Fortunately I found Mobile Sound Concept. Junior stepped up and took care of my install and did a very clean job. Good, quality help you can depend on is hard to come by these days, but luckily I found that with Mobile Sound Concept. After discussing my options and having them install door speakers it was time for another upgrade, Bill and his team worked with me to find the perfect sub and amp combo to fit my needs and budget. After the install and listening to the quality of music being produced I’m am extremely satisfied!!! Above and beyond excellent customer service. The shop has a laid back atmosphere but these guys are very serious about what they do. The owner took the time to listen to my goals and concerns and then meticulously followed through. Mobile Sound Concepts is the only place I would visit for car stereos, custom work, security systems and accessories. The follow up call from the owner after the work was finished shows me this shop really cares about the work they do!

Went to many car audio stores in the area. Mobile Sounds was definitely the best in my city. They offered to match or beat any stores that I have gotten a price from. After browsing the store and talking to Junior I was proud to say I would be patronizing their business on my very first sub/amp installation in a car. Very pleased with the work that was done and if I decide to add more stuff to my car, I will call up Mobile Sounds before any other place.

Overall a clean job and they hard wired my Rexing camera correctly!**FUN STORY** The same day I got my dash cam installed I was hit by another car. Bill was very honest and fair with me. From the moment I walked in it seemed like he had a genuine interest in setting up a quality install for my vehicle (full sound system: stereo, door speakers, 2 amps, 2 subwoofers). Went to a few other shops around town who were quick to run numbers through a computer but not to actually take a look at the car. I was able to schedule my install quickly and for a fair price. He took his time with the install, it looks great and sounds even better!

My experience with this shop was more the 5Stars. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcome. It almost felt like I was dealing with family. They listened to what I needed done in my car, went outside took a look at my car and explained to me a lot of things I didnt even know about my own car. After all that we started to talk about money, and come to find out it was the less expensive quote I got out of 4 shops I visited. Nabeel was really honest and helpful. And the guys installing my stereo, sub, and speakers were very professional also. Over all it was an awesome experience. Would come back for sure!

I had a very good experience working with Mobile Sound Concept. They installed a custom enclosure on my Lexus IS 250 and we had a bad Brand new Rockford Fosgate amp which I had to return. They then recommended a better amp for me as they were very knowledgeable when it came to quality audio components. I asked if they could install a temporary amp for me which I provided and they did. Once the job was completed they showed great customer service by telling me me to bring the vehicle back when my new amp arrived so that they could swap it at no additional cost. Great customer service! I also had them install a pair of smoke LED bumper lights to replace my lame reflectors and they did an excellent job on that as well. I would recommend them for any electronic upgrades you are contemplating on doing to any of your vehicles.

They seem to be honest and fast and easy to deal with. They installed a new amp in my C6 Corvette in less than an hour and it sounds GOOD. Prices are reasonable. The only complaint I have is the front and rear speakers were wired opposite of the fader controls. Adjusting the speakers towards the front increases the rear bias and vice versa. No big deal and Im sure they would correct it if I brought it back.

Misleading on what you get for your money. I spent 325 to get a sub and amp that didnt even bump. Sounded like my stock system. So after being there 2 and a half hours I wasnt happy with what I got so the next morning I came back down to their shop where they hooked me up with a different sub and amp and told me this is an upgrade at no charge to me. It sounded worse than the first one they put it. So instead of trying to accommodate me, I had to end up getting my money refunded. I highly recommend Not going there. They shouldve given me an upgraded system at no extra charge but they didnt. I left there unhappy and disappointed. Dont go there . UPDATE: so I was patiently waiting for my refund to post back onto my bank card. This was the 8th business day and still no refund. The shop had sent me a text showing that it was refunded on the 2nd. But as I looked at my text again today, it was just a receipt. No refund. What happened was after I wrote them a bad review they went in and cancelled the refund. I called them on it and they finally gave me a cash refund today. Its been almost two weeks. So I Would have never got my refund if I didnt call and complain. And they still didnt accommodate me. This is the worst customer service ever. If you want to get fed some bs,, this is the spot to go. If youre looking for honesty and good customer service, Dont go there. Wasted my time and money there. Horrible experience

The shop has very personable staff/owner who want to provide a good experience. They offer good products at fair prices, and if not for the install situation they would have earned more stars.The install issue was two part, head unit working with steering wheel controls, and running the cable for the backup camera.Head unit:. On first visit the steering wheel audio controls were not working, and the unit powered up only in the ignition run position, and not the accessories position. This was a known issue as I left the shop so I went in the next day and they corrected both issues with no problems. At that time they also replaced the back up camera that was faulty. No additional charges for all this, other than time spent at the shop while they made things right.Upon getting home from the second visit I wanted to adjust the back up cameras view angle and found that where it was mounted coupled with the design of the mounting bracket would not allow for the view I wanted. As I looked at possible alternate mounting locations I discovered their routing of the camera cable. It was routed along a frame rail, but then routed towards the fender, along the fender (out of sight), and then to the back of the truck where the electrical connections were made. It worked, but I didnt feel the routing was a clean install. I re-routed the cable myself so the wire ran along the frame inside an existing plastic shroud where it is better protected from the elements and secured away from the rear wheel. Upon showing the owner what I found and what I had done to correct the install, the owner appologized profusely and reitterated that should there be any further issue I was to bring it in and they would make it right.I do believe they would be good on that since they immediately fixed the first issue. The customer service was good, and they were eager to make sure I was satisfied. In all, I am, but the 3-star rating is given because the cable routing issue should not have occured in the first place, and I did need to go back to have an install issue resolved. A 5-star shop install would not need me to return, I feel.So, would I recommend this shop? A tentative yes because they did end up making it right for a fair price, and the owner did go out of his way to drive me home and pick me up while waiting for the first install...that wont happen at most places, so I feel the heart is in the right place and that they DO stand behind their work, they just need to tighten up the install issues so customers are not needing to take advantage of their good nature.

Great place to get your car upgraded to a better sound system

Not sure how the actual experience will be but it says online and on their door that they are open sundays from 10am to 4 pm . I’m here right now and they are closed. However, they have an open sign lit up. In my opinion that’s bad business and if your not going to be open post correct business hour. Very unprofessional
