The UFC personal trainer Christina has very bad, unprofessional and unethical behavior.Please don’t take classes from her, if she is making you sign a contract, please read it twice, as I did the same mistake and she charged me $560 for an extra 8 sessions that I never asked for, but she added those 8 sessions to the contact and I became blind and I signed the contract. Now, because I have signed the contract, she is not willing to return my money and forcing me to take classes from her. What a thief and what a great way to bribe people.

Upgraded Review:Glad to say the gym is finally open and our family is enjoying it. Im just getting back into working out, and have not started participating in coaching or classes yet so can’t personally comment but from what I’ve seen they all look excellent. Hoping they get some grappling coaches in by the time I’ve worked back to that point and am ready to step it up. They gym itself has everything you could need, they staff is upbeat and helpful, and the family membership price is well worth the price.Signed up December of last year, and was told the gym would be open in March. Same issue as all the other complaints here. Almost July and still not open. Super disappointing.Don’t be tacky. In business, keep it simple; be honest and dont over promise. You are killing the most important thing; your reputation. Definitely not a good start. Hope your management becomes more transparent, and does something to earn back your costumers trust.

Great gym for my wife and kids to work out and take kickboxing classes without having to pay 120 a month per person like other self defense places. Not to mention it never gets crowded. Highly recommend!

Yeah, I wish they could have opened earlier, but now that they’re open I am so impressed! I can’t knock them for having to go through an approval process. I’m experienced with waiting on city permits, approvals, etc and it just never seems to go smoothly so again, I can’t fault them for it. This gym is open now though and it’s immaculate, has multiple machines so you’re never waiting on someone else to finish. The staff is helpful. Christina and Annamarie are especially friendly and helpful to guests. I’m excited to become a regular and work off all that 2020 baggage lol

Definitely worth the wait. The staff is super friendly and will answer all your questions. The coaches are fantastic and teach amazing classes that will get you in shape fast. 10/10 recommend.

Awesome gym. Top notch quality! Very clean and there is literally every type of fitness equipment or workout machine you can think of. Love their HIIT area. Staff is very nice. Love it!

Don’t let the facilities fool you on this one, these guys like to pull the rug from under your feet, Membership fees for $250 on a full family membership that was paid, went a total of two times over the course of 2 weeks, they take 2 months pay up front for a grand total of $500 and then say that one half of it is overdue despite us only being members for 2 weeks tops. They never disclosed this information and dropped the ball on us.Don’t fall for any “deals” they claim to make, they won’t deliver and will leave you high and dry. You’re better off going to another Gym with a way less expensive membership fee with similar facilities, Minus whatever group / solo session with coaches (That you also have to pay more for btw, despite any implication of that being in the package) and having way better communication and value for your money. This experience felt like they were more focused on ripping our cash out our wallets than providing a space for self improvement. Cannot recommend this Gym.

Would give zero stars if I could. I had no issues with this gym at first since I hadn’t signed up until after they opened, and it was a nice place to work out, never too crowded. They have now charged me the monthly membership cost of $49.99 three times in less than a month. When I contacted them, I was told to leave my phone number and they would call me. I have not received a call back and they’ve ignored my emails asking to cancel my membership.

Horrible Gym, it’s a big scam. Was told I wouldn’t be charged until I got home from Bootcamp from the military. Got home and I have 5 charges and they are all more then what I was told. Don’t sign up. They will also not cancel my membership for another month. Terrible gym don’t waste your money

I signed up my husband and son back in May for memberships before they were open. We explained my son has a previous obligation with EOS and had a contract to fulfill which would be ending in 2 more months. The membership person said we wouldnt be charged until his 1st day. We were charged the next month and the month after. I emailed the corp office after the manager didnt respond to my 3 emails. After a month I got a response and they wont refund our money. Bunch of liers just to get you in and steal your money.

Has everything you need in a gym. Weights, boxing, HIIT class, steam room, sauna, and they have cryotherapy too! Me and my daughters love it!

Over promised and NEVER delivered. I am out of $300 for a gym that has been promising to open up since January to no prevail yet. I cant get my refund back according to their policy I signed away while joining. There should be a clause in it, so read it very carefully before becoming a member.

Horrible, not only was I charged twice but I went in to cancel my membership and was told they’ll do it. A month later I was told they never cancelled my membership and I needed a paper to cancel. I messaged them and asked for the paper and never received anything but was told now supposedly it’ll be canceled. Very unprofessional too, I asked for a call back due to billing issues and being over charged and never heard from anyone. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, and I will be letting my friends know if my experience.

I just spoke with Annamarie and am giving 4 stars for her honesty. She was very kind and transparent, answering all of my questions to the best of her knowledge. I too have been very frustrated because I signed up several months ago and was told that they would open no later than April.In speaking with Annamarie, I now understand that the City of Temecula has done inspections and gave them some items to fix. They are waiting on the City of Temecula to complete their final inspection. I do agree that communication is key and I would have appreciated emails that explained the predicament. Going forward, I hope that we will receive emails to keep us in the loop. I will hold on for 30 more days as I understand that inspections and finalizations take time.

UPDATE 7/2021: Finally open. The resistance training equipment is on the medium to minimal end of the spectrum, but its not supposed to be that kind of gym. I tried the boxing conditioning class, it was fun and a great workout. Music is super-disco, I kept looking for the smoke machine to turn on. Hopefully theyll have some more advanced classes soon. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars.UPDATE 6/1/2021: Guess when they are opening? Next month. Theyve been telling us the: Next Month. City of Temecula Final-Inspection story since at least December last year. That doesnt pass for honesty in my book.Update 5/3/2021:Still no opening date. Just more run-around. EoS fitness is open, so stop blaming the plandemic.ORIGINAL REVIEW 4/4/2021:Signed up in November 2020 they told me theyd be open by the end of December. It is now April 4th and they are still not open. There is no opening-date in sight. Dont believe the hype. If they ever open maybe check them out; until then dont waste your time like I did.

Watch out these people are here to take your money i signed up during corona virus and they kept pushing the date back to open i moved out of state before they opened and then they wouldnt refund me my money horrible bussiness ethics and there trainers know nothing about boxing or fighting scam artist there faking it all.
