I came into My Tech earlier this week and was amazed by the service I received. The girl at the front desk answered all of my questions, explained to me what the purpose of rotors and turning them are, and even kept me company while I waited for my service to be done. Mark, the owner, was also extremely nice and helpful. My car was done in a very reasonable amount of time, I didnt feel like I had to wait a crazy amount of time. This is hands down the best experience ive had at any automotive shop in this valley! I will be back and will refer many others here!

Mark gave me an extremely competitive price on tires and breaks, which I am so thankful for since I needed them ASAP. After replacing the fuel pump a second error light came on after I got gas the next day. That was a bummer, but older cars can break in more than one place, so it is what it is. Thankfully Mark was there and promptly fixed the issue the next business day.Fair price, solid work, and good customer service is what you’ll get here! The only thing I’d change is a written explanation of what needs done immediately, very soon, and over the next year. This way customers can pick the service that keeps them safe and in budget, gives them education, and a path back to My Tech for repeat business in future months or years!

I called on Tuesday regarding pricing on brakes for my wife’s 2009 Corolla, the woman that answered the phone was very polite and efficient. She gave me a very reasonable price and even gave me a timeline of how long the service would take.... I plan on coming down in the next few weeks to get the service performed and will update then!

Marc and Chris replaced rubber molding around 2 windows in my Subaru. They are honest and experienced. Marc drove me home and picked me up too. Mark owns one of the last of the honest car repair shops. He gives an honest price for services that are needed. You never have to worry that hes going to find something extra that needs repair. I can trust him to do a good job at a great price in a timely manner!

They do a great job, are patient and the entire team seem to get along well. They’ve done a few fixes on my beast, and are reluctant to give up when something ain’t working.I like that they offer warranty and are reputable.Owner is a cool dude, and even gave me a ride home once to save me money while they worked on my beast.

My 2005 Jeep Liberty has over 200,000 miles on it. It has been at many different repair shops during those 200,000+ miles. By far, My Tech Tire and Automotive is the BEST I have encountered. They are honest, knowledgeable, and treat their customers very well. The last 3 times my Jeep has needed service, I have taken it here. I would highly recommend them!

This shop and their owners have always taken care of my cars. Whether a diagnostic, repair or just getting a potential car purchase looked at to make an educated decision these guys rock. Recently brought in a 93 integra that wasnt running. I gave them an idea on how much I was looking to spend in potential repairs to get it back up and running. I had a great! experience at My Tech yesterday. I took my car in for a overheating problem. The problem wasnt found in their original evaluation. They performed some additional testing and correctly diagnosed the problem. The problem turned out to be relatively inexpensive. They were professional, fair,and thorough. Through out the whole experience they communicated with me prior to taking any actions. It was refreshing to have a great auto mechanic experience because of the historical reputation of a significant amount of mechanics being sheisty. They definitely were not that way and i appreciate it I highly recommend you take your car into their shop for your auto mechanic needs.

I have jeff and his crew work on ALL of my vehicles. They have been fair and honest with me. I am also a veteran and will promote to anyone to go to his shop. If they worked on motorcycles I would take it there also. If you have a misunderstanding on anything with the work that needs to be done they will explain it to to you or as we say in the military world, (brake it down Barney style.) I am not slow nor stupid but if it is something that needs to be fixed. They have my highest 👍recommendation.

Used to take my car to another big name mechanic that you see in commercials all the time, but once they couldnt figure out an electrical problem they directed me to my tech telling me that they are the best at electrical. Well they were right my tech figured it out and at a reasonable price. Never gone back to that other place since.
