place. Do not go here.
