I cannot say enough good things about Rick Douglas office and especially his Multiple Line Representative, Robin Welshiemer. I have had all of my insurance policies with them for many, many years, and have always had stellar service. Robin is cheerful and personable and always very responsive, efficient, and professional. She is also proactive and clearly cares about her clients. Recently she noticed a higher mileage estimate for my auto policy renewal than would be typical for me and she investigated. Her hunch paid off and I saved over $150. In these days of automated technologies, Im not sure most insurance companies would have discovered that, nor followed up with the customer, but its this sort of attention to detail and true customer service that keeps bringing me back. Robin and everyone else in the office Ive talked to have handled my requests with courtesy, care, and timeliness. Outstanding companies and personnel like this deserve sincere thanks and hearty kudos.

We have been customers with State Farm (Winchester & Jefferson office) since 2008 and they have been absolutely amazing through the years. They are always quick to get our Certificate to us for our customers and when any issues arise they are always so helpful. Where do I start? Our agent Laura has been the best agent we have ever had. She’s always super friendly and very knowledgeable. She always gets back to us in a timely manner. Our ENTIRE family has our insurance with Ricks office only because of her. Anytime we call the office she instantly recognizes its us! I havent talked to my agent since I changed auto coverage. Laura, in particular, helped me acquiring renters and earthquake insurance. She answered so many questions I had. She immediately sent me the terms of coverage via email so I could view it and talk to her about the coverage. Wonderful dealing with someone who remembers you after three years.

Not a great agency. Not sure if it was just the lady I was speaking with but I am so glad I switch to another State Farm branch. I love my State Farm but boy o boy if I actually had an accident and had to speak to the lady in charge of my account I would have been screwed. Long story short, my renewal was coming up I live one mile from work so I do not commute at all and am a homebody. I drive on average less than 1000 miles a year. She decided that she needed to put me at 12200 a year even after my odometer reading which she had me conveniently send to her personal email address. So when I notice my monthly payment double I called and was told it is now to late to do anything about it but I could file a dispute. Nope just went with another branch and wow it was changed back to my normal monthly bill not very hard in my eyes but I guess a sales person is a sales person.

I have been a customer of Rick Douglas since 2010 as has my whole family. We have all of our vehicles, life insurance and renters policies thru them. We have always had excellent and very personable service there. I unfortunately have had quite a few car accidents and with all the issues that come with that the one thing that made it much more easy was the hands on service that I have always received from the staff in his office. Robin has set up all of our policies for us and always has taken the time to answers any of the questions we have had and given advice when needed. Brittany in the office is always very friendly and is very good at watching out for me when I forget to pay my bill by sending me little email reminders which I so appreciate. Horrible horrible horrible, Rick is never there, Robin tells Rick how great she is and blames the customers for her short comings and mistakes . She was not truthful to me or rick and made up suspishous info regarding me and my claim .

Crook helped deny claim even though it was clearly covered with video.

Pretty terrible agent. Dont insure your Jeep with this clown because he will lie and do everything possible to get your claim denied with State Farm even if its a legitimate claim. All he cares about is making his commissions, not the customer. Shop elsewhere for Jeep insurance!!!
