Went for a haircut here and Patty (the owner) was phenomenal. She was as kind and pleasant as a person could be, not to mention, cut my hair to perfection. As a side note, she was also very mindful of the pandemic and clearly took every precaution to ensure her customers felt safe. I would highly recommend this barbershop not just for the perfect haircut, but the friendly owner as well.

Got a great haircut & beard lineup from the new owner, Patty. She’s super friendly, prices are reasonable, and very safe during COVID19. They take ALL precautions, and I like that you have to set up an appt so I’m not waiting for an hour. Showed up and was seen within 10 minutes. Highly recommend this barber/salon, will be returning for my future cuts

Went here for a haircut on a Saturday. She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to check in to make sure the length was right. Both women working were very friendly. All in all it was a good experience and a great hair cut. I will definitely be back.

Always a good cut, easy to get in and sanitary

Pretty bad experience.Waited for about an hour. Understandable, but one person working on a weekend, come on.Started off smooth, until the buzzer was dull and started pulling out my hair. At least she realized this and got another.Then she gets to my top and one of my requests was def not to take any off the front. So what is the first thing she does, but comb my hair forward and cut the front. The rest wasnt much better.When I told her I didnt like it, no sorry, no what I could have done better, only defensiveness.If you just want some schmuck to buzz you or give you a simple cut then go here. But if youre looking for barbers that will listen to you and give you a cut with style go someplace else. Maybe somewhere that doesnt understaff, making their customers wait an hour too.I will not be back.

I am satisfied with the attention and quality of the haircut I get. Just make sure you describe what you want. A picture is helpful. Price is great.

The first time I went into the Barber Pole I was very hesitant. I have been with the same haircutter for years and if I get a cut I dont like, look out. I brought photos of a past good haircut and asked if they could follow that style. Of course the answer was yes. Patty has consistently given me great haircuts for my last half-dozen haircuts and am very happy to recommend going there, with absolutely no hesitation. I get stopped on the street, asking where I get my hair cut. They all flip out when I say I go to a barber shop. Dont let the idea that its a barber shop stop you. These professionals know how to cut hair for women as well as men. Best haircuts I have had in years.

Went in for a haircut because Sebastians was closed. The lady finished in literally 5 minutes and rushed me out. Dont recommend if you want a good haircut and experience. Never again

Laundry list of bad experiences here.Was told by the dresser she wont do fades. So pretty much just had to do with a 0 on the sides and 4 on top looking like a bowl.Walked in 15 minutes before closing and was rudely told they arent excepting anymore customers because they were closing in 5 minutes. She then locks the door behind me well before closing time.I have been sitting in the chair when customers walk in 30 minutes before close and they were told no more customers and given the same treatment, told to go away and door locked behind them.Had another hair dresser show me videos on her phone I could care less about, but not wanting to be rude I felt obliged to watch.Long story short this place doesnt have any professional hairdressers, it is usually short staffed and all the employees are there as a retirement job. They seem to not care if they get fired and obviously dont need the money.

Emphasis is on speed and not on details.

My husband frequents it, it is the only place that cuts his hair, the staff is very attentive and his prices are cheap and the staff is very experienced.
