I dealt with salesman, Robert T. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle but wanted to just bc of Roberts professionalism and making me feel comfortable. Im very picky and just didnt find exactly what I was looking for. Ive been searching for a certain vehicle for 4 weeks now and have dealt with many salesman at different dealers. Most I would not recommend. I recommend Robert T. if you are checking out a vehicle at DCH in Temecula.
I love this place. When we bought the Jeep Grand Cherokee, several years ago, we decided to also get the extended warranty. It has served us well as their staff take great care and even notify us when it is time for our check-ups. The dashboard rippled from the high heat of summer last year and they replaced the entire dashboard so that it looks as good as new. I am now more conscientious about putting up sun shields in the front window on hot days. My husband and I especially love the care Rudy has taken with my car and the Dodge Ram Truck that my husband bought from them.
DCH Jeep of Temecula was first class in acquiring my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Kelly Schmidt and staff were awesome to deal with very efficient and responsive to all my needs. Thank You fir a job well done!!
Great team! Every aspect of the purchase was pleasant, fair and easy. Would recommend this dealership to all.
We recently purchased a used 2017 Toyota Sienna there. The day of purchase the process was to be expected. After we bought it the battery went bad and wouldnt start (about 2 weeks of ownership in). We got them to replace the battery but found out 3 weeks after they had put in a used 25% left battery that died 3 weeks later. After this I thought to bring it to Toyota in town to check the problem and confirmed the battery was bad. So Toyota installed a new one. However, upon submitting the $150 receipt to DCH for reimbursement they quickly said absolutely no way theyd cover it. I tried to be polite but inside just thought that wasnt professional since it was only 2 months into owning it and just $150 and technically their fault. We had just purchased a $37,000 vehicle too.Good customer service is hard to find I guess?
Today is good. Last week drove over 2 hrs each way. And when got here. They couldnt get me in. After I called and drove. Here now. A HR and half wait. For truck to be done
Service advisor named Nicole was very, very helpful to over $11k of work that should have been WAY worse...
Craziness. Warranty work on a 2021 Wrangler denied because bolts (on my one touch convertible power top) had white marks. “Mike” claims outside influence but can’t compare it to another Wrangler with the same top. Did I mention my wrangler has 4500 miles? Asked for the GM John, who told his secretary to have me take pictures and send it to him, but couldn’t give me an email or phone number. Service intake people are nice but they have no power.Added: Really disappointing the service department couldn’t complete a warranty repair on a $85 part faulty from the factory. But, since the department believed it couldn’t order anything short of the entire Sky One Touch (a $4000+ expense) to get the replacement piece needed for the warranty repair, I guess I’m not surprised. By the way, I love how “my warranty company” is Jeep, where he makes an erroneous decision.I talked to Mike last week but no resolution to his team’s “assessment,” but he did say we go “round and round.” I get it: people do things to their Jeep then expect the dealer to fix something they broke. That isn’t the case but no one wants to listen.5 FCA vehicles and this is the last one.
Was able to drop off my truck without an appointment and get it back the same day.
Great experience! The process of leasing my Wrangler could not have gone any smoother. Greg was very helpful and kept me informed during every step. They listened to what I needed and made it happen. I would definitely recommend them anyone.
I am glad I found my dream car(Toyota RAV4 hybrid) for a fair price and good condition. The staff were excellent especially Will Parker who went above and beyond with his excellent service and walking me through the whole process and about the car. Thanks again to DCH and the staff for an excellent, and quick service and I would recommend for any future car buyers to visit your this dealership.
No stars if that was option for service department. 2 separate appointments and no follow up calls. Well maintained leased vehicle that now requires estimated $5k in repairs because of manufacturer defects. Customer services response was “take it as a learning lesson”
Kevin in service was great. My oil change took longer than expected, he didn’t charge me and gave me a free car wash. Great customer service would definitely go back.
Worst buying experience at this dealership that keeps getting worse. Came to dealership with pre-approval from my credit union and was assured that they would handle the loan paperwork A week later I get a call from the Finance Manager asking if I was bringing in a check for the truck. I explained the transaction with the other Finance person. He then said it would probably be easier if I went to my credit union and get a check. I spent an hour doing more paperwork at the credit union branch and drove back to the dealership. Following week I get a call asking me to please return to the dealership with a copy of my insurance card. I explained that I already had to provide for my credit union and was told they still needed it. Two weeks later I was checking my banking online and noticed my vehicle that I had traded in was charged a payment since they hadnt paid off my trade in . Called the dealership and they apologized and had me return for a refund. Following week the truck had to go back for a noise in the front end only to be told that a retainer clip on one of the front brake pads needed to be replaced. And now finally 2 months later still havent received my registration or tags so I drove to the dealership onTuesday and spoke with my salesperson and explained what was going on. I asked to speak with the General manager and my salesperson explained to the GM my issue and of course he didnt offer to speak to me. Was told that they would try and get me the registration by the of the day. As of today no call or contact from the dealership. Unfortunately nothing has gone right from the start and minimal help from Management staff and nobody answers the phone or returns phone calls.
Your advisor Kevin Oakley was hands down the best advisor in town. He communicated well and went the extra mile. My vehicle had a faulty water pump and was changed out three times. Hopefully the third ones a charm.
This is our second time buying a vehicle from DHC. It’s a very relaxed environment that supports the buyer and their decision. There is no pressure, we looked at a car and then left and came back a week later to get the car and it worked out beautifully our experience was so positive that we can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a new or slightly used car I highly recommend you give them a visit.Noel helped us find the right car for our family he was awesome!
Excellent knowledgeable sales, no pressure and supportive after the sale!
Upon arrival the line was long even though I was there 30 minutes prior to opening, but once Kevin and the rest of the employees came out I was checked in and sipping on coffee in their waiting room. I was set to drive up to South Lake Tahoe later that afternoon, and was overjoyed to be in and out of there. Yes, it was a simply oil change, but when you have a 525 mile trip ahead of you, every extra minute counts. Thanks Kevin/DCH for your efficient work.
These guys always treat me well and take care of my vehicle in a timely manner. Armel is especially great to work with and always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend DCH of Temecula.
My car broke down due to recall so I got it towed to Dodge service department in Temecula where I met Kevin the lead service specialist at Dodge and in 2 days I got my car back. Communication was excellent. Kevin was always texting me about their estimated time car would be done. Highly recommend these guys to fix your car. They even helped me get my tow completely paid for. Thx guys!
Thanks for the professional and courteous experience we had dealing with DCH and Marty Striano when purchasing our new Ram 1500. All questions answered and will recommend this dealership and Marty to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
It was totally my pleasure taking my car into DCH, I was in twice in a six week period. Luckily for a routine visit and everything was taken care of swiftly and easily. The staff was very nice and Kevin my service rep kept me informed through out the entire time my car was in their hands either by phone or text. I thank you all very much for such a good experience, and I will be back.
I had taken my car in to a mechanic he replaced the computer the battery the alternator everything and couldn’t find the problem in my car. I took it to Dodge they ran a diagnostic on it and fixed it in no time. I dealt with Rudy there at Dodge he was the best he helped me through the whole thing he knew that I was upset that I’ve been going through this for a long time. Ruby was right there with me the whole time, He kept in contact with me throughout the process. As far as I’m concerned Dodge is lucky to have him. I will never take my car anywhere else the service people we’re awesome shout out to Rudy he made my experience a pleasant one.
Bought a Truck from this dealership years ago, was a quick easy..smooth transaction... Went in a few days ago, and while I didnt buy a truck this time, It was a pleasure to talk with Marty Striano, Easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling, and not high pressure like most Dealers I have dealt with in the past, will very likely buy from here again when they have the spec truck I want.
Great service! The only one Fiat dealership. They dont have all in stock but they order the parts i need and some must be there next day. Next week I have an appointment to take care in a recall on my Fiat.
Great dealership and great purchasing experience. Every department and person we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly from sales, manager, and finance. Helped us find what fit us best and we drove home in our new truck.
Always good service. They were busy and they offered me courtesy car or loaner while waiting for my Jeep to be done. I highly recommend it to all my friends. All the staffs are nice
Ruben was extremely helpful when I came to the dealership when my car battery died. He made sure I was taken care of quickly and came in frequently to provide status updates. I truly appreciate his help!
They did it. They did what they said they would do, and in the time they said, and for the price they said. The wiring harness they installed for my trailer was solid. Everything worked the first time. They made sure I got exactly what I needed.Couldn’t be more pleased. I feel safe now to tow my trailer with my Jeep Wrangler.
This review is after many attempts to get ahold of the service Manager, I need the dealer to program a vehicle PCM, they quoted me a reasonable $160. later they called asking for an extra $700 to access the fuel injectors, which took less than 5 minutes to do, by only pulling off the engine cover and foam inserts.Caution to all that use the service department, if they think they can pull a fast one on someone that works in the same field only imagine what they will do to someone that doesnt know much about vehicle or the operation of vehicles.
DCH was extremely busy, and advised me there would be a 3 hour wait for a walk in oil change. They provided a Uber ride free of charge and I ended up returning within the 3 hours. The return of my vehicle was quick and prompt. I am extremely satisfied with this last visit. Thank you
I had to take my Jeep Liberty in for a recall repair to be done before the DMV license could be renewed. I called to make an appointment and they said I could be taken care of the very next day. They also said it would take most of the day. Bad news because I was going to have to wait for it. Arrived at appointment on time and was told by the service manager the same thing. All day. I told him this was our only vehicle and as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated. Now for the good news. I didnt have to wait as they got me an Uber to take me home and also to bring me back. No charge for this service either. Also great news, they called and said they were able to get me done early. Appointment was at 9:00 am. and I was done and home by 11:00 am. Wouldnt have needed the Uber at all. Great customer service. Thanks!
We have had nothing but great experiences with this dealership! We originally purchased one of our two Dodgers from Lake Elsinore, and while we lived within a mile from Lake Elsinore Dodge we did not feel comfortable taking our cars to get service there. We ended up buying our truck from a different dealership only because they had it in stock, but always had it serviced in Temecula. Two years ago, we moved into Orange County. We had prepaid oil changes, and even with that, the local dealership tried to swindle us for several hundred dollars more than the vehicle needed. We made the decision to continue making the drive out to Temecula for all our servicing needs. Kevin Oakley has been a wonderful service advisor over the years and we are truly sad to be moving out of state and away from Kevin Oakley and Temecula Dodge.
Rudy was excellent… got me in and out sooner than I thought ams gave me Great customer service
Best car buying experience in all my years of buying cars! Marty was fantastic to work with.
Kevin was amazing!!! His professionalism and knowledge is top notch.. Thank you for taking care of me and my Chrysler 300...
Theyll try telling that youre forced to pay an extra $1500 for vehicle tracking service ( SOS emergency service) which I didnt want and locking wheel lug nuts, which I already had on the vehicle I was trading. But after I refused the upsale things went much better. Most dealerships will try this so its expected. I chose DCH because they had the best inventory and Dennis did an outstanding job.
A great place for service for my Jeep. They provided a fresh oil change and filled it with wonderful new fresh oil, as well as change the oil filter. I was able to wait for approximately one hour, and the motor on my jeep was very happy about the new juices introduced.
Guys were great. Everybody was so friendly. Well be back to buy again.
Great experience. My salesman, Gabe was amazing. Ask for Gabe.
DCH Dont come here! My truck breaks, same issue as a couple months ago, warranty covered it.. service writer says sorry cant touch it till Monday... OK..I am in need of a vehicle to drive.. OK $40 a day.. but I dont know if we have anyand you have to pay first cause we cant look at you truck till Monday.. but we can give you a ride home.. mind you my address is in Oregon... guy didnt care didnt try to help me or see what he could do...service horrendously and lack of concern worse.. avoid this place
Process of Financing the car was easy for a first time car buying experience. The percentage of interest was quite high but its how it is for baby credit score I guess.Customer service was good, can be better !After all its upto you weather you wanna buy a car that you like that matches your budget. So take ur time to make the decision, car isnt going anywhere.
Communication is Poor. I understand delays with parts being ordered, but it was lip service from the start. Just be honest with time factors. Left messages with managers and NO replies. Had to constantly text and phone calls only to hear they are busy and someone will get back you.
Armel, is always very helpful trustworthy he’s the best service advisor from my experience excellent customer service.
Great prices and great deals! Robert who is helping me to sell my car and buy a new car was very helpful did not rush me or make me feel obligated to do anything, excellent salesman will definitely buy from him again!
DCH in Temecula has always provided Great service for my Jeep. Service Advisor Rudy Morales #102001 was very courteous, alway kept me up to date on current maintenance on my Jeep and address any concerns immediately. Thank you DCH TEMECULA.
After owning a Jeep for 6 years we were reluctant to let it go. After a year full time RVing we needed an affordable truck. We had owned several trucks in the past. We looked at the Ford F150, Silverado etc but the prices didn’t fit our budget. We found the RAM 1500 Classic at Gosch in Temecula. The dealer walked the lot with us and only spoke when we asked questions. Absolutely no pressure allowed me and my wife to think out loud. When we choose he was very knowledgeable in showing us the electronic, payload, and capabilities. We bought our truck and he followed up to make sure our pre paid steps were installed. We love the handling and smooth ride of this truck. We’re happy
Chris in service always does an amazing job with communicating and getting our car and truck in and out quickly when we bring it in for routine services.
Service was fast, however they did not check or adjust tire pressure with rotation.
Smooth and easy process, from finding what I wanted online to driving off the lot in my new truck.
Just bought my new Jeep Grand Cherokee here last night. JD was my sales guy. He was fantastic! We chatted via email for a week before I came in, he was patient and kind during the whole experience. One of the best car buying experiences. Between JD, Chris and Levi, I felt respected, appreciated, and not once did I feel like I was getting that “sales-ey” treatment. Really great car purchasing experience. And Bonus is I LOVE my new car!
Kevin (service advisor Temecula Dodge) took my Ram 1500 in at the time of my appt. and returned it back about 1 hr later. Electric Brakes System programmed and working perfectly.
WARNING Do not purchase a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. We searched a long time to find the exact Jeep we were looking for. We found it here a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport. The sale itself was seamless and our salesman was great, very pleasant and responsive. We heard squeaking with our brakes right away and our salesman had us drop it off to check it out. The service department claimed that there were no issues with the brakes and they just cleaned them. Well the noise just got worse and we took it back for a second time. We got the same response from the service department no issue, we cleaned them.We normally keep the jeep parked in our garage because we only use it as our toad vehicle when camping. We found radiator fluid on our garage floor and then soon after we felt the gears not shifting properly. Wait... that is not all the ABS and brake lights displayed on our dashboard, as well.So we call the dealership and report all of the issues. They take the jeep in to run a diagnostic and they tell us that none of the issues are covered by the warranty. They quoted us $2,700 to get these issues repaired. We purchased the Jeep at the end of February and they told us at the time of purchase that the Jeep went through a thorough inspection. Nope... not thorough at all. After this diagnostic they told us we needed to change the breaks (Hmm... that was the squeaking we heard from day one). They went on with all of the other issues we reported to them and then they handed us a $170 bill to tell us what was wrong with the Jeep (we already knew the issues). They did not tell us they would be charging us to run the diagnostic at anytime when setting up the appointment to drop the vehicle off.I understand we take risks when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle but knowing that we purchased it with this fantastic warranty and thorough inspection we felt comfortable in taking that risk. The claim is false they do not check the vehicle as they say and they do not back it with the warranty. Plain and simple they should have taken care of the issues from the minute we reported the brakes! It is up to you if you want to take the risk. I am positive I would not purchase from them again!
Wonderful experience start to finish. I ordered my Jeep, and received it in a few weeks! My salesperson, Greg, was awesome! Highly recommend DCH and Greg!
As good as any dealer out there. This is my second purchase. Very poor service dept.
When most of the dealership have mark ups they gave me the best deal of a new jeep wrangler rubicon
Fast courteous service, will recommend DCH Temecula to family and friends. Thanks so much!
Great dealership! I’ve bought my 2013, 2017 and now my 2021 from them. And yes, I’ll be back around 2024 or so!!
It was the most easiest purchase of the vehicle I have ever been through. Pain-free and hassle free.
John the Shop Manager and Kevin the Service Write-Up showed great concern in my issue and John to the time to go on a ride to understand my vehicle concern
With Inventory hard to come by, I decided to order a new jeep rubicon. My salesman Steve made it easy for me. Now I got the Jeep I wanted!
We took our 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 into service. We are having issues with the Gas Guage. We asked them to trouble shoot the gas Guage only. When they came back with the suggested work to be done, all the work they recommended was nothing to do with the gas Guage. After reviewing the estimate of 2700.00 we quickly pulled the truck out. And we still dont have a resolution for our Gas Guage. They never listened to us, just a total waste of time.
Amazing Customer Service! Billy is the Man! Will never go anywhere else. Thanks
No hassel service and clean customer environment. Thanks again DCH, keep up the great customer service 👍
I was always very satisfied with the service department and dealership until today. Weve bought all our cars from here for 30 yrs. I also see something has changed at the delearship with ALL the negative reviews. I brought my car in because my emergency brake cable snapped. IMentioned it to Rueben that we might need both fixed. He said it only has one, so okay Im not a mechanic I believe him. The car was there for one week and Im the only one calling asking about the repairs. I called 5 days in, spoke to Kevin, wow talk about rude. Called today, day 8, the cars been fixed. It needed 2 cables after all.. Thank you. Can you please send a courtesy vehicle to come get me from the Avis rental company. Ive been waiting for over 1 1/2 hours. Like I said previously this WAS a great company, but something rotten is going on at the top. Maybe its the crazy times weve in, but their customer service is pretty awful. I finally called my son to come get me, he lives over 1 hour away.
They valued my time and provided a top quality service. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
Service Reps. Nicole and Rudy, went out of their way to be helpful.
I thought this to be a dealership of integrity, I was wrong. I contacted them about a vehicle I was interested in, it was available, and we discussed numbers. We came to a mutual agreement and I notified them that I would be stopping by my Credit Union to pick up a check and that I would come buy it. I live an hour away. I made it more than half way there before I received a text that it had sold. They literally made a deal with me and I was on my way to purchase the vehicle. Of all of the dealerships that I have been to in my lifetime, Ive been to quite a few in varying states, this was by far the worst. I contemplate if this world has lost its decency. Who knows, maybe it was just my bad experience but I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.
Carlos is fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and great follow through.
My experience buying a car was AMAZING. Dennis Shoup is the sales rep to go to for a great experience. Made it nice, easy and very straight forward. I reached out about a jeep rubicon that was in transit and he kept me up to date about what was going on and when it would arrive on lot. He answered all my questions and was very easy to talk to. I am very happy with my service and my rubicon!(:
Chris in service was great. Good communication and assistance with all of my service needs.
Booked an appointment with Miranda online via chat on their website for a fuel filter service on my Ram 1500. Had the date and time set up to fit in my schedule during my day off. On the day of the appointment, I find out that setting up a service appointment via chat is not actually setting up an appointment. They were nice enough to offer me an appointment more than a week later than I originally scheduled. So I’m currently looking for a more reliable place to have my truck serviced.
Our service adviser Armel is very friendly and professional. He has provided me with outstanding customer service meeting all my expectations. Armelalways makes sure all service being done to my Jeep Gladiator is done properly and in a timely manner.
Stay away from this dealership.. I took my vehicle there and my vehicle was damaged once I got it back.. my car was not them same. this place rips people off please ensure you document meaning video tape everything about your car before you take it there.I would advise to use a different dodge dealer.. DCH they failed!!! I will document everything about my car from a different dealer, then I will take it to DCH Chrysler and dodge to spot check them... I will sue this company if anything is different about my car..Next time I will report it to the Better Business Borough!!It’s all about the principle!!!!
I find the service personnel to be Professional, Attentive and Courteous. Service is usually quick and thorough.
Chris Bennett and the rest of the service team went above and beyond to make my service appt. go smoothly.
This review is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT at this location, my Jeep was purchased at a different JEEP dealership so there is no comment on sales department. For the confidence of workmanship and integrity I choose to take my Jeep to the dealership for service even paying the higher prices. The first time they did a routine oil change they did not properly replace the Oil Cap (it was loose) and the fluids did not seem to be topped off as they state it to be included in the service. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, when it was time for the next oil change, I took it back in, what a big mistake that was.Day 1: took vehicle in for oil change and to get a quote for a headlight lightbulb replacement on the passengers side. The oil changed was performed and the supposed topping of fluids and point inspection performed; regarding the bulb these are the exact words quoted from the report UNABLE TO REPLACE THE HEADLAMP BULB NOT ABLE TO GET OLD BULB OUT OF HOUSING WOULD NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE HEADLAMP ASSEMBLE THE PART $700 LABOR $340 TOTAL REPAIR $1040. Left the dealership and went home.Day 2: wanted to see if I could remove the bulb (did not even get to touch it this day) and noticed that a bolt was missing and the coolant reservoir was loose from when they removed it trying to get to the bulb and that they had failed to properly secure it, also the fluids seemed to not be topped off so I headed back to the dealership. To make the story short Mike Zermeno came to talk to me and instructed his team take the car to the back and perform the topping off of fluids, they then called me back to a work station where they had my vehicle and started to point out that the fluids were topped of the day before but that there was a leak on tank of the washer fluid (they failed to note this in the report), so I asked them to show me and they poured water not even washing fluid into the top spout of the tank and water ran straight through it (seemed to me like an over flow drain (but I am not a mechanic), making an immediate substantial puddle and you could hear the water dripping. So they said that they did top it off the day before but that it was cracked so it did not hold more fluid. I immediately asked so why was this not on the report as a deficiency nor mentioned to me verbally to which they had no answer. So they did put the missing bolt and offered me a free oil change for next time. So I headed home not happy but what else can I do. So that evening I wanted to check to see if I could get the bulb out to replace it (using hand not tools) and without much effort the bulb was removed but now the housing was attached. They did this at the dealership and failed to mention it.Day 3: now to explain this to the General Manager (not looking for anything for free) more to report it. After giving my side of the story he called Mike Zermeno in and he came prepared to debunk my statements and that his team did anything wrong. He lied in my presence and when I confronted him about it he assured several time that he was 100% certain that the fluids were topped off, that the shop did not break my light assembly, and that they did not report the leak because they did not notice it. When I told him how he could assert it 100% he simply said he knew. He lied and tried to protect his team because he was present when the water demonstration was done and saw for himself that it was flowing straight through but defended his team that they did not notice it and that is why they did not report it twice. He then gave the old you probably broke it referring to the light housing. When I told him that I was able to wiggle the bulb with my finger and that their professionals claimed they could not remove it because it was probably melted on there. They lied, and my claim is they broke my assembly and did not mention it. After all the inconsistencies my confidence on anything they say is that it is false. They knew they broke the assembly and lied thinking I would just say go ahead and fix it.
Very enjoyable experience! Salesman Robert Traver was very helpful! Would definitely recommend!
In my internet search to buy a new truck I come across this dealership and was told Just so you know, we are not discounting our vehicles and we do have $2500. of dealer adds on every vehicle as well (Mopar EVTS, 3M Door Guard, and Forever Start Lifetime Battery Replacement).Would you still be interested in moving forward? No, I will not be interested in moving forward
As someone who has bought a few cars here, as well as had several service appointments here; I am appalled at the recent customer service. About a month ago we went in to potentially walk out with 2 cars - the finance manager was rude and strongly gave the impression he didnt want to work with me if we werent immediately willing to pull our credit. I just wanted scenarios based off the interest rates of my current vehicles. I told him I wouldnt hold that against him if they came in different. I think there was only one other couple in there at the time so its not like they were busy.Flash forward to yesterday - we have a Ram 1500 we bought from them - it died on the side of the freeway - it has recall for the EGR cooler. The parts department was so rude, I just cant fathom speaking to someone the way the girl working yesterday did. Short and rude. In situations like this I try not to take it out on the other people; but my husband was on the side of the freeway and the truck literally died while driving. I let her know we would be having the truck towed in. Found out Geico would only tow 20 miles to Riverside. Riverside originally told me the part was Vind to my truck and I had to get it from Temecula. I called to get it from Temecula and the refused to give me the part and told me Riverside would have to call and get it. When I got to Riverside Dodge they told me that Temecula REFUSED to give them the part. The one that is supposedly vinned to my vehicle. Thankfully Riverside is getting the part today - and at initial inspection service advisor states it doesnt appear to have failed and caused the truck to die on the freeway. So theres something else wrong, yay us.We have always been pleased with Temecula Dodge; however the last few instances of interactions with them have been truly horrible.Ended up getting financed for a Jeep Wrangler at Hemet Dodge and they were beyond amazing and went above and beyond all expectations.
The communication is not what it used to be. Texts either don’t get answered or answered really late. It’s hard to get someone in service to answer the phone. At least that has been my experience. I also don’t get an estimate emailed or printed for me unless I ask for it. I never had to ask for it before.
Great customer service by Marty..... did not feel pressured at all and whole process was smooth.
If I could give them a zero I would. I can not believe how the service department treated my mother.....my mom took her van in for engine problems and they are charging her 5k for a rebuilt engine plus $100 per hour of labor for 20 hours, plus they want to charge for more as little things keep adding up. When my mom decided to pull the van back out and not do repairs for that type of price they were not very happy. And they proved it by making my mom walk into their back parking area where they had in stored to drive out. What happen to the service here??? That’s terrible!!!
Super Satisfied with deal . Made it super easy with getting into the vehicle Ive been looking for.
Marty Striano at DCH is THE. BEST. He provides the kind of customer service that can turn a regular car buyer into a raving fan. If youre looking for a new car, you dont have to settle for the attitude and poor service you typically get in LA and the OC; call Marty Striano at DCH in Temecula instead!
My truck had some issues to fix, and DCH Chrysler Dodge jeep was there to handle a two day repair. Top notch management with top notch mechanics as well as customer service to write up ur ticket so can start the repair.Thank you.MA
I have had bad experiences with this place. When I bought my wife’s jeep it had a nail in the tire when we drove it home. Their answer sell me a tire. I had them put wiper blades on during an oil change. Then a week later when it rained my wife tired on the wipers and an old wiper blade came out from under the hood. Now the other day the Jeep had a dead battery. Told my wife take it to them. They want an hour diag fee. That’s normal but If it just needs a battery then they would put that hour towards the battery. It always paid a half hour plus the battery. They charged me 160$ labor. So they got me for 320$ for a battery. I will never go back there. 13 years as a Chrysler tech. I’ve seen worse but also seen much better.
We literally sold our Ram truck just so we didn’t have to deal with this dealership. My Jeep had to go in for recall work to have an airbag replaced. If it wasn’t for the recall I would never let the service department touch one of my vehicles. My recall is now completed, but my airbag light is still on, and apparently it would cost me $170 for them to tell me what code it threw. It takes less then one minute to see what code came up and type it onto they’re report. So the Jeep comes in for an airbag recall and the airbag light is on. Dealership does recall work. Airbag light is still on, but dealership calls customer and says it’s ready for pickup, despite the fact that customers inquired about airbag light and the cause of it when he dropped off the vehicle. Customer assumes that his vehicle is fixed, and comes to pick up vehicle four hours earlier than he was told it would be ready. Service advisor never tells customer why the airbag light is on, or what part would be needed. How a service department can allow a vehicle to come in and leave with an obvious safety issue, and never even take the extra moment of time to express to they’re customers their concern is beyond my understanding. What I do understand is that this place could care less about their customers well being or satisfaction. This place does not care about you. Fortunately I’m am fairly mechanically competent and did the research and diagnosed the problem myself prior to bringing the vehicle in. I just wanted to see how it played out, and the service department failed to live up to my expectations once again. They’re attitudes are irritating. I’d say the problem starts with the wanna be mafia boss/service manager who thinks his morning dookies smell like sunflowers. Anyway, to make a long story short. Don’t go here unless you are prepared to be overcharged and undersatisfied. I unfurtunately had to reward them with one star as zero stars was not an option.
Zero star for Cris the sale manager Very unprofessional of Cris not customers service at all don’t even know how he got to manger position at all very rude to us the way he talked to us wry rude the sale person josh was very nice and try to help us out but his manager did not didn’t even what to show his face to what he did to us he supposedly had the truck already and would have it for us the next day so we went ahead and sign papers and give a deposit the day we were supposedly had to get the truck he said not the following day so days pasted and then they came out with that the truck was damaged of course we didn’t believed that so we went ahead and showed up to the dealer and ask for pictures to see what the damage was and they couldn’t show it to us josh was nice enough to tell us where the truck was coming from so we called the other dealer to ask if they still had the truck with the vin number of the truck we had got and they still had it so it was all a lie from Cris the sale manager so unprofessional of him to do this to customers luring to them that they had the truck to go ahead and sign paper work and give a deposit when they didn’t even have it agreed to go pick it up and then come with lies to us will not recommend to deal with Cris at all very bad experience we went there
I worked with Marty Striano and he was awesome. Bought the car from Indiana without seeing it, relying on Marty’s word, which proved to be golden. Thanks Marty. We love the car. Highly recommend Marty Striano.
Carlos, took very good care of my cars service needs. He is very polite and goes above and beyond to make sure all needs are met.
This is NOT the place if you want to buy a used car! They sold us a complete LEMON car! It breaks down at least once a month, and they refuse to help! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Save yourself some time and money, and GO ELSEWHERE!
Excellent.... completed in a timely manner....friendly and courteous..
Great service Department always a pleasure to deal with these people
Steve was our salesman, Ryan was our finance manager and Kevin was our service advisor. They did a great job through the whole sales, qualifying process and service. We love our Jeep. Thank you guys.
Great no stress no pressure buying experience
Parking is a little tight with full size ram .Overall pleasant experience
5 stars for the professionalism and impeccable customer service by Rudy and his techs. I took my RAM to three different service dealerships and this is without the best one in Southern California. I cant say enough how much I appreciate all the hard work through the many visits this year!I am currently on my second Ram truck, first one was the 5.7 Hemi and current one as the 2015 ecodiesel. The older ecodiesel has issues due to software updates and recalls BUT my time at DCH has been extremely pleasant due to the thoroughness and strong customer service of the staff. It has offset the frustration with dealing with this generation of ecodiesels. On two occasions, my vehicle had to stay in the shop overnight. Both times they offered me a loaner vehicle! When you drop off your vehicle, Rudy managed to give me updates through the companys text system. There was clear communication throughout the entire process.Lastly, Rudy listened to my concerns and provided alternative solutions to include the 2500 cummins and the new 1500 ecodiesel. As soon as the perfect vehicle shows up on their lot I will be buying another ram by the end of the year. Its exactly this type of customer service that keeps me as a loyal RAM customer for years to come. Thank you!Lastly I dont know Rudy or anyone at this dealership. I simply had a great experience and wanted to write this review
I give this dealership 5 stars. My wife and I purchased our first truck ever here, William Parker is a salesman at this dealership he was such a great salesmen, who explained everything about the vehicle I wanted. He explained everything about the financing available and promotions they were offering he was respectful and listened to what we wanted not what he wanted to give me. Thanks Will! I bought a 2020 Dodge Ram Big horn Lonestar which I love!! The sales manager their sat with us and asked what we were looking to pay, what truck we wanted and if they did not have the truck we wanted they would ship the one we wanted to their dealership. They are pro customers at this dealership. Thank you Guys!!!
