The staff are really friendly and always have a great attitude. They keep equipment clean, organized etc. When I need help they help me out:) Overall the gym is great that now I love going here. Overall I give them a 5 star since with the few months I’ve been here they made me feel comfortable ✅

Best and largest PF Ive gone to. New manager is running a good team and my person trainer, Alyssa, was able to tailor a perfect regime for my specific needs.

I travel a lot which means Ive been to quite a few PF locations. The first time I visited this one, it was dead quiet and the second day the music was barely on. Such a tiny thing to complain about but it really does make a huge difference to me. I dont have as much energy and feel more awkward (which is the reason I joined PF in the first place). Other than that, this club is clean, the staff are nice. No dedicated stretching area so that sucks but its a small club so its understandable.

The staff is not friendly at all! They charge an annual fee that they never told me about and Ive only been going there for 2 months! I try to cancel my account and the girl on the phone was so rude! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!They dont even deserve one star! What happen to great customer service???

This is one of the greatest gyms I have ever been to they have clean bathrooms, clean equipment (the staff checks to see if the equipment is in good shape and clean them), the staff is very helpful and nice, one more thing you dont have to deal with big dudes staring you down and throwing weights everywhere. This gym is great and I think everyone should go here!!

The staff at this facility are like high school kids. They represent a major corporation franchise, and conduct themselves like children. I find it ironic that judgment free means obnoxious customers. Most use the place as their gossip center. They spend more time pretending to workout, when in fact they only use their mouths. The club provides really overweight people free pizza and bagels once a month, with endless candy on the counter. Now ask yourselves, does a real gym that actually cares about the people who utilize becoming healthier, offer food items that are actually fattening and bad for you free.

Great place to workout. Its spacious and clean. I love all of the machines.

At first everything seemed to be amazing and I was very happy to join this new facility. Heres the thing, I have been trying to cancel my account three times and havent been successful to do so. The first time I walked in the facility to cancel they told me that I was past the date for cancellation by 2 days, I asked them if they could cancel for the following month and I would gladly pay for the upcoming automatic payment. They told me to come back. The second time I go in person at a different location since I moved out of the area, they tell me that they cant cancel because they were the corporate office. I then called the Winchester location to cancel and they tell me I have to send a letter... I then asked if I could send in an email or speak to a manager and they told me no theManager isnt in for another 2-3 days. Heres the issue, other competitors allow you to call a number to cancel or send an email, it is 2019 after all. This deceptive practice allows them to milk a couple more months out of their members and it is very sad to realize as a paying customer that their focus is not on making it easy and simple to accommodate the very people providing them with the money to stay open. Once I can figure out how to cancel I am definitely never going back to this company.

This new gym open in our neighborhood. I was curious so my daughter and I stopped in to check it out. We are in love with this place! Not only are the prices very affordable, you get so much with your membership! Free personal training comes with the membership price & theres a whole back room with a hydro massage table, massage chairs, and a beauty booth for total body enhancement, And There are tanning booths. There are so many machines that you always get one, clean locker rooms and bathrooms, and a high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) workout center where the trainer will customize your workout... All included in your monthly membership price! We spent over an hour working out and then another half an hour back in the spa room, and I left feeling like I had thoroughly enjoyed my time at the gym! My 13 year old daughter didnt even want to leave, lol! Great neighborhood gym, I cant say enough positive about it

Cleaner then mine in moval must be newer I like it kinda small but works and parking is prolly bad during the day but I came in at 5 am and open parking oh and be cool if the had massage beds too instead of just the lounge chairs

Show up today like I did yesterday and many other days however today theyre throwing some kind of indoor Grand opening with the rap music blaring so for this reason Im giving them this one star, typically its a four out of five which Ill probably adjust to one day but todays annoying celebration gets them deservedly one. I walked in to a rather awkward congrgcongre of planet fitness employees throwing themselves a party.I signed up as a vip member backb in December and recently downgraded, maybe the party is for people signing up today, guess what I dont know?? And I dont have the time or inclination to ask them with this music blasting the way it is, feeling left out :/
