Elizabeths office was professional, helpful, and provided options for us to switch our house, earthquake, car and personal property insurances to State Farm. Brittany, in the office provided thorough analysis of our options, made sure we were not over or under insured and handled all of our questions as we switched insurance. We discovered, due to her good work that we were over insured in our house and under insured in our earthquake plans. We now have better insurance plans to meet our needs and we are spending a lot less money. We really are glad we switched to this State Farm office. Even after we were insured, we had follow up questions about long term care insurance. We connected Elizabeth and she provided options other than insurance to help with our needs since State Farm does not have those plans. She really cares about us and it really shows in the way she follow ups on all our questions.

So, my hubby, Jeff, is SUPER resourceful and frugal and when it comes to shopping for insurance policies... he does his homework.We had a horrible accident and lawsuit at our pool a few years back, and were really fortunate to have had great coverage or we could have lost everything. You need to be aware of these possibilities.Jeff didnt think Elizabeth could provide anything more cost-effective or less expensive than the insurance we had.Does your insurance discriminate on liability for types of dogs, swimming pools, diving boards, trampolines...? Elizabeth doesnt.Do you have coverage for water, mold (some), housing allowance (up to 24 months!) if you have to be displaced, and 100% replacement costs (can hardly find that!)Elizabeth patiently sat down with us and went over every detail of our home & auto policies, and showed us the little tricks other insurance companies have to limit your coverage.. I never thought it would happen, but Jeff was sold!Elizabeth King owns her own State Farm agency here in Temecula. She and her staff provide exceptional customer service...heck, you even get her personal cell #. You can call her when something happens, so she can advise when to make a claim!Elizabeth will be more competitive and have more coverage than the typical policy. Elizabeth King is by far the best person to go to for insurance. She is much more knowledgeable than many other insurance agents in town. Elizabeth took the time to go over mine and my wifes home, auto and business insurance. We were blown away when she told us that she was able to get us 3 to 4 times the coverage and saved us about $6 from what we were paying. My wife and I didnt realized that we were under-insured by a wide margin. Elizabeth took the time to explain why and how she was able to save us money and get us the proper coverage. Elizabeth said most people have no idea that they are under-insured or dont have the coverage they think they have. We can agree, as we thought that we were properly covered and we were not. Elizabeth and Crystal are great! I was in an accident early November of last year, Crystal made it so easy to get the process going almost immediately. There were a couple of set backs with the State Farm customer service reps but they made it all better! Once in the office we were on the phone and it was settled-on my end at least. For anyone with experience in customer service and retail during the Holidays it greatly appreciated when youre being assisted and taken care of. Have had State Farm Ins 30 yrs and until working with this office have always had an agent and agent staff that has provided nothing but excellent service. Unfortunately that is not the case here. Phone calls to this office most often go unanswered and are not returned promptly when a voice message is left. This has been not a one time occurrence but a regular one. Also recently received a misleading email from this office title PREMIUM INCREASE that had nothing to do with a premium increase but everything to do with calling them for a policy review. Totally misleading. Transferred my policy to another agent.

Horrible State Farm office. I switched to a different State Farm office and I saved a lot more money. I also received a refund check because that office overcharged me and they didnt provided me with all the discounts I was qualified for. Do your self a favor and reach out to other State Farm offices just to make sure.
