The store manager, Michelle is professional, extremely helpful, very informative, and has the patience I wish I could harness. She made our shopping experience one of the easiest experiences possible. She even has a fantastic team. Emily and Jeff are the most amazing associates! Michelle makes sure they are well educated and offer the best possible shopping experience. We will never go anywhere else! 10/10. Amazing selection, awesome sales, multiple finance options, and over all best customer service.
Love this store. We work with Michelle every time we go. She is very sweet and knowledgeable about her jewelry. The team always offers to clean my ring when Im in.Great selection of watches, earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets...everything.The location is central to jcp and the entrance from the outdoor mall section of the promenade (the yardhouse walkway entrance).Sadly this location closed down on 02/21/21. 👎 Good for my pocket book though. 👍

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. My ring is waiting shipment back to the store on Monday and won’t be in until Tuesday even though the promise date is 10/09/2020 and they will do nothing to fix the issue. Customer service should hold meaning and fix the problem at any cost necessary. My family and I will not purchase another item from this company.
This complaint is for the exchange refund policy. I was given a $700 rose gold bracelet for Christmas that i did not like due to quality, comfort, ease of putting on and taking off, longevity and cost. The original gift receipt and receipt were both given to me. I went to the store in Temecula, inside the mall where it was originally purchased and was given the most difficult time getting a refund. I had the original bag, box, tissue paper it came with. The minute I opened the gift I disliked it. I immediately put it back knowing it would be returned. After waiting close to one hr because at 2:00 pm there was only 1 salesperson available, I was given a hard time by a second woman that finally showed up. Terrible attitude, no smile and wanting to sell me tennis bracelets, all of which were not ROSE GOLD as I had told them I preferred. They continued to try to sell other items all for the sake of not returning the money. All items showed were priced for more than the $700 my husband paid but it was only then they had gleaming smiles telling me Id only have to pay a difference.It was made very clear that I didnt like anything in the store, i had the receipt, box, bag, all as it was given and wanted a refund. One woman was willing to refund while the other stood up and objected and made clear the buyer was the only person that had the right to request the refund. How absolutely absurd is this Helzbeg policy? She said my husband had opened an account and a reward program all of which isnt true.I walked out but a few hours later went with my husband. My husband walked in, and a gentlemen asked if he’d like to exchange and my husband said he preferred a refund. NO QUESTIONS ASKED OR FORM OF ID REQUIRED. The refund was given. The nasty woman was next to the man that returned the money all while giving me the evil eye. I asked why a credit card and ID werent requested and was told all the original packaging and receipt were provided.What a desperate move to try and keep a sale. My husband bought me 3 stackable rings from here. When we brought them in to have resized the man helping us took them (after getting my size) and walked off and was on the computer imputing them or something for what felt like forever. He didn’t even tell us if we were done, if I’d get a ticket or receipt and I had to finally ask him if we were good to go? He said yeah. I had to ask him when the rings would be ready for pick up (vital information in my opinion) and he said it would take about 2.5 weeks. Like holy cow, just for three rings to be resized??? Anyway. After 4 days after our pickup date went gone by, we never got a call telling us they were ready for pick up or anything. (I forgot about them.) We were expected to remember the day our items were ready for pickup. Seeing as they are the jeweler providing us a service, I assumed they would make a courtesy call letting us know as a reminder. I’m just glad I was involved in getting my rings resized, otherwise my husband would have completely forgotten about them and who knows when I would have gotten them back! Poor service in my opinion. Won’t be buying here again.
Best diamond store Ive been too. The employees didnt force me into a decision and was very patient. They chose the ring that fit with my wifes engagement ring instead of the most expensive ring they could find. Will definetly return for Christmas.

I was a big fan of Helzberg Diamonds until a recent visit to their Temecula store and then dealing with the corporate offices. I had purchased a wedding ring for my wife to replace the one that she had lost back in 2011. When we purchased the ring we were advised by the sales associate of Helzbergs upgrade policy. We were told that if you come back in and purchase a more expensive ring that we could trade in the current ring for full purchase price credit on the new ring. This was a HUGE incentive because at the time we where not in a position to purchase the ring she wanted. Fast forward to December of 2018. Went into the Temecula store to see about a new ring for our 20th. Anniversary. We were told that the trade in policy had ended in 2009. I asked how would I have known about the policy in 2011 if it had ended in 2009? They had no answer and then said I could trade in the diamonds for an upgrade, but only after I spent $125 to have the diamond appraised. I contacted corporate and they also advised that I could not even trade in the diamond because it needs to be a solitaire and not part of a multiple stone ring. I asked how would I know about the policy if it ended in 2009? I was told that maybe I had read that on their website! So if I saw it on the website when I purchased the ring would that not indicate it was in effect in 2011? They gave me the typical we are very sorry that there is not more that they could do. Fair warning if you are looking for a jeweler that stands behind their items DO NOT go to Helzberg! They will tell you one thing to get you to buy from them and then will not stand behind their own associates words. There are many other stores out there to spend your money. Take my advice and steer far away from any Helzberg store as corporate wont stand behind their policies either.
