Janet and Maria are awesome!! They both have always been so professional and I have received amazing care thanks to Janet. If I need help with a letter or forms, Maria is always so helpful. She’s always happy to help! I truly recommend this office.

The receptionist Maria is horrible. Like other reviews, her people skills are lacking. Prior to the appointment, you are required to complete paperwork online and physical copy for virtual appointment. Two days prior to the appointment, she asked for paperwork she never sent. She resent, but our printer was out of toner and had to be ordered. After paying $100 on toner and express delivery, the toner was delivered hours before appointment but not before I had to go to work. After waiting a month to get an appointment for my child who is in desperate need of help and taking off of work, she cancel the appointment because she did not get the print-offs. She call three minutes prior and I told her, the situation and my child was current finishing the paperwork. She called back four minutes later to cancel the appointment, while he was on the last page. A disgrace. Dr. Rosa please know we are in a pandemic and items are not ready available at our disposal. Maybe the blessing is that if that’s how they treat their patients, then my child didn’t need their services. I will get a referral elsewhere.

I have no issues or complaints with this office. The girl who’s always there is extremely helpful and always very attentive when I’ve called or been in. The nurse I see is also great. This office makes a great team. I have referred a lot of my friends and family to them. Thanks a lot MCR Behavioral!

Actually Maria is incredible... to the person who said she has poor communication skills.She’s beyond caring, attentive, and tries to accommodate everyone. Communication is fine.Perhaps you waiting on hold has something to do with the fact that she is the only one sitting up there helping many providers and their patients.

Ive been coming to this office for a few months now and I can say they are very caring, from the staff to my clinician. If I need a prior authorization for my rx from my insurance, it gets done right away. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family!! Thank you MCR Behavioral

Marilou Rosas, to be knowledgeable, kind, and a willingness to help me to understand and deal with my stress, she was able to recommend counseling as well . holistic approaches. PTSD is real and it can consume an individual .Fear is a thief. causing depression, depression causes pain,these things rob ones quality of life .on the second floor of this building in a quite corner peaceful and clean. sits Maria the receptionist she is always polite and efficient and effective in the office and over the phone.NP Karen Larcher -Rowland i visit with most often she makes me feel safe and is a good listener working closely with me.every one seems to be genuine and thorough. I was quite happy to also find Dr. Vincent Shanks whom i have turned to for counseling. also located in the same building . I feel like MCR Health Services,Inc. has given me hope and a scene of security.Thank you .

Just walk in. Trying to call these people is a heartache. The lady at the front desk has poor communication skills. Leaves your on hold then hangs up... its honestly not the right way to handle this kind of business with the customers they have

Stay away from this place, they say many things to get you in the door and none of it is true! They are rude and very uncaring! If you are looking for mental health, this is not the place to get help.
