I went in about a month ago to sign up and was approached by the head sales manager who was super aggressive when speaking . I informed him about other deals in the area and and wanted to compare gym offers. After explaining some of the benefits that EOS fitness could provide me, he responded with “we don’t need your service here”. This is exactly what you don’t want as an employee or even worst a sales manager who influences and trains others. It’s to bad I had this experience because I thought the place was nice and close to my house however, I am paying for the customer service as well which is why I chose to go with EOS fitness. Their employees and staff are highly respectful and helped meet my needs. I can see why Esportas gym is so empty all the time.

Gym keep very clean. Pool water was at a good temperature. Water fitness class was great.

Friendly staff and a GREAT gym. Its not crowded. Its COVID safe and they have so many machines that are free that you can work out without any issues.

Weve been members for over 10 years.Company makes it too hard to cancel a membership.I had to print a form for each member of my family.then mail it .they keep charging my account.tried to get a number to call, the corporate office they just put you on hold for long time. gave up multiple times.

I cant recommend this place enough. Plenty of machines and tons of free weights. Largest dumbbell rack Ive ever seen.

Great gym, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always clean and the highest grade equipment. If you have been disappointed at other clubs try their no-obligation trial free membership. You will not need to look further.

These guys are a joke. I moved out of temecula 6 months ago and tried canceling my membership, called them numerous times and they couldnt find my account, supposedly it was already canceled. I just received a bill from them for $44 membership fees and 2 months of bills 29.99 and 20.99 when the place was shutdown and I had canceled it. I called today and they would reimburse all my money. Straight up thieves and clowns who ever is running that place.

The locker rooms are nice, staff is lovely. Overall great gym. Typical gym surroundings...good motivation if you’re ready for it.

I’ve been a member for a while at this gym, and the few times I’ve spoken to the manager he has was not very accommodating to my needs as a member to my guests, that I want to become a member with me. I don’t know his name but I just know he say he’s the general manager, and that he’s tall and always his baseball cap. If this is how their managers continually treat members and potential members, then I’m not gonna recommend any more people to come here, even though I enjoy coming here myself. Plus, they keep the training session area off for any members to utilIze during business hours, unlike their gyms off Winchester road and CAL OAKS. IF THIS IS HOW THEY OPERATE THAN I’M JUST GONNA SIGN UP ELSEWHERE, WHERE GYMS ACTUALLY RUN SMOOTHLY, AND WHERE THE PEOPLE PUT IN CHARGE ARE ADDRESSING ME IN AN UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE MANNER.

I go to swim because it’s a good pool that is rarely too busy. 3 stars is because they pay too little attention to cleaning, lockers and showers often have a lot of debris. 3 sales people on shift today but no cleaner, priorities I guess.

I go to this place to ask for a membership cost but the trainer i encounter was so rude after i said i have to ask my friend. I mean not because i didnt get a membership with you dont need to show rudeness toward a person whos askin. Only.

Very clean and they have multiple antibacterial stations as well as praying bottles for you to take and clean the equipment.

Very nice gym and virtuous staff especially Gabriel who was able to find my wedding ring I accidentally left there while lifting weights. Thanks again Gabe.

Nice place (brand new). Sad that someone would give a place a bad review based on the fact that they didnt do any research on the facility. Im here almost daily. Staff is great, options are great, and its in walking distance. No complaints from me.

The manager here is a joke. Extremely rude. Came in to use a guest pass and turned me away. Staff in Murrieta was much better.

Nice gym, the elliptical, treadmill, etc machines are generously spaced apart 👍🏽. Staff is friendly. My concern is traffic as you approach the gym. If your going westbound on Temecula Pkwy, your going to get caught up in traffic waiting to get on northbound I-15. Only one entrance/exit to access LA Fitness and traffic could be a mess.

A very rare 1 star review for me but I was shocked at the horrible experience I had there. Not only have I been called over 20 times in the last six weeks from sales people, I specifically requested not to be called.I was debating between EOS and LA fitness because LA fitness is much closer to my house.I just had surgery and my doctor cleared me only for a stationary bike and 1 specific leg exercise, which I immediately informed the GM. I only wanted to know if they had that 1 machine.He then started giving me incredibly dangerous recommendations for other exercises and I reminded him that my doctor gave me very specific limitations and I needed to be very careful.I was seriously shocked how irresponsible and aggressive he continued to sell me a membership with almost completely ignoring my limitations.I cant stress enough how dangerous his recommendations were. I wont go into specifics... this review is long enough. If I didnt have significant fitness experience and had listened to him, I could have had a serious injury.I expected the shmucky overaggressive sales but never would I have imagined someone who jeopardize someones health and well being to sell one lousy membership.

This place is fantastic! Nice, new location. Great place to workout.

This is a great gym. Its extremely huge and they never really have a rush hour. During the busier hours like 5PM or 10AM, it never feels crowded since the space in this gym is so spread out. Their machines are good too! They have a huge variety of different machines and a lot of cardio equipment so you wont have a hard time finding a spot.A few things I wish they did have - A sauna, battle ropes, kettlebells and a deadlift platform. Otherwise, I love this place! Their staff is friendly too :)

Very beautiful facilities. The pool room was nice and warm.

I attended a cycle class this morning and had to leave because the music was SO loud it caused me physical pain. Another person also left class early for the same reason. We complained to the manager requesting that the music be turned down. We were told the music was set to corporate standards and that the class should not be interrupted. The other person had complained previously on three other occasions. Corporate standards are not necessarily OSHA standards and when you are causing physical pain with the decibel level of the music you are harming your clientele .

This a great gym with plenty of open space and a ready availability of nearly every kind of machine. A larger pool is the only thing missing.

Break several labor laws for California and mistreat employees. 3 year membership was great when I was in Oceanside but this location no major amenities and charges 3 times EOS who has everything.

Tried to call them they said that its fourteen and up, (im twelve) i wanted to workout with my dad, after talking to the employee for a few minutes on the phone, she stated she would get the general manager, right after she said that there was a pause, then she proceeded to hang up on me. I come to workout just like anybody else would, that wasnt fair.
