They fixed a watch I hadn’t worn in years due to pin issue! Changed out 4 watch batteries in less than 1/2 hour and were very reasonable in price!! Will definitively be a repeat customer 😀

It was a bit hard to find because all the directional signs in the mall listed it as 1100 on the first floor. . Its not. Its on the second floor at the top of the stairs #2290. Opens at 11AM. I received immediate, friendly service, changing batteries in two wrist watches at a nominal price. Did they earn my repeat business? Thats a big YES!

Had an issue with getting a ring sized, and the Owner very kindly, promptly, and respectfully rectified the issue and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! Good Business with good morals!

I have gone here on a few occasions and have always had a good experience. I bought myself a nicer watch, nothing too fancy, but still gold. Originally went in as the watch I ordered online arrived a bit too small for my wrist, and even though it was a no name brand watch, they still found links that looked almost EXACTLY like the original, and put them by the clasp so you would never even know unless you closely inspected the watch. Only took a few days for them to accomplish this.A couple years later that same no name watch battery went dead, they were able to replace the battery, and I got the watch back cleaned up - It looked just like new! I was very impressed.My girlfriend treated me my last birthday by getting me a Michael Kors watch, but as usual, its a little tight around the wrist. (Im a bigger guy), and I will be returning here to have them add links to my new, real gold watch. They are the only ones I trust as I have had bad experiences elsewhere.

Was really quick and easy. I did mention that it was a little dirty before he took it to change the battery and he mentioned he would clean it up. I guess he forgot but he did after I reminded him after getting it back. I also asked what battery he installed but its like he forgot the battery he just put in only a few minutes ago. He said, its Japanese. Either energizer, Duracell, or (something else. I didnt recognize). I dont know what that means but Im hoping for 20 bucks its not going to die in one year. If it doesnt, great. But, Im writing this to remind myself. Hopefully Im wrong. But I guess well see. I kind of wish he showed me the package the battery came in and wasnt just a used battery from another repair. I thought that would be a standard practice but maybe Im just new?

These guys were so nice and everything happened so fast! I just went in for a quote and before I knew it my bracelet I had been wanting to fix for YEARS was like brand new again! The price was not expensive at all! They just needed to add a little link to my 14k gold bracelet and they even polished it and boxed it for me without request! So happy I went here. Fast Fix is amazing. They were able to fix my wife’s box chain that had broken in half due to adorable grandchild’s loving hug. They also built up the gold on the pendant to ensure it remained secure. But what I didn’t expect was they were able to fix my eye glasses. Fast Fix soldered the nose bridge back in place for a perfect fit. Thank you for great work!!

I just happened to walk in to the shop not knowing what to expect. My wedding band set had split after 22 years of marriage and I was wondering where I would get it fixed without having to ship it off or be without it for days or weeks. I visited this establishment today with hopes they could put an extension piece on a bracelet that was just a little too short to fit around the wrist. I would give zero stars if possible. A prong on my engagement ring broke and we took it here for repair. I’ve had the ring for 8 years. After only 5 months of this “repair” I noticed that the ring was snagging. Saturday, I looked down and my main stone (1 ct) was gone and the “repaired” prong was gone! Thank goodness I found the stone, but when we called to let him know, he was less than concerned and told us it would take 3-4 days to find our paperwork. And there would be no refund for his “work” and we would have to pay for more “repairs”. They have zero concern for their customers or their belongings and zero customer service skills. Go anywhere else

I had a very nice watch break years ago and could never find a jeweler to fix it. I didnt want to send it back to New York or ahem....Greece to repair it. In my ignorance I had broken the crown stem off in the watch and it needed to be replaced or lasered back together. They did an amazing job. The watch is now operational and I cant be anymore satisfied.

Rather than trying to sell me of replacing the post altogether, he said he would make the screw back fit, which he did... it was $25, 14kt cold, well both it. Very friendly, nice person! They did a fantastic job repairing my necklace and it was done before the estimated time. It was also steam cleaned and sparkling when I picked it up. Will definitely keep coming to them for services.

My Wife had 3 watches (Fossil, Guess, Juicy Couture) that all finally ended stop working because the battery needed to be replaced. I tried to change one of the batteries (a Fossil watch), but couldn’t find the right size battery and ended up almost breaking it. I spoke with the gentleman there about the one that I felt I almost broke and that they all needed a new battery. He explained that the prices vary depending on if they were Japan made or what not, and did I mention one of the watches had a crystal missing. Whelp, he took them all, checked to see if the one I almost broke still worked and replaced all the batteries and even replaced the crystal within about 20 mins. It cost me about $60 total when I was getting quoted about $25 each from other places and plus it comes with a one year warranty. All in all it was a good experience and the price seemed fair to me, 3 batteries (fixed the one messed up) and a crystal replaced.

The watch batteries are marked inside so they can tell if they are under warranty and honor it. My 5 year battery would have expired in 2 months and it was replaced no charge. Service is always courteous and prompt. They have done other jewelry work for me also.

Terrible job on 14k Gold chain. The soldering burn marks were so visible even without my glasses on. Then was told to come back again and he would fix it???? Shouldnt he have fixed it correctly the first time? If you have gold, just go to a jeweler who specializes in gold repair. No need to contact me, you were perfectly fine with me walking out and even referred me to another place to get it fixed. I have worked in retail management for over a decade and dont leave reviews but this was a pretty bad experience for me. I went to an actual jewelry store in the same mall on the same level and they fixed it correctly for $10 cheaper, in 20 minutes!

I wanted to give my daughter a family heirloom ring for her birthday but the stone had fallen out 20 + years ago and the prongs were broken. Fast Fix ordered a new stone, remade the prongs and polished up the ring beautifully so now I can surprise my daughter with it on her birthday 🤗
