Very nice when I first opened my policy with them which I had been with them for years but switched to david when I moved states. After signing up I decided to change somethings in my policy which I was adding more coverage but that seemed to annoy him. Then after cancelling my policy he made a mistake where instead of getting money back I got charged for cancelling and then within 2 days of getting my bill it was at a collections agency for 51$ and on my credit. So I called all state directly and they said it was policy to send closed account balances to collection agencies immediately. Thank god for the ability to dispute things on your credit because they need to give you more than 2 days notice before they send it to collections. And I was on auto pay so my account was always fully paid up. Thanks for the hassle.

Very friendly and helpful agents, my only issue is when the DMV sent me a letter saying my motorcycle license will be suspended because the proof of insurance never made it into the DMV system... I made a call and it was assured that it would be corrected.
