I was able to receive an appointment the same day I called, which was extremely helpful given my symptoms. The provider Diana Nguyen spent an hour with me, listening patiently, not rushing me, and truly hearing my concerns. She gave me options for treatment instead of one cookie cutter approach, she even offered holistic solutions to compliment medications. I felt much better after our time together and I believe I am in good hands. So thankful!

Dr. Eloisa Dietrich is amazing!!! Unlike my last doctor that only threw pills at me and didn’t care. Dr. Eloisa is vibrant and she makes you feel like there’s a beautiful world out there! She teaches you and explain skills to help you cope. If you’re not feeling right, she is only a message away. Staff is very friendly and considerate too! Love my experience here and love Dr. Eloisa!!!!!

I’m trying to log in to the patient portal after verification of my account & it doesn’t work. I call, & after waiting for 20 mins on hold, the person that answered sends me to an answering machine! People with anxiety and depression don’t need more hassle to get help!

I was able to schedule an initial visit with LifeStance within 4 days of calling. I have never experienced that kind of efficiency or availability when seeking a psychiatry appointment, and Im extremely grateful.Dr. Greenfield is an excellent physician. He spent over an hour talking to me and asking questions. Again, Ive never had someone take that much time to get to know me and discuss my background and needs. I felt heard, acknowledged and respected. Dr. Greenfield was also willing to accommodate my insurance related challenges. I would recommend him to anyone (and I am personally willing to pay out of pocket to see him).

It would seem they prompt reviews from certain patients to get high marks but realistically most of the care is exactly what you expect from a contracted psych service. If you need urgent or comprehensive care you will need to aggressively advocate for yourself.

Diana Nguyen, PMHNP has been absolutely a breath of fresh air when it comes to my care. She doesn’t overload you with medical speak and is very clear and concise. She listens to your goals with mental health and is open to your worries or suggestions. I’m also treated with CBT, I’ve only had one appointment so far. However, I’m very impressed how thorough the appointment was with digging into my past to see how to move forward.

Great staff to help get you set up since all services are via telephone. The only part I dislike is having to have another app on my phone in order to do session. The forms and websites were frustrating but it’s understandable as they have to have security measures in place. Great qualified therapist. Overall very satisfied!

I think it is exploitive and an unwanted intrusion to ask me to give you a rating. I NEVER intended or wanted to choose you; you just bought out the medical practice where a professional I use happens to work. She deserves 5 stars; you dont even deserve one! You are exploiting your medical workers by taking their reputation as your own. If that isnt considered to be an unfair labor practice, it should be. The rating of medical services by a number of stars is also a mindless attempt to turn a highly personal service into a commodity. I am not buying this service on Amazon.

The therapist was prompt, there was a sound problem but it was handled quickly and efficiently. I feel I got everything I needed in my recent session and am looking forward to my next.

The telehealth system was definitely better than Graybill and most Temecula area offices. No interruption and audio and video were top notch. Doctor was smart and attentive. Did not agree with his opinion on the effects of my withdrawal symptoms but it may be a lack of patients being taken off the drug cold turkey that he wont know about what happens to them. FDA says doctors should no longer cold turkey short term ativan and xanax patients but the medical doctors are usually far behind on this knowledge. Remember when probiotics were unheard of and when doctors were doling out painkillers? Yeah. They know what those cam do now and they all tell you to take probiotics now. Duh. In Sep2020 the FDA finally acknowledged that even short term use of xanax or ativan should be tapered or you can risk hurting the patient. I was cold turkeyed after 4 weeks and still have extreme symptoms with no end. Not this doctor’s fault but there is still that denial of the evil of these anxiety medications.

Dr.Greenfield was terrific he was a very easy to talk, professional and very knowledgeable in his field. My lifestance experience was fantastic appointments were quick and telehealth was very convenient. Highly recommend them.

My psychologist is doing telehealth and she is great.... grief counseling is hard ... she was able to set me at ease almost instantly .., I look forward to my appointments ... she always seems to put a new ... happier twist on everything
